I have called icici bank for deactive one assist plan on 03/02/202 also i have get message for cancellation of this plan on 03/02/2020, but automatically my saving account is deducted amount of 1399/- on 04/02/2020

Please deactivate this plan and refund my money soon

Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. I will complaint against this in consumer court. Thanks!

Amount debited in my creditcard without any information...I will cancel my oneassist membership and refund my amount...your executive will say this is one time plan and need to renewal..but now without my knowledge amount will be debited...

This is not way to do all these things this a very bad behavior that you are trasfering or diducting 1899 Inr from my bank account without my permission thats not a good way please i need my money i dont need you protection soo please refund my money

    Cancellation of one assist membership
    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 7447 without my concern on date:28/01/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- as soon as possible.

      I have been charged rs. 1399/- from my credit card in the name of one assist mfee without prior communications.

      I reached them through customer portal to deactivate the service. Then i came to know that they dont have my email id to communicate. Also i have not received any postal letters nor mobile text/email message from them since 2016.

      Do not have my email,
      Did not send any postal letters to my address,
      Did not send any text message regarding renewal,
      But they have my cc details and can charge me.

      Please deactivate the service and refund the amount to my card rather than downgrading my plan.

        Hi i dont want to continue one assist card protection plan as they just insist me to activate the plan and debited the amount from my credit card which im not agreed to.
        And as it is mentioned on the website about plan cancelletion terms i will get full refund if i raise it in between 30 days period i just called up the one assist team and asked about it they are saying only 300 amount you will get from 1599 which is debited. What the # is wrong what policies what they have mentioned and why they are making us fool.
        But i want my full refund back because im raising my concern after 1 day of availing the card protection plan.
        I want my full refund back asap

          Without my confirmation/information, one assist has been deducted amount from my hdfc credit card and they are claiming that they have been sent a mail for conformation/information... Prior to 45 days of my plan expiry... They can make a call and inform to costumers the same...
          As my plan expires on december, why amount has been deducted in january

            Hello there

            I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- has been deducted via debit card xx1093 at cponeassis on[protected]:15:32:12, it was deducted without my permission.. I have taken their subscription in the past but i don't want to continue. Then why the hell they are automatically deducting the money. Also got a mail from one assist team. This kind o[censored]nauthorized deduction from my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal. And if not resolved, i will take legal action against the company

                      I have oneAssist plan and Membership ID:[protected], Today with out information My amount deducted from my account. then after i called to their customer care ([protected]) and i ask for details that when they intimated on renewal conformation with me for that they are stating on call that they already send a mail to may personal mail id and also it's a auto renewal policy.But i have not receive any call or any mail or SMS. Now I am totally disappointed the way they are handling customers.

                      And As per their data base i have Plan Validity from 22 Jan 2019 - 21 Jan 2020 And Today 30 Jan 2020 if it is auto renewal policy they need to deduct the amount on 21 Jan 2020 only. But why they deducted the amount after 9 days with out giving any conformation.

                      Now i got to Know that they are not concern about customers they need money only for this i need justice

                        I received sms from my bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 20/01/2020. Without my permission.. I also got a message and a post from one assist team. I don't even know the company and they charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

                              Cancellation of one assist membership
                              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2500- from my credit card number ending with 5052 without my concern on date:[protected] i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership.

                                Cancellation of one assist membership
                                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 5871 without my concern on date:31/12/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership. Membership contribution is already credited to my account.

                                  Today i received eamil from oneassit stating that "credit card bearing number # 545964xxxxxx8166 has been debited towards the membership fee," without my permission.

                                  I never received call from oneassist member still it was mentioned in eamil that as per our verbal consent given to one assist "credit card bearing number # 545964xxxxxx8166 has been debited towards the membership fee,"

                                  Request you to please look into this and cancel my registration which was done by oneassit without my concern.

                                    I am using hdfc credit card ending with 7509. I wish to cancel my oneassist membership with immediate effect as it is of no use to me. My relationship id is 6637605. I had purchased this membership last year and it is valid till 02 april 2020. But now i wish to discontinue this service. Please discontinue oneassist service as early as possible.

                                    Unnecessarily I am paying 1500 ever year I don't want to pay the money there is no use of this plan. I gave compliant last year also but u didn't cancel the plan please cancel this plan on my credit card otherwise I will not pay the amount.

                                    I Received SMS from hdfc BANK that RS-1500/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                    Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP

                                        This mobile application is totally fraud they only deduct money from you pocket without any information about deduction, when you try to cancel the plan they were not entertain and the so-called one month full refund procedure was over. Only 50 percent of money may be refunded. Plan gradually increase from year to year without the consent of customer.
