Without any prior notification an amount of rs 1399/- was debited from my credit card by oneassist.
On contacting the customer care i was informed that it is an yearly renewal charge that has been debited from my card, for which no prior consent was taken from me.
I strongly object to this unauthorized credit card charges, as my membership with oneassist has been auto renewed without my consent.
On the date of incident only, i called up oneassist customer care and asked them to cancel my plan, but they are delaying the cancellation process and calling me multiple times trying to persuade me to continue with the plan.
Hereby, i declare that i don't intend to continue my oneassist plan, so, please deactivate my oneassist plan and refund my money asap.

Updated by rajivrakshit Its been more than 10 days that i have raised this complain and expressed my wish to discontinue my membership with OneAssist.
An executive called up and confirmed me of the cancellation of the membership but the membership amount which was debited from my account haven't been credited back yet.
Kindly speed up the process and refund me the amount at the earliest
