Not yet received refund for one assist protection plan of 1899

Address:No.66, Kamarajar Street, Varadharajan Nagar, Semmandalam, Cuddalore, Tamilnadu

On 13JAN2022 an amount of 1899 was taken from my bank account saying it's for renewal. But I didn't want the protection so I used the one assist app to cancel the membership. I read the terms saying the amount will be refunded but i didn't get the refund yet but the membership is cancelled. So i request for the refund of 1899 rupees to my bank account.

Hi, I am Sagar Kavadi having HDFC credit card. My card debited with Rs. 1, 899 on 16th June 2020 without my consent. I am not using this facility hence kindly refund my money at the earliest.

They are auto renewing my plan which I don't want to renew

Last year 1899 waa deducted from my account, so i called one assist to cancel my plan, which they didn't and instead changed it ro some other plan and refunded me 899 back.
I was assured that next year you can cancel your membership, but today i got an email that says my plan will be automatically renewed which I don't want to renew

Plan deactivation and Refund of deducted amount

Even after calling the customer care for deactivating my current plan, I can see that rs-1899/- deducted from my bank to one assist plan on 30/12/2021.

I tried to call customer service many times but no one properly responded.

Request you to please deactivate my plan and refund my amount ASAP.

Date of incident: 30/12/2021....

I want to cancel my OneAssist Membership

Hello,

I am writing this is order to cancel my OneAssist membership which is associated with my HDFC credit card ending 7030. It is due for auto renewal on 24/12/2021.
In spite of repeated requests over phone for cancellation, it still has not been cancelled. Every time they assure me but no action is taken. I do not require the service anymore but I’m being forced to abide by it.

My iphone 12 is not repaired

I have purchased iphone 12 and taken the insurance. At the point of sale they said it got replaced if anything happened to phone. When my phone got damaged. Now they are denying to get it replaced.

Renewal of my wallet plan

Dear Sir,

I am a subscriber of OneAssist Enhanced WA Privilege Single Plan from 2017 (Relationship no. 3149575). The present plan is maturing on 24/11/2021.

Non Approved Registration for Kotak Credit Card

Automatically registered to the one assist scheme without any consent for my Kotak credit card.

Hi,

Trying to deactivate the oneassist plan since 1 year and not able to. They don't have a proper link on their site to allow to remove the recurring debit of 1899 yearly charges. They keep deducting even though I don't want to continue.

Not allowing user to discontinue is fraudulent. Please stop my subscription and refund the amount. This is extremely distressing....
