One assist wallet privilege plan activated without my confirmation

I got SMS, oneassist wallet assist privilege plan rs 1899 will be charged against the plan on your icici bank credit/debit card, even though I was not interested and not agree to start such a plan on a call they send me such sms and activatd my plan, I want to cancel plan on icici debit card. It is not yet activated, so please cancel it before deduction of charges.They are just redirecting call to different numbers each time.Please cancel/deactivate...

Violation of refund policy

One assist has not refunded my money on wallet protection plan (they asked me for a vocal confirmation which is very unethical way of providing services) as per their refund policy. Instead they gave me discount of Rs.900. I have asked them multiple times to cancel my plan and refund the full amount in my account but they have not given me full refund instead they gave me partial amount and told me that full refund is not possible. Repair for my mobile display

My mobile display has been broken on sep 10 and my claim has been accepted. Today is the 11th day but still the status is showing device repair stage and I received an sms that OneAssist is short of spares. I dont have any other mobile and managing it. If you guys are short of spares, then you should buy and fix it asap. Tell me how am i accountable for that. Please return my mobile asap.

One Assist rs-1399/- debit from my icici credit card on 13th Sept 2021

Rs-1399/- is being debit from my icici bank credit card on 13th Sept by one assit without any information or notice to me.
Request you to do the needful from your end and help to refund the money asap.
If possible let me know your contact details so that we can discuss this in call instead of trying to get it resolved on ticket chat box.

Withdrawal of money without my permission.

Refund of Cancellation of membership

I have placed a request for cancellation of my membership of 1899₹. I even got a call from customer care they told that my money will be refunded within 2 days but still now it's been 4 days even though i didn't got my refund...

Mu daughter Simran Gurdip Singh Osahan had given her OnePlus 8 Pro in Feb'21 for Repair, as the phone was in Warranty still she was charged Rs. 3, 000.00 for the same, after getting the phone repaired recently she faced display problem & when she showed the handset in One Plus Service Centre Fort Br. they informed that they have replaced the part with Non Genuine part...

I have an account in icici bank[protected]. I had placed a request for cancellation of plan on 22 nd august .. Still these people debited the amount on 8 th sept of 1399 towards renewal of plan.. How can u debit a money without permission of customer. Fraud people.. I want my money back.. As soon as possible....

Since last 2 years my 1299/- rs got deducted from my HDFC bank credit card to OneAssist without my concern, I also requested their team to cancel the plan but they didn't cancelled it. Please cancel this plan as soon as possible. The next auto renewal due in October 2021 and I don't want to continue this plan anymore. So stop deducting my money.

One assist service for axis bank

Dear sir/ma'am
I have recently been charged R.s. 1899 for one assist on 30.8.2021 which you have been taking for last 3years. Without my permission.last year i initiated and cancelled the service
And so, I want to cancel my subscription and want a refund of the same amount.

One assist renewal

I have already cancelled the one assist service on my old credit card. After the expiry of my old credit card, I got new one...when I got the account statement for the month of july, the statement includes an amount as the renewal charge for one assist. I dont want to continue with one assist nmore, so i cancelled this service. Then why charging such an amoubt for renewal...pls cancel the renewal...

Unethical Deduction of money without permission

Hello there,

I received SMS from Axis Bank that Rs 1399.00 has been deducted from my Debit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN without my permission . I did not get any mail from the one assist team. This kind of activity is not acceptable and I urge the concerned authorities to look into the matter and refund the money as early as possible.
