One assist insurance sold to me while purchasing mobile assuring of insurance claim accidental damage valid upto upto 13/03/2022 but not provided support and insurance claim date of iincident 26/12/2021 10.30am poorivaka mobiles private limited mobile number [protected], insurance was rejected due to reason improper handling by their insurer one assit, insurance claimed by poorvika on befalf of me. Later submitted many request but all was rejected without any good reasons, not picked up my mobile for service not given any refund

one assist not responsible enough to help an illiterate to claim her valid insurance policy.

one assist team call her frequently with the language not known to her and misguides her to login with another new complaints and rejecting claim improper handling.

one assist team rejects the claim without inspection of the mobile, customer care itself does this action

one assist team rejects the claim through customer care representative even though all documents are correct and valid insurance policy

Mahesh from one assist team advised to get repaired from local vendor and claim refund later. Is this way they provide you provide service to end customer?

    This message and also the amount specified is been deducted every year without any acknowledgement. I haven't done any membership for this.

      Hello,

      I am writing this is order to cancel my OneAssist membership which is associated with my HDFC credit card ending 7030. It is due for auto renewal on 24/12/2021.
      In spite of repeated requests over phone for cancellation, it still has not been cancelled. Every time they assure me but no action is taken. I do not require the service anymore but I’m being forced to abide by it.
      Please take the necessary action and cancel my OneAssist membership.

          Except for a message that we need not do anything, nothing in writing came, reg insurance coverage. A call from One Assist (a lady voice) asked us whether activation was done or not and also said that cover would start immediately on purchase and would go for 2 years. Another Exec (Mr Jagadishwar) also confirmed it on[protected]. This means, we would lose the benefit of 1 year Brand Warranty already available. Therefore, on[protected], I had asked for clarfn (Mr Feroz Md) to be sent to us thro email. We would like to continue if it is for 1 + 2 yrs, or cancel if it is for just 2 yrs overlapping on the first year. There is no fault on our part, since the words Extended Warranty semantically means only one thing, namely that it is extended after Brand Warranty and we intended it also that way only, while purchasing. We are still waiting for information that has not come. Reminded on Toll Free today[protected] also. It is surprising that there is no specific document made available for this legal contract, including the clarification sought. The insurer has to refund the money paid Rs 749 if it has been advertised wrongly.

            I have purchased iphone 12 and taken the insurance. At the point of sale they said it got replaced if anything happened to phone. When my phone got damaged. Now they are denying to get it replaced.
            Please help me resolving this issue.

            I have issue with One Assist as well. Very poor service and very unprofessional working staff. What exactly happened with your phone and what company said i would like to know.
            My phone broke and when i raise case with them then they did not agree on repairing, they said they will give me almost 25% of the amount of purchase of my iphone and even my phone is less then 1 year old.
            That is why i raise complaint against them
            Strange. But why only 25%? And what help you received from customer support forum

                Dear Sir,

                I am a subscriber of OneAssist Enhanced WA Privilege Single Plan from 2017 (Relationship no. 3149575). The present plan is maturing on 24/11/2021.

                Without my consent and any action from my side, OneAssist has been renewing my subscription in November each year, just by giving an intimation. In 2020 even though I did not agree for the renewal, it was renewed.

                This year I would like to terminate my subscription to the above plan.
                OneAssist has sent me a mail that my wallet would be auto renewed on 24/11/2021.
                How to cancel my renewal of plan?
                Kindly help.

                      My name is J.KUMAR .I am a account holder in axis bank .I wish to complain about deduction of money from my account.

                      I wish to bring to your attention that 1399 rupees has been debited from my account as part of one assist service.
                      This has happened already an year back and I contacted your bank through toll free number and asked them to cancel the plan and not to repeat this.
                      They assured me that this will not happen again and cancelled the plan.But it is still repeating and had not yet cancelled.An immediate action should be taken on this transaction.

                      My money should be refunded and this plan should be cancelled .I need a quick response on this matter.

                        Automatically registered to the one assist scheme without any consent for my Kotak credit card.
                        Charged with Rs.1399/- on 28/09/2021, without any approval, request to kindly revert and credit the amount back to the card.

                          Hi,

                          Trying to deactivate the oneassist plan since 1 year and not able to. They don't have a proper link on their site to allow to remove the recurring debit of 1899 yearly charges. They keep deducting even though I don't want to continue.

                          Not allowing user to discontinue is fraudulent. Please stop my subscription and refund the amount. This is extremely distressing.

                              I can see that rs-1899/- deducted from my bank to one assist plan on 29/10/2021. Without my permission. This is happening since 2018, I tried to call customer service many times but no one properly responded.

                              Request you to please deactivate my plan and refund my amount ASAP.

                                Rejected Claim on wrong Grounds

                                I had raised a claim request, but was not able to upload the required documents.
                                Now after uploading all the documents, One Assists say it will not reopen the rejected claim case.
                                If the claim was rejected after verification of all details then it was acceptable. Rejecting only on the basis of Documents is the against the justice.

                                Hi

                                I am writing to inform about the wallet protection plan from the company One Assist. When i took the plan from one assist company in 2017 they register my credit card for auto renew without my consent now they auto renewing my plan without my consent for the last 2 years. They just sending email for renew information and not even bother to take my consent. Their email has no reply option [protected]@email.oneassist.in. My next renew is within next 3 days and they are all set to go for another auto renew from my credit card for another one year.

                                I request you to please get it sorted out for me as I do not wish to continue with one assist protection plan.

                                  Every year I am charged Rs. 1399 by the transaction name "www.oneassist.in Mumbai IN". I have told them several times that I don't want any kind of coverage/insurance from your company and they always lie to me that they have cancelled it from now. Still every year, I am charged Rs 1399 for absolutely no reason. I am just a college student, how am I supposed to pay Rs 1399 for no reason.

                                      Purchased Xiaomi Mi 5X 50 on the launch. Invoice C[protected] through MI.com portal.

                                      Option for 1 Year Extended warranty was available and same was selected.

                                      Upon discussing with Xiaomi, I was told to coordinate with OneAssist, I cooordinated with helpline but was told will recieve call back, but no one called. ready to pay additional Delta amount but you guys are not reverting back

                                      Have been discussing this for last week but no response.

                                      My request is help me with the additional warranty as you would do for anyone who is buying now, refer screenshot
