    Purchased Xiaomi Mi 5X 50 on the launch. Invoice C[protected] through MI.com portal.

    Option for 1 Year Extended warranty was available and same was selected.

    Upon discussing with Xiaomi, I was told to coordinate with OneAssist, I cooordinated with helpline but was told will recieve call back, but no one called. ready to pay additional Delta amount but you guys are not reverting back

    Have been discussing this for last week but no response.

    My request is help me with the additional warranty as you would do for anyone who is buying now, refer screenshot

      I have taken One Assist Complete Coverage plan for 3 years.. that included 100 percent cashless / umpteen service engineer visits and also 100 percent accidental damage coverage too.. But to my utter dismay, when LED light was not working, the engineer bluntly told that its not covered in your plan. This is a royal cheat, where they say something and then take out money from customer under the garb of fraud Terms and Conditions..

      I asked them why this was not even provided to me at the time of when i had purchased the plan, to which he told that they dont know ..

      I have been mentally harassed by them and want to take strict action, so that they dont dupe citizens of INDIA

        My phone is not working properly after getting repaired.
        1. It has screen flickering issue,
        2.Network connectivity issue.
        3.Back panel started leaving the body frame, and cracked itself.
        One Assist picked up the phone one 1st October 2021 basis of my complaint but returning it back without repairing it.
        I'm sharing the video and Photo with you please check it.
        Now I'm not sure about legitimately and genuineness of service.

          I want to stop my OneAssist Wallet Assistant Privilege service immediately in which Rs1899 charged and I want my refund back. Please stop my OneAssist Wallet Assistant Privilege service immediately.

          I have tried to contact them several times. but they are ready to close my account. they forcing on me to continue it. I had at least 5 call with them since last 12 days.
          now for sure they will say 15 days are over so we can not do anything.

                I had never subscribed to any of the one assist services and never gave my consent for subscription. i opened an account at Axis bank and since then one assist has been deducting Rs 1899 annually from 2019 and 2020.

                This is a fraudulent act and requires immediate action. I believe i am not the only one who suffer and many customer have also complain.

                Please kindly refund my money as soon as possible.
                I humbly request consumer complaints forum to kindly help address this issue.

                Your team has called up and I am very disappointed to here from them that they will only initiate a refund of only Rs 400 odd out of the total Rs 3798 that i have been deducted in 2019 and 2020 respectively.

                Since it is my hard earn money, I demand that my full amount should be refunded as i have never given my consent for subscription of the plan.
                I also request the consumer forum team to intervene on the matter.
                I believed i was tricked and trapped by the one assist team and i demand my rights either we solve the issue here or we solved it legally.

                    It has come to my notice today that the OneAssist service has been reactivated without me being aware of it. I do not wish to get this service and want to deactivate it and get my money refunded . This is very unnecessary and I want the amount, Rs 1899, refunded to me or else its difficult seeing a point of being an Axis Customer who have dumped this without my awareness .

                      Dear All,

                      This company debited Rs.1899 yesterday from my ICICI bank account without my consent . Two of the employees of OneAssist called me yesterday and tried hard to convince me for the plan but I denied. Even after this they activated the plan and sent me the message of plan activation and amount debited. When I called One Assist Customer Care to deactivate the plan and refund my amount they clearly denied saying there is no procedure to deactivate except activation.

                      My humble request to everyone not to trust this cheater company and answers the calls from them. I have lost my trust.

                      Deactivate the plan and refund my money ASAP.

                          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1299 from my credit card number ending with 489377XXXXXX7864 without my authorization.

                          I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

                                    I got SMS, oneassist wallet assist privilege plan rs 1899 will be charged against the plan on your icici bank credit/debit card, even though I was not interested and not agree to start such a plan on a call they send me such sms and activatd my plan, I want to cancel plan on icici debit card. It is not yet activated, so please cancel it before deduction of charges.They are just redirecting call to different numbers each time.Please cancel/deactivate this plan.

                                      One assist has not refunded my money on wallet protection plan (they asked me for a vocal confirmation which is very unethical way of providing services) as per their refund policy. Instead they gave me discount of Rs.900. I have asked them multiple times to cancel my plan and refund the full amount in my account but they have not given me full refund instead they gave me partial amount and told me that full refund is not possible. Upon consulting them, they told me that either I can cancel my plan with no refund or can keep this plan with a discount of Rs.900. However, it is clearly mentioned in their terms and conditions of the refund policy that if the customer does not avails any service and cancel the plan within 30 days of subscription, he/she is liable for 100% refund(attached). And it's been only 1 day since my plan has been activated and I have not used any services and neither I intend to in near future. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest and refund my amount of Rs.1899 in my credit card ICICI Bank

                                        My mobile display has been broken on sep 10 and my claim has been accepted. Today is the 11th day but still the status is showing device repair stage and I received an sms that OneAssist is short of spares. I dont have any other mobile and managing it. If you guys are short of spares, then you should buy and fix it asap. Tell me how am i accountable for that. Please return my mobile asap.
