I had purchased the extended warranty of one assist at same time when i brought my LED..

At that time agent told me that it's very good insurance company and give very good sevices.

From last one month I registerd my complaint, 2 times technician visited but after that no response from any one .
All the time they closed the complaint due to rescheduled by Customer.

6-7 times I called customer care but they always say sorry and again planned for technician visit..

I don't know what kind of process they have..
Getting very irritated and panic with their services..

Please understand and resolve my issue..

    I have complaint before Holi regarding cooling issues with my AC, till today i.e.5-4-23 my issue has not been resolved.
    Issue is kept on hold, inspite of chatting and continuous calling, my issue has not been resolved.

      Address: 2nd Floor, C -142, Jeevan Park, Uttam Nagar

      My AC has the following issue after servicing:

      1. NO COOLING AT ALL
      2. LED indicator is damaged
      3. Remote sensor works intermittently
      4. The wallmount plate is away from the wall because of which AC is inclined

      All these were shown to the service person however he advised me to use a two sided tape to fix it. He didn't even use measure the gas pressure after service.

      I believe this may cost me around 10k to 15k inorder to get the AC fixed. Moreover this AC is for my mother who is 73 years old and she may get unwell because of non functioning of the AC. LET ME KNOW IF I NEED TO FILE A CRIMINAL CASE INSTEAD OF CONSUMER COMPLAINT.

      Please be informed that your customer care, the technician and the area manager is aware of the issue but still i am not being assisted. I will get this serviced as soon as possible if i do not hear back from you and file a case to get the compensation for the bill, mental harassment and torturing my 73 yrs mother in this summer.

      Also, the AC is still dirty as it qas cleaned by plain water. The outdoor unit was cleaned by mug with half bucket of water a d is still dirty. The main concern is i paid to damage my AC permanently and demands a good amount of money to fix it.

      This issues has not been fixed permanently as the AC is again not working. I THINK ONE ASSIST PROVIDES THE SERVICE IN SUCH A WAY THAT YOU KEEP CALLING THEM FOR SUPPORT. and finally customer will purchase their plan for a year.

        This company is fraud. Customer support is disgusting and the experience I have had so far is horrible. I have raised my concern at 8 March but my system is still under repairing and everytime I called to the customer care executive on the last deadline date. they came up with another delay update due to unavailability of spare part we need some more time. My system is still unrepaired from last 20 days and the deadline was explained up to 7 working days problem will be resolved nothing has happened so far. I am fed up with their support system they are not going to get my device repaired. And my employment is also at stake. Because I couldn't continue my job. My employer is asking to me buy another laptop or get your device fixed as soon as possible otherwise we have to ask you for the resignation can't approve your unnecessary leave for a month. I am mentally harassing bye one assist I am being tortured, harassed, I am having lot of anxiety and unnecessary tension and they are giving me constantly depression and not giving my laptop back to me.

        Please I would recommend everyone not to buy any kind of insurance policy from one assist otherwise you will feel hopeless or being mentally depressed.

        I will keep posting everywhere about my experience with one assist until my laptop is received to me.

        They haven't emailed me but they have their app in which I have discussed with the service advisor. They have informed me that by 26 March my system would be repaired but they haven't done it and asked me to wait till 30 March now I have taken so many follow up and they have given me another estimate of 6th of April and I have all the recording and screenshot available of their chat. Their toll free number is 18001233330.

            OneAssist India Took payment of Rs 16074 on 14/02/2022 with reference number 7708688, and no policy issued or refund done till 3/21/2022. my TV is working, the person came in said TV has some lines in bottom of screen and it failed testing, and even though i had paid for 7 devices, he said all are failed, now i neither have the policy nor refund issued till 3/21/2022.

            I have called company helpline [protected] - 3 times now, every time they say refund will be done in 48 hours, and they will call me in 48 hours to confirm the same, they did not give refund, neither they called back, they donot give any complaint number, finally when i asked today (3/21) they gave a number saying, this is membership cancellation number[protected]. I have spoke to Agents Sadam and Sunita, they donot give their last names

            I think this a fraud company, be careful with your money.

                            I have purchased oneassist insurance for my mobile phone samsung s20fe one of there employee forced me to purchase and activated on my phone ...now accidentally my phone is broken for which I have put a complaint and for claim now there are saying that insurance does not apply on demo phones then how it was activated on my mobile and now they are rejecting the claim..as you can see it's clearly mentioned on my bill that phone is a demo piece ...I'm attaching all the relevant documents kindly look into this matter

                              pls look seriously in this fraud company. There are already so many compliant against the company and they are still alive.
                              I was cheated. First, when i was buy the insurance the service provider was swift in getting everything done and take the money. They never sent me the terms and conditions during the purchase.
                              when my screen broke due because it fell of my hand they rejected the insurance claim saying its improper handling.
                              They why the hell was insurance brought at first place to protect against breakage in warzone or in space?

                                HDFC Bank Credit Card — Cancellation of one assist membership
                                Cancellation of One Assist Membership
                                I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank have been auto debitting the amount even after requesting to cancel the account whenever there is a call. They say that next time it will not come, so ask me to pay that time but to my dismay it is happening for 3years. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. Please do not take the charges from my account.

                                  Have received msg and email that I will be charged 1899 for one assist.i had done policy only for a year this is not helping in any way.kindly please stop auto renewal of policy and terminate from this year 2022.

                                    Address: India, Mumbai

                                    The laptop had fell down and no damage had
                                    appeared but after reopening the laptop had a
                                    cract on the inside screen. This was informed
                                    to the company but they declined the claim and
                                    rejected it and I am not satisfied with the
                                    answer.

                                      I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 5909. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-
