Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank debit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my debit card number ending with 5434 without my concern on date:30/01/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

    I have oneAssist plan and Membership ID:[protected], Today with out information My amount deducted from my account. then after i called to their customer care ([protected]) and i ask for details that when they intimated on renewal conformation with me for that they are stating on call that they already send a mail to may personal mail id and also it's a auto renewal policy.But i have not receive any call or any mail or SMS. Now I am totally disappointed the way they are handling customers.

    And As per their data base i have Plan Validity from 22 Jan 2019 - 21 Jan 2020 And Today 30 Jan 2020 if it is auto renewal policy they need to deduct the amount on 21 Jan 2020 only. But why they deducted the amount after 9 days with out giving any conformation.

    Now i got to Know that they are not concern about customers they need money only for this i need justice

      I received sms from my bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 20/01/2020. Without my permission.. I also got a message and a post from one assist team. I don't even know the company and they charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.
      Please deactivate and refund my money aa soon as possible into my bank account amount 1399/-.

        I am using icici credit card and i got a message that assist plan has been added to the credit card and they are going to charge rs. 1599. I have not accepted, they said that you will be getting a confirmation call to accept but i didn't get any call to accept or deny. So, through this i would like to mention that i am not interested in this plan and don't charge anything and don't activate any plan to my credit card.

                I never received call from oneassist member still it was mentioned in eamil that as per our verbal consent given to one assist "credit card bearing number # 545964xxxxxx8166 has been debited towards the membership fee,"

                Request you to please look into this and cancel my registration which was done by oneassit without my concern.

                  Unnecessarily I am paying 1500 ever year I don't want to pay the money there is no use of this plan. I gave compliant last year also but u didn't cancel the plan please cancel this plan on my credit card otherwise I will not pay the amount.

                      This mobile application is totally fraud they only deduct money from you pocket without any information about deduction, when you try to cancel the plan they were not entertain and the so-called one month full refund procedure was over. Only 50 percent of money may be refunded. Plan gradually increase from year to year without the consent of customer.

                        This is a fraud company. The refund team is insisting to share the complete credit card number and otp, when i am asking to cancel the membership and refund the amount.

                        I have sent multiple emails and not seeing any positive response from the team. I don't understand why the team is irritating so much when i am requesting to cancel the membership.

                        This is not the way they should do the business, customers should accept the membership by willingness and not by force.

                          I haven't provided any consent for this kind of service that such amount is being deducted from my account twice.

                              On receipt of the credit card statement, i found that hdfc bank had deducted rs-1899/- from my credit card to one assist plan. This amount is deducted even though i have complained last year to one assist about non-requirement of your services. Even then this year, once again without my knowledge they have deducted the funds again. Its my humble request to force the one assist to reverse the charges. I dont even know the company and this kind of [censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act.

                              Please deactivate the one assist plan and refund my money asap

                                Cancellation of one assist membership
                                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1799/- from my credit card number ending with 2602 without my concern on date:18/01/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1799/-

                                    Hi team,

                                    I spoke to one of your customer executive, to cancel my subscription.
                                    He was hell bent on me renewing the subscription, inspite of my repeated requests he was not listening to me and i do not believe he would have cancelled my subscription. These type of cheap sale skills is not expected from this company.

                                    I request you cancel my subscription with immediate effect and do not want to here from any of your customer care executives.

                                    Please refund my money, which was auto detected from my credit card.

                                      Hello,

                                      I received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan without my permission and i also got a mail from one assist team. I don't even know the company and this kind debiting amount from my account and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                      Please deactivate and refund my money asap.

                                        I had never opted for one assist wallet insurance but was charged rupees 1899 towards insurance which i paid. But i don't want to pay in future. I tried calling my bank but got no solution. So please cancel my insurance plan on hdfc credit card ending
