AC got damaged after service

Address:2nd Floor, C -142, Jeevan Park, Uttam Nagar

My AC has the following issue after servicing:

1. NO COOLING AT ALL
2. LED indicator is damaged
3. Remote sensor works intermittently
4. The wallmount plate is away from the wall because of which AC is inclined

All these were shown to the service person however he advised me to use a two sided tape to fix it. He didn't even use measure the gas pressure after service.

This company is fraud. Customer support is disgusting and the experience I have had so far is horrible. I have raised my concern at 8 March but my system is still under repairing and everytime I called to the customer care executive on the last deadline date. they came up with another delay update due to unavailability of spare part we need some more time. OneAssist India Took payment of Rs 16074 on 14/02/2022 , and no policy issued or refund done 3/21/2022

OneAssist India Took payment of Rs 16074 on 14/02/2022 with reference number 7708688, and no policy issued or refund done till 3/21/2022. my TV is working, the person came in said TV has some lines in bottom of screen and it failed testing, and even though i had paid for 7 devices, he said all are failed, now i neither have the policy nor refund issued till 3/21/2022.

I have called company helpline [protected] - 3 times now,...

Regarding insurance

I was purchased a insurance policy from one assist. It cover all the accidental and liquid damage. Now I placed a claim regarding my 📱 phone .my phone is broken and drop into the water. Now they said the because of your negligence we can not pass the claim.

I'm Using HDFC Credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of from my credit card

As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated .

Hi I m gaurav i want to deactivate one assist service but their customer care executives harassing's me that they are questioning unnecessary. My service going to renewal tomorrow and they are forcedly debit my credit card.

Doing fraud business

I have purchased oneassist insurance for my mobile phone samsung s20fe one of there employee forced me to purchase and activated on my phone ...now accidentally my phone is broken for which I have put a complaint and for claim now there are saying that insurance does not apply on demo phones then how it was activated on my mobile and now they are rejecting the claim..as you can see it's clearly mentioned on my bill that phone is a demo piece...

Fraud and hiding clauses and fooling customer

pls look seriously in this fraud company. There are already so many compliant against the company and they are still alive.
I was cheated. First, when i was buy the insurance the service provider was swift in getting everything done and take the money. They never sent me the terms and conditions during the purchase.
when my screen broke due because it fell of my hand they rejected the insurance claim saying its improper...

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank have been auto debitting the amount even after requesting to cancel the account whenever there is a call. Have received msg and email that I will be charged 1899 for one assist.i had done policy only for a year this is not helping in any way.kindly please stop auto renewal of policy and terminate from this year 2022....

Issue with claim process

I received sms from INDUSIND BANK today that rs-1899/- deducted from my bank account to one assist membership fee. INDUSIND customer rang information. I don't even know the company and this kind nsolicited charging of my INDUSIND bank and use of my bank account by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.
