I myself gohil dhirendrakumar dahyalal having. Having membership id [protected] and relationship id is 4151827. I have plan named as enhanced wa power single plan which expired on 01/05/2020.. But without my concent that plan is renewed by direct debit from my account by debitin rs1399 on 14/05/2020.. So i want to that amount of rs 1399get credited on my account

    I m Hdfc credit card holder the bank has auri debited is amount 1399/- from my credit card ending no. 5442 without my concern on date 13/05/2020 I m intersted about this services and don't want this membership any more so cancel the membership and refund the debited amount of Rs 1399/-

      I myself dhirendrakumar dahyalal having one assist plan named as enhanced WA power single plan .my relationship no is 4151827 and membership no is[protected]..my plan validity was from 02/05/2019 to 01/05/2020...but my plan renewed without my prior concent and on 14/05/2020 rs 1399was debited from my icici bank account for plan renuwal ..so i want to cancel that plan ..and get refund of rs 1399 to my account

        I received sms from ICICI bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 14/5/20 Without my permission...How do you activate the such of plans without any intimation or permission.. Please refund my money without any deductions within 24 hours Either i will file a complaint at consumer Forum against your company.

          Hello there

          I received sms from icici bank today that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated. This kind o[censored]nnsolicited charging of my bank account and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I want my money back.

          Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                  My one assist plan is auto activated. I am not at all interested in this plan and want my money back that was charged from my hdfc credit card.

                  My plan is enhanced wa power single plan and i have been charged rupees 1399 for it.

                  Kindly refund it soon as possible it was charged without any prior information and not received any invoice for the same to my email.

                    I am robert lenkhokam haokip and a holder of hdfc bank credit card. Through my credit card an amount of rs 1899/- got debited on 3/5/2020 for one assist mfee from my account. I was so shocked since i never knew that i had availed the membership of this one assist service. This is fraud case & the amount debited must be returned to my account immediately. Otherwise i will be compelled to sue the agency to the legal authority concern.

                      I want to discontinue my one assist plan bearing id no [protected].
                      My present plan will expire on JULY.
                      Now I also request you not to deduct any amount from my HDFC card.
                      If you deduct any amount from my card I am to take legal action against you .
                      Hope you will cancel my plan with an information to me.

                        I am an axis bank account holder and oneassist is automatically deducting money from the past 2 years withoutt my permission and don't know for which service and bank in is also not helping.

                        Around 2000 rupees deducted every year. I want to cancel this service and want to get refund all my deducted money. My oneassist relationship number or customer id is 4413456.

                              Since the last 3 years you have been automatically deducting money from my account and i just found out i have been charged this year again. I would like to inform you that i have never used any of your services and wasn't even aware i have been a part of this plan. Is this how you want to loot your customers? Insurance plans should never be auto renewal. Please refund my money asap. Already spoke with the customer people previous year for cancellation and they said membership will cancel in 2020.. Still deducted money from my card... Already i dont have amount for my family to run... This amount i cannot able to pay next month... Kindly refund

I already submitted a complaint on this matter but there is no amount refunded to my credit card. I again requested you that i am not interested in this member ship plan any more.
