Renewal of plan without my concern. Despite i called the customer care for last 2years and also today, stil they are not doing the needful, depite they are sending me messages for discontinue this is a harassment for us as a customer i want to discontinue this one assist account asap. Please look into it. And i don't want to pay whetever amount charging against on my account.

    I have repeated asking you to stop the membership fees for one assist
    As i am not utilising and have not opened since 5 years. On party request also you are not stopping it by force and jabardasti you are deducting the amount.

    Again today i got message that amount for comming year the membership fees has been deducted from my hdfc credit card.

      I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

      Please deactivate and refund my money asap

        Hello there

            Without any prior notification an amount of rs 1399/- was debited from my credit card by oneassist.

            On contacting the customer care i was informed that it is an yearly renewal charge that has been debited from my card, for which no prior consent was taken from me.

            I strongly object to this unauthorized credit card charges, as my membership with oneassist has been auto renewed without my consent.

            On the date of incident only, i called up oneassist customer care and asked them to cancel my plan, but they are delaying the cancellation process and calling me multiple times trying to persuade me to continue with the plan.

            Hereby, i declare that i don't intend to continue my oneassist plan, so, please deactivate my oneassist plan and refund my money asap.

            Its been more than 10 days that i have raised this complain and expressed my wish to discontinue my membership with OneAssist.

            An executive called up and confirmed me of the cancellation of the membership but the membership amount which was debited from my account haven't been credited back yet.

            Kindly speed up the process and refund me the amount at the earliest

                Dear sir,

                I have purchased the insurance for my newly handset which xiaomi k20.
                My insurance customer id is 9898967. My handset screen got damaged accidentally on 06th feb, 2020 and i have raised my complaint to oneassist on 07th feb, 2020.

                On 11th feb i got the message from oneassist that was "dear, your claim request number has been closed. Details have been sent to your registered email inbox." but i never received the any email from them.

                Yesterday i got the call from them and they said that "your claim has been rejected due to mishandling the phone/didn't use the carefully" and after that they cut my call.

                Is this joke mishandling?? Why i'm insured the my phone? For this type of reason. I have purchased the handset by my hard earn money and take insurance for any type of accident happening. But they reject my claim and giving the excuses to me.

                Please take my complaint on priority and resolve as soon as possible. I'm totally depended on this phone only.

According to the one assist cancellation policy there is a clause of refund in 0-15 days, but when i spoke to one of the executive she simply says there will be no refund. This is really pathetic. I want my debited amount so please cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- or i will escalate this issue to the higher authorities. Please initiate my refund and deactivate this plan permanently.

                            I have been charged rs. 1399/- from my credit card in the name of one assist mfee without prior communications.

                            I reached them through customer portal to deactivate the service. Then i came to know that they dont have my email id to communicate. Also i have not received any postal letters nor mobile text/email message from them since 2016.

                            Do not have my email,
                            Did not send any postal letters to my address,
                            Did not send any text message regarding renewal,
                            But they have my cc details and can charge me.

                            Please deactivate the service and refund the amount to my card rather than downgrading my plan.

                              Hi i dont want to continue one assist card protection plan as they just insist me to activate the plan and debited the amount from my credit card which im not agreed to.
                              And as it is mentioned on the website about plan cancelletion terms i will get full refund if i raise it in between 30 days period i just called up the one assist team and asked about it they are saying only 300 amount you will get from 1599 which is debited. What the # is wrong what policies what they have mentioned and why they are making us fool.
                              But i want my full refund back because im raising my concern after 1 day of availing the card protection plan.
                              I want my full refund back asap

                                Without my confirmation/information, one assist has been deducted amount from my hdfc credit card and they are claiming that they have been sent a mail for conformation/information... Prior to 45 days of my plan expiry... They can make a call and inform to costumers the same...
                                As my plan expires on december, why amount has been deducted in january

                                  Hello there

                                  I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- has been deducted via debit card xx1093 at cponeassis on[protected]:15:32:12, it was deducted without my permission.. I have taken their subscription in the past but i don't want to continue. Then why the hell they are automatically deducting the money. Also got a mail from one assist team. This kind o[censored]nauthorized deduction from my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal. And if not resolved, i will take legal action against the company

                                        I am using icici credit card and i got a message that assist plan has been added to the credit card and they are going to charge rs. 1399. I have not accepted, they said that you will be getting a confirmation call to accept but i didn't get any call to accept or deny. So, through this i would like to mention that i am not interested in this plan and don't charge anything and don't activate any plan to my credit card.
