Hi i dont want to continue one assist card protection plan as they just insist me to activate the plan and debited the amount from my credit card which im not agreed to.

I'm complaining about oneassist regarding amount deduction

Without my confirmation/information, one assist has been deducted amount from my hdfc credit card and they are claiming that they have been sent a mail for conformation/information... Prior to 45 days of my plan expiry... They can make a call and inform to costumers the same...
As my plan expires on december, why amount has been deducted in january...

I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I did not got a mail from one assist team. I have not accepted, they said that you will be getting a confirmation call to accept but i didn't get any call to accept or deny. So, through this i would like to mention that i am not interested in this plan and don't charge anything and don't activate any plan to my credit card....

I am using hdfc credit card ending with 7509. I wish to cancel my oneassist membership with immediate effect as it is of no use to me. My relationship id is 6637605. fraud company

This mobile application is totally fraud they only deduct money from you pocket without any information about deduction, when you try to cancel the plan they were not entertain and the so-called one month full refund procedure was over. Only 50 percent of money may be refunded. Plan gradually increase from year to year without the consent of customer.

oneassist consumer solutions complaint to cancel the membership and refund amount - fraud company

This is a fraud company. The refund team is insisting to share the complete credit card number and otp, when i am asking to cancel the membership and refund the amount.

I have sent multiple emails and not seeing any positive response from the team. I don't understand why the team is irritating so much when i am requesting to cancel the membership.

This is not the way they should do the business, customers should...
