I have requested earlier to cancel my account, but the customer care people said that kindly use till your last date later will intimate once before your renewal, then u can decide if you want to continue or not. It's been repeated twice.

But I didn't got any information regarding the same & the amount is auto debited from my account. I really appreciate you if you cancel the same without troubling me further.br...

Since the last 3 years you have been automatically deducting money from my account and i just found out i have been charged this year again. I would like to inform you that i have never used any of your services and wasn't even aware i have been a part of this plan. Is this how you want to loot your customers? Insurance plans should never be auto renewal. Please refund my money asap....

cheating

Last year they activated my wallet plan and charged 1399/- amount from my credit card. I complained and told to cancel but they not did the same. Even i told that i don't want to continue it in near future.

Again on 16/04/2020 amount being charged from my credit card without my knowledge and permission. I called the company for cancellations same day the ladies replied that with 48 hours it will be cancelled and with 7 working...

unwarranted use of my credit card without formally or informally reminding.

One assist solutions has charged inr.1399 on my credit card without my consent. I have not recieved any formal or informal email or text from them before the withdrawal which should be the ideal way of working. This is not the right protocol and it is a criminal act to not inform the customer (About whether the customer would like to continue for the next year with the company or not) and simply use his card without informing him prior. br...

I requested one assit to deactivate my membership last tear in august as an amount of rs.1499/- was debited from my account with any prior notice. They didn’t deactivate my membership and kept asking me to contact here and there. one assist membership cancellation for hdfc credit card

When i was introduced to one assis plan i was informed that for this plan subscription one time payment is required and lifetime applicable but now after one year again rs 1899 is deducted from my credit card ending with 8219. I don't want this one assist subscription anymore. Please cancel my subscription for one assist and refund the amount deducted for this year....
