I have paid for Mobile Insurance - OneAssist 1Yr Damage Protection Plan for iPhone on 31 May 2022.

Due to technical issues i was unable to activate the plan from Oneassist.
I have been constantly getting in touch with the team to cancel this insurance as its not activated and process for refund.

There seems to be ne response from the support team. All i get to hear is we have sent an email to cancellation team and thy will get back to you in 48 Hours. Its been more than 3 days and still no response.

    I bought a HomeAssist plan for my Air Conditioner on 16th May 2022 from their mobile application itself. I called their customer support to know about the best possible plan for my Air - Conditioner, they suggested me a Plan of Rs 3299/-, about which the customer support representative told me on my enquiry that the plan covered 3 cleaning service visits, Unlimited 100 % cashless repairs and genuine spare parts replacement for one year. I agreed on their offer and made the payment on the same day accepting the same offer which they have told me on call. After this they created my membership id and relationship No. which are [protected] and 282769 respectively. Thereafter, I booked a service call with one assist, on which a technician from their side visited my address on 1st June 2022, he inspected my AC and told me that the cooling coil of the air conditioner needs repairing and for which they need to remove that part and will get it repaired or replaced as per the requirement in 3-4 days, to which I have agreed and allowed to take the part with them. The matter of shock occurred and I felt cheated by OneAssist when a representative of them called me in the evening and told me that this spare part and its repairing is chargeable and this is not covered in the plan. I told him that they have sold their service by stating false promises and agreed on various false terms just to get the money and now they are denying me to provide the promised service and asking for extra money around Rs.4800/-to get the part repaired. I also requested them to cancel my membership and refund the amount as per their 15 Days free cancellation policy but they again denied to return my hard earned money. This is an act of cheating and harassment of customer . They removed the part from my Air Conditioner without telling me this earlier and now taking the advantage of their dominant position they are looking to extort money and delaying the service. I'm living in this heat scorching environment with my pregnant wife and I'm compelled to get my Air Condition repaired by paying them extra money as my wife whose health conditions are not stable due to pregnancy is deteriorating due to this harassment caused by OneAssist. If anything will happen to my wife and her baby, I'll knock the every door of justice as soon as possible against these cheaters. I'm hereby attaching screenshot of their services covered under the plan which is showing on my account on their mobile application for the reference.

          On 27/05/2022 i received a call from axis bank. They told me about Card protection and With out my permission they took my 2199 rs from my debit card.. And i call to axis bank they told me this is another service.. So we cant help you.

          i want my money back i want deactivate this service. how they can deducted my money without my permission

            My mobile got damaged and was sent to oneassist as I had insurance. These cheaters say your mobile reparing is above insurance claim value I took claim of 25000 and they said as per policy we will refund you amount of Rs 8400 for Total loss, they have shown price of new mobile Vivo 20 as 18000/- so why can't they replacement it when my claim I have taken is of 20 to 25000. These cheaters say we will refund you 8400 or else you can take your mobile back. I am writing my number here [protected]. I will take legal action against this fraud better go for another company. Even they are charging 1075 for claim. Processing fee

              We had complained, and your technician comes after 4-5 days. he was remove the parts from cooler and take back for Repair or change, After one week there is no any updation for the same, Mr. Praveen kumar as SM is also not picking the phone Mob No. [protected].

                      My name is Tharun and I had a order from Amazon for window ac Order date-06-Aug-2020,
                      Order #[protected] Order value 25, 829.20 (1 item), with which I had a purchase made for 3years total protection plan from one assist bought from Amazon with purchase Order date-06-Aug-2020, Order #[protected], Order value- 2, 445.89.
                      Feature of insurance was as follows:-
                      What's covered - 3 Year Warranty Cover, 3 Year Accidental Damage and Voltage surge cover, In warranty Assistance. Complementary 1 Cleaning Service and 1 Gas Charing Per year. Auto Activation of plan post successful delivery of appliance. Registration number will be shared on customer’s registered e-mail Id.

                      Now I raised a request on ac repair on 11/04/21, I had a technician visit made on 13/04/22 who checked for what was in fault ans said it is gas refilling which is required.

                      Then until 18th they were on status of arranging required spare parts and and on 19th I had text to schedule technician visit for repair and I had no available date for technician until 26/04/22 got one for 27/04/22 arranged for same but on 20/04/22 I had a text stating issue is been resolved how would you like to rate our service. I called immediately to complaint about same how come case is closed without resolving waited until 25th to complete 10 working days as the issue is still not resolved I would like to claim full refund of product cost paid. Please assist to resolve this complaint. Also check for few attachment for proof on information

                      Thinking to buy insurance from Amazon for product just read below

                      If you are looking for truthful answer don't buy insurance for product as it's Hassel and mental harrasment also there is no support from Amazon for same you check there response on my twitter id @Tharun183 also I had to raise this in consumer forum

                        I repaired my air condition on dt 20 march 22 & pay 2500/-, issue was gas leakage, engineer come and reffile gas, that time ac cooling well, but after 10 days the colling slow down and next 5 days the ac not woking and not cooilng.
                        So that i call to service engineering Me Deepak, he come check the issue and tell the gas empty in the ac and assure me to solved the problem FOC as per company policy.

                        But after a long follow ups he did, t answerd my call and not action by him
                        So ultimate i call to customer care on Friday dt 29 April 22 and assure your issue will resloved withing 48 hours.but after 4 days still no action taken.

                        Request you to kindly take it on priority and reslove my issue.

                          I had purchased 2 plans for extending warranty of 2 devices. Both of the plans were automatically cancelled from One Assist's end, I did not cancel it. It was cancelled within 2 weeks of purchasing the plan and I have not received any refund after cancellation.

                            I had purchased the extended warranty of one assist at same time when i brought my LED..

                            At that time agent told me that it's very good insurance company and give very good sevices.

                            From last one month I registerd my complaint, 2 times technician visited but after that no response from any one .
                            All the time they closed the complaint due to rescheduled by Customer.

                            6-7 times I called customer care but they always say sorry and again planned for technician visit..

                            I don't know what kind of process they have..
                            Getting very irritated and panic with their services..

                            Please understand and resolve my issue..

                              I have complaint before Holi regarding cooling issues with my AC, till today i.e.5-4-23 my issue has not been resolved.

                                My AC has the following issue after servicing:

                                1. NO COOLING AT ALL
                                2. LED indicator is damaged
                                3. Remote sensor works intermittently
                                4. The wallmount plate is away from the wall because of which AC is inclined

                                All these were shown to the service person however he advised me to use a two sided tape to fix it. He didn't even use measure the gas pressure after service.

                                I believe this may cost me around 10k to 15k inorder to get the AC fixed. Moreover this AC is for my mother who is 73 years old and she may get unwell because of non functioning of the AC. LET ME KNOW IF I NEED TO FILE A CRIMINAL CASE INSTEAD OF CONSUMER COMPLAINT.

                                Please be informed that your customer care, the technician and the area manager is aware of the issue but still i am not being assisted. I will get this serviced as soon as possible if i do not hear back from you and file a case to get the compensation for the bill, mental harassment and torturing my 73 yrs mother in this summer.

                                Also, the AC is still dirty as it qas cleaned by plain water. The outdoor unit was cleaned by mug with half bucket of water a d is still dirty. The main concern is i paid to damage my AC permanently and demands a good amount of money to fix it.

                                This issues has not been fixed permanently as the AC is again not working. I THINK ONE ASSIST PROVIDES THE SERVICE IN SUCH A WAY THAT YOU KEEP CALLING THEM FOR SUPPORT. and finally customer will purchase their plan for a year.

                                  This company is fraud. Customer support is disgusting and the experience I have had so far is horrible. I have raised my concern at 8 March but my system is still under repairing and everytime I called to the customer care executive on the last deadline date. they came up with another delay update due to unavailability of spare part we need some more time. My system is still unrepaired from last 20 days and the deadline was explained up to 7 working days problem will be resolved nothing has happened so far. I am fed up with their support system they are not going to get my device repaired. And my employment is also at stake. Because I couldn't continue my job. My employer is asking to me buy another laptop or get your device fixed as soon as possible otherwise we have to ask you for the resignation can't approve your unnecessary leave for a month. I am mentally harassing bye one assist I am being tortured, harassed, I am having lot of anxiety and unnecessary tension and they are giving me constantly depression and not giving my laptop back to me.

                                  Please I would recommend everyone not to buy any kind of insurance policy from one assist otherwise you will feel hopeless or being mentally depressed.

                                  I will keep posting everywhere about my experience with one assist until my laptop is received to me.

                                  They haven't emailed me but they have their app in which I have discussed with the service advisor. They have informed me that by 26 March my system would be repaired but they haven't done it and asked me to wait till 30 March now I have taken so many follow up and they have given me another estimate of 6th of April and I have all the recording and screenshot available of their chat.                                       OneAssist India Took payment of Rs 16074 on 14/02/2022 with reference number 7708688, and no policy issued or refund done till 3/21/2022. my TV is working, the person came in said TV has some lines in bottom of screen and it failed testing, and even though i had paid for 7 devices, he said all are failed, now i neither have the policy nor refund issued till 3/21/2022.

                                      I have called company helpline [protected] - 3 times now, every time they say refund will be done in 48 hours, and they will call me in 48 hours to confirm the same, they did not give refund, neither they called back, they donot give any complaint number, finally when i asked today (3/21) they gave a number saying, this is membership cancellation number[protected]. I have spoke to Agents Sadam and Sunita, they donot give their last names

                                      I think this a fraud company, be careful with your money.
