I am robert lenkhokam haokip and a holder of hdfc bank credit card. Through my credit card an amount of rs 1899/- got debited on 3/5/2020 for one assist mfee from my account. I was so shocked since i never knew that i had availed the membership of this one assist service. This is fraud case & the amount debited must be returned to my account immediately. Otherwise i will be compelled to sue the agency to the legal authority concern.

    Sir,
    I want to discontinue my one assist plan bearing id no [protected].
    My present plan will expire on JULY.
    Now I also request you not to deduct any amount from my HDFC card.
    If you deduct any amount from my card I am to take legal action against you .
    Hope you will cancel my plan with an information to me.

      I am an axis bank account holder and oneassist is automatically deducting money from the past 2 years withoutt my permission and don't know for which service and bank in is also not helping.

      Around 2000 rupees deducted every year. I want to cancel this service and want to get refund all my deducted money. My oneassist relationship number or customer id is 4413456.

          I'm using icici credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card

          As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

          Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

            Since the last 3 years you have been automatically deducting money from my account and i just found out i have been charged this year again. I would like to inform you that i have never used any of your services and wasn't even aware i have been a part of this plan. Is this how you want to loot your customers? Insurance plans should never be auto renewal. Please refund my money asap. Already spoke with the customer people previous year for cancellation and they said membership will cancel in 2020..                             I have insured my new phone last year while buying july 2019, my phone got display damage by accidentally last week by 14th april. Due to lockdown i dnt know how to proceed further. Yesterday (20 april) i registered for claim. But now they are saying that i should inform in 48 hrs.                                   Last year they activated my wallet plan and charged 1399/- amount from my credit card. I complained and told to cancel but they not did the same. Even i told that i don't want to continue it in near future.

                                  Again on 16/04/2020 amount being charged from my credit card without my knowledge and permission. I called the company for cancellations same day the ladies replied that with 48 hours it will be cancelled and with 7 working days refund will be made.
                                  Know they calling me for the feedback?
                                  You are very well versed in cheating and fooling the customers.

                                        One assist solutions has charged inr.1399 on my credit card without my consent. I have not recieved any formal or informal email or text from them before the withdrawal which should be the ideal way of working. This is not the right protocol and it is a criminal act to not inform the customer (About whether the customer would like to continue for the next year with the company or not) and simply use his card without informing him prior.

                                        I want to cancel the one assist programme and demand and immediate refund of my amount.
