    Hi,

    I'm Using HDFC Credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of from my credit card

    As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated .

    Kindly cancel this plan.this is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

      Hi One Assist customer support team,

      Since more than 6 years deducting amount from my hdfc bank credit card automatically which is not useful for me now. Due to financial issue from myside requesting not to call me & do not deduct any amount from same hdfc credit card.

        Hi, Oneassist is auto renewing my policy without my permission and the amount is getting debited from my account.

          Hi I m gaurav i want to deactivate one assist service but their customer care executives harassing's me that they are questioning unnecessary. My service going to renewal tomorrow and they are forcedly debit my credit card.

          I dont want their service from now . they are creating troubled for me.

            I have purchased oneassist insurance for my mobile phone samsung s20fe one of there employee forced me to purchase and activated on my phone ...now accidentally my phone is broken for which I have put a complaint and for claim now there are saying that insurance does not apply on demo phones then how it was activated on my mobile and now they are rejecting the claim..as you can see it's clearly mentioned on my bill that phone is a demo piece ...I'm attaching all the relevant documents kindly look into this matter

              pls look seriously in this fraud company. There are already so many compliant against the company and they are still alive.
              I was cheated. First, when i was buy the insurance the service provider was swift in getting everything done and take the money. They never sent me the terms and conditions during the purchase.
              when my screen broke due because it fell of my hand they rejected the insurance claim saying its improper handling.
              They why the hell was insurance brought at first place to protect against breakage in warzone or in space?
              And, now they tell i need to repair it myself for claiming the cliams in future. What ### world are the people of this company are in. They have lost it. Loooooooting openly. Modi ji hume bacaho...

                HDFC Bank Credit Card — Cancellation of one assist membership
                Cancellation of One Assist Membership
                I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank have been auto debitting the amount even after requesting to cancel the account whenever there is a call. They say that next time it will not come, so ask me to pay that time but to my dismay it is happening for 3years. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. Please do not take the charges from my account.

                    The laptop had fell down and no damage had
                    appeared but after reopening the laptop had a
                    cract on the inside screen. This was informed
                    to the company but they declined the claim and
                    rejected it and I am not satisfied with the
                    answer.

                        Issue with claim process

What i mentioned in my first claim was incomplete as i was not aware of the whole process. As i mentioned the incident in two lines.                         I received sms from INDUSIND BANK today that rs-1899/- deducted from my bank account to one assist membership fee. INDUSIND customer rang information. I don't even know the company and this kind nsolicited charging of my INDUSIND bank and use of my bank account by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                        And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

                                On 13JAN2022 an amount of 1899 was taken from my bank account saying it's for renewal. But I didn't want the protection so I used the one assist app to cancel the membership. I read the terms saying the amount will be refunded but i didn't get the refund yet but the membership is cancelled. So i request for the refund of 1899 rupees to my bank account.

                                    Last year 1899 waa deducted from my account, so i called one assist to cancel my plan, which they didn't and instead changed it ro some other plan and refunded me 899 back.
                                    I was assured that next year you can cancel your membership, but today i got an email that says my plan will be automatically renewed which I don't want to renew

                                      Even after calling the customer care for deactivating my current plan, I can see that rs-1899/- deducted from my bank to one assist plan on 30/12/2021.

                                      I tried to call customer service many times but no one properly responded.

                                      Request you to please deactivate my plan and refund my amount ASAP.
