When I bought my mobile, I had insurance done with One Assist, on their website, advertisment for for accidnetal damage, three easy steps: damage, call us, pickup / drop at your farstep. Now, when my phone broke the screen damages accidentally as my phone slips from my hand, they rejected the claim by speaking negatively, now everything started coming under negligence, the accident happens suddenly, no one does it intentionally, now they are withdrawing from their duty, And fool the consumers, while selling their insurance, they do not listen or say anything, but when the real time comes, they fool them . Please take action against them.they are fooling everyone.

    Respected sir,

    I would like to tell you that unauthorized amount 1399 rs has debited from my hdfc credit card against one assist on 8-may-2020.
    When i called to one assist customer care they did not pick up my call, i am making a call regularly in one assist customer care from 8 may 2020 but they received my call one time on 06-june-2020 and i asked him about unauthorized deduction of 1399rs then they told me this service for protection against fraud then i asked why did you active this service without permission of customers.
    After that they registered complaint for cancellation of service and i received the message for cancellation of service same day but refund amount did not receive till now. When i am calling to one assist customer care they are not receiving the call.

    Please take any action against one assist and try to get my amount refund.

    Dear sir,
    I received a phone call fro one assist ([protected]) on 26th June regarding refund the unauthorized amount debited. he told me that the unauthorized amount debited from your credit card will be refunded but you have to provide us some details i said okay i will provide you whatever you need tell me. then he started to asking me credit card no i provided after that he started to asking me about card expire date and all other details but i refused to share all the details i give only card no and then i asked him that when you can debit the unauthorized amount from my credit card without getting the details from customers then why you need to card details during refunding
    it is not good you have all the details that's why you could debited the amount from my credit card and also banks don't allow to share the cards details with someone. after that he said i foreword your complaint with this details and cut the phone call.

    Now please tell me is it right to share the all details of credit card with someone i think it can be the causes of fraud that's why i did not share the complete details and they have mt card detail that's why they could debited the unauthorized amount from my card.
    so, please get the debited amount into same card in which you have debited and i provided you complete card no.
    Kindly refund the debited amount as soon as possible.

      I got a call from icici one assist consumer solutions, they asked me everything like valid num, CVV, card num they debited certain amount and they said account is not accepting the payment.now that number is saying wrong number

        I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 2647 without my concern on date:16/06/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this One Assist MFEE membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/- otherwise file a case at district consumer court.

          I had taken a policy of one assist which is to end on 20 June 2020 and one assist renewed that policy without my permission on 16 June 2020 when I do not agree with it and deducted more money than I had before Took it and while I never want the policy to go ahead in future nor do I agree with it and I have complained to one assist, then they are refusing to give money and I want all my money back.
          PLEASE DEACTIVATED POLICY AND REFUND MY MONEY ASAP.

                  We raised the complaint on 15th of march-2020 (Complaint no. 5797190) your team visited our home on 23rd of march to rectify the issues, they collected inr3800=00, changed all filters including motor, after the repair we are getting irritative sound & within 7 days again water quality got deteriorated and we again called the team. After that again visited on 27th of april & service engineer told again all filters and motor has to be replaced and we need to pay. Also he informed they have removed uv filtration & hence the noise in coming. The engineer insisted us to have a word with his manager and after discussing, the manager told he will claim for insurance & once he get the approval his team will visit and resolve the issue. We got the message from one assist stating that insurance has approved and service team will visit to resolve the issue with in 11th of april, again we raised the complaint then they changed the visiting date to 18th of april then without attending the complaint oneassist closed the complaint on 14th of may, again we raised the complaint on 16th of may,
                  One assist requested time till 18th of may,
                  And again till 19th of may,
                  Again they requested time till 23rd of may,
                  Again your team asked time till 26th,
                  Again they requested time till 29th of may,
                  Again requested time till 31st of may,
                  Again requested time till 12th of june,
                  Then again asked time till 17th of june,
                  Now again one assist is asking time till 20th of june.

                  Is this the way to handle customer! We are not begging, we have paid amc charges as well as for spares, please provide the service on priority & do not test the patience by providing alternative dates. You have requested more than 12 times for alternative dates to service. If you are not able to provide the required service then we will be forced to take further steps.

                    I have raised Compliant against One Assist in last week.. without no comment complaint moved as resolved. So Now i am raising new ticket for that

                    I got call 4 to 5(June 9th) days before and told like "calling from oneassist and we have offer to provide credit/debit card protection for free of cost and you don't need to pay yearly payment for credit card of 500". So, i said okay for that..

                    Then i have got one assist relationship no[protected]. But Friday (12/06/2020) while i am checking credit card account in hdfc net banking, its showing 2199/- as unbilled payment..

                    Today(06/17/2020) got message from HDFC "U need to pay 499 amount for this month". without using HDFC credit card.. why should i pay amount to One assist
                    So please cancel this protection offer... I have lot commitments to do..in between i cant continue with offer..

                        INR 1899 was deducted from my HDFC account on 28 MAY 2020 at 12:32 PM (Afternoon)

                        28 MAY 2020 at 1:54PM : I called the customer service and after a tiring and long talk, he told me my ENTIRE MONEY i.e. INR 1899 will be refunded within 7-10 working days and that he will cancel my membership. Today is 15 JUNE 2020 and I have still not received my refund of INR 1899.

                        Now when I call the customer service, very conveniently my call isn't answered because my number is no longer registered.

                            I recently got a message that your wallet associate plan for one year is going to be renewed and amount rupees 1899 is going to be deducted form your account and it is now deducted on 15/06/2020

                            I even dont know when i have applied for such plan

                            I think the same amount was deducted last year also

                            Even if this plan is mistakenly activated by me, please stop it and refund my money so it may not happen that i will take any further action.

                              Dear Sir,

                              This is to bring in your kind attention, that I have bought 2 years extended warranty from One Assist for my HP laptop which is valid till 21 July 2021.

                              In the month of Nov'2019, I started facing problem with the keypad of my laptop, for which I raised a service request ( Service Request ID 5015107) with One assist. The laptop was picked up from my home on 29th Nov, serviced and then delivered back on 4th Dec, 2019.

                              When the laptop was delivered, the keypad and back cover of the laptop was changed. The keypad setting was not proper, but since the keys were working fine, I continued working with it.
                              Just after Two and half months, the hinges on the lid of the laptop started giving me trouble, for which I contacted One assist and submitted them the images for service.

                              My service request was denied, saying that its an accidental damage. I was surprised, but since the request was denied I had to bear the expense myself.

                              Kindly note, I use this laptop from my official use and because of lockdown, I had to use the laptop from home in the same condition, gradually over a period of time, the hinge on the right side was completely broken, and simultaneously the hinge on left side also got damaged. For past 2 months, I was using the laptop with lid open, by placing in next to wall at one corner in my house.

                              Yesterday, on 13th June, I took this to service center and got it repaired. Where I was expecting the issue is only with the hinge, when the service guy opened the laptop backcover, he showed me the work executed by One assist.
                              While servicing the Keypad, because of negligence, One assist service team actually broke the screws on which the hinge is tied and they fixed it with Hot gun, by melting the plastic body which should never be done. The melted points can be seen in the attached images. They broke the actual screws on the Lid cover and the back cover. Since laptop is being used daily and needs to be opened & closed once a day. It could not survive the sub-standard job and damaged the entire laptop, because of which my work was also affected leading to professional difficulties.

                              Also, when I checked with the service center. It was told to me whenever there is a keypad issue, the entire plate is changed including the mouse pad (top panel).

                              Because of OneAssist sub standard job. Firstly, I had to incur additional cost on the service. Secondly, It affected my official work for which I actually cannot put any cost. Lastly, whenever we buy warranties, we expect some kind of trust and efficient service and delivery which is not the case in my scenario.

                              Only, I can understand the pain and agony I have gone through because of One assist negligence and sub standard work.

                              I would request an earnest action, so that the interest of other consumers can be safeguarded and I should be given justice

                                  I purchase a mobile insurance from one assist insurance company. When it damage i claimed it for repair they rejected my claim by stated that the phone is not connected.                                   Also, customer care team telling, auto renewal process will be happen next year, you(myself) have to call deactivate the plan.

                                    Hello there

                                    I received sms from hdfc bank rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I didnt buy any plan using my credit card amount has been debited witout my knowledge

                                    Please deactivate and refund my money asap
