Hi,

I have raised Compliant against One Assist in last week.. without no comment complaint moved as resolved. So Now i am raising new ticket for that

I got call 4 to 5(June 9th) days before and told like "calling from oneassist and we have offer to provide credit/debit card protection for free of cost and you don't need to pay yearly payment for credit card of 500". So, i said okay for that..

Then i have got one assist relationship no[protected]. But Friday (12/06/2020) while i am checking credit card account in hdfc net banking, its showing 2199/- as unbilled payment..

Today(06/17/2020) got message from HDFC "U need to pay 499 amount for this month". without using HDFC credit card.. why should i pay amount to One assist
So please cancel this protection offer... I have lot commitments to do..in between i cant continue with offer..

    I have claimed an insurance on my registered mobile so it was a door step pick up that was the last moment I saw my my phone, if I call or mail their reply will be we need 48 hours and now it has been 2 years still I didn't get my phone or any money thus I consider them as a thief

      INR 1899 was deducted from my HDFC account on 28 MAY 2020 at 12:32 PM (Afternoon)

      28 MAY 2020 at 1:54PM : I called the customer service and after a tiring and long talk, he told me my ENTIRE MONEY i.e. INR 1899 will be refunded within 7-10 working days and that he will cancel my membership. Today is 15 JUNE 2020 and I have still not received my refund of INR 1899.

      Now when I call the customer service, very conveniently my call isn't answered because my number is no longer registered.

      I WANT MY REFUND AND A STATUS ON THAT REFUND ASAP

          I recently got a message that your wallet associate plan for one year is going to be renewed and amount rupees 1899 is going to be deducted form your account and it is now deducted on 15/06/2020

          I even dont know when i have applied for such plan

          I think the same amount was deducted last year also

          Even if this plan is mistakenly activated by me, please stop it and refund my money so it may not happen that i will take any further action.

          And let me know that your wallet assist plan has been stop by either mailing or messaging me asap

            Dear Sir,

            This is to bring in your kind attention, that I have bought 2 years extended warranty from One Assist for my HP laptop which is valid till 21 July 2021.

            In the month of Nov'2019, I started facing problem with the keypad of my laptop, for which I raised a service request ( Service Request ID 5015107) with One assist. The laptop was picked up from my home on 29th Nov, serviced and then delivered back on 4th Dec, 2019.

            When the laptop was delivered, the keypad and back cover of the laptop was changed. The keypad setting was not proper, but since the keys were working fine, I continued working with it.
            Just after Two and half months, the hinges on the lid of the laptop started giving me trouble, for which I contacted One assist and submitted them the images for service.

            My service request was denied, saying that its an accidental damage. I was surprised, but since the request was denied I had to bear the expense myself.

            Kindly note, I use this laptop from my official use and because of lockdown, I had to use the laptop from home in the same condition, gradually over a period of time, the hinge on the right side was completely broken, and simultaneously the hinge on left side also got damaged. For past 2 months, I was using the laptop with lid open, by placing in next to wall at one corner in my house.

            Yesterday, on 13th June, I took this to service center and got it repaired. Where I was expecting the issue is only with the hinge, when the service guy opened the laptop backcover, he showed me the work executed by One assist.
            While servicing the Keypad, because of negligence, One assist service team actually broke the screws on which the hinge is tied and they fixed it with Hot gun, by melting the plastic body which should never be done. The melted points can be seen in the attached images. They broke the actual screws on the Lid cover and the back cover. Since laptop is being used daily and needs to be opened & closed once a day. It could not survive the sub-standard job and damaged the entire laptop, because of which my work was also affected leading to professional difficulties.

            Also, when I checked with the service center. It was told to me whenever there is a keypad issue, the entire plate is changed including the mouse pad (top panel).

            Because of OneAssist sub standard job. Firstly, I had to incur additional cost on the service. Secondly, It affected my official work for which I actually cannot put any cost. Lastly, whenever we buy warranties, we expect some kind of trust and efficient service and delivery which is not the case in my scenario.

            Only, I can understand the pain and agony I have gone through because of One assist negligence and sub standard work.

            I would request an earnest action, so that the interest of other consumers can be safeguarded and I should be given justice

              Hello my money got deducted for nothing.. I don't even know the company named one assist..
              Suddenly i got a msg like

              Inr1, 399.00 debited on credit card xx3005 on 13-jun-20. Info:oneassist consu. Avbl lmt:inr8000

              Please help me with the money.. I heard this company name for the first time..

                reject of my claim

                I purchase a mobile insurance from one assist insurance company. When it damage i claimed it for repair they rejected my claim by stated that the phone is not connected. Though i gave them my another umber because i don't have extra handset to activate my own number....

                Kindly re-open this complaint because, One Assist team is telling like, they wont give full amount changing the plan into 1299/-. 900 amount only refundable...
                Also, customer care team telling, auto renewal process will be happen next year, you(myself) have to call deactivate the plan.

                Please help me to provide full amount, i dont want this any of the year in further.. Please open this ticket
                Hi, My name is smita . Same thing happened with me. They charge me 1899 Rs when I asked them to refund my money. they said that they can refund only 800 RS.

                  I received sms from hdfc bank rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I didnt buy any plan using my credit card amount has been debited witout my knowledge

                      Dear sir,
                      I bought redmi 7a mobile for my sister from my mi account as she doesn't know about internet much, when i order mobile it came on my name but my sister is using handset as she paid all the money,
                      I clearly explained everything on how the device was damaged and while claiming my insurance, at the end after uploading all the documents, they rejecting simply just because she used it, i am very disappointed with company policy as i can't buy mobile to any of my family even when they are helpless in buying, they should have mentioned it earlier, also i have not received any document of terms and conditions, this is unethical and poor service of them.

                        I gave my one plus mobile for repair on march 23-27th to one assist as i have insurance but it was not repaired till now june 06th. I am aware of covid effect and the delays but even in that period they asked me to pay the claim amount for repair and i did however, the mobile was not yet repaired till now. Everyday they say it will take 2 more working days. When we contact customer care they are keeping our call on blacklist and we couldn't hear them.
                        This is not a wa to treat a customer and it's very disappointing with the service. I will personally nerver evr ask anyone to opt for one assist service.
                        I hope this complaint will be considered as the con that they have and will prioritise or work on our request which we submitted a way back.

                              I have hdfc credit card and card ending 5442 and without my concern debit 1399 on 13 may 2020 my credit card i cancelled the membership previous year 2019 but the one assist team without my permission debited 1399 my a/c please refund the amount soon in my account

                                I have bough MI TV 55 Inches 18 months back along with extended warranty of year that provided by OneAssist.

                                Couple of months back, My TV was stopped working due to heat bubbles in the display, I have raised an service complaint on 31st Mar 2020. Since, then there is no proper response to even understand the problem for not working.

                                I do understand & Highly appreciate the lock down situations that has a limited service. but, In last couple of weeks, I have got an call from the technician then asked for the photograph of the TV condition and other details, Hence, He is orally committing to visit my home but He is not, Now, I am really frustration on the way they response, I am not going to beg them again rather I am planning to raise the case in the consumer court.

                                My recommendation is never purchase this warranty for any of the product, Just they are making money, There is no proper escalation process to highlight the issue to wait for some more time.

                                This is more like a cheating and looking for some additional money from the technician if they want to use it.

                                  I have a comprehensive mobile insurance cover which covers accidental and liquid damage with one assist. I have raised a claim with service request no 6222215.

                                  I have mentioned in my clam that my phone (Galaxy note 10) accidentally fell down from the bed stand in the morning while i was trying to take it and there is damage to stylus. It slipped out of my hand as i struck to bed side.

                                  Now after giving them all the necessary documents they say that, it is improper handling and there should be external intervention for the damage. This a flimsy ground to say when my phone fell accidentally. The customer case people has bluntly called and informed this. When i asked i want to raise protest against, he just told that he will send a email and cut the call.

                                    I had raised a complaint against my iphone xr mobile accidental insurance. My phone had came out of my pocket while i was driving my bike. They are just rejecting my claim by saying that it is the case of negligence.. How can it be the case of negligence. It is not my fault that the mobile came out of my pocket when i crossed a breaker as it was night time and dark and nothing was visible. I have been paying bills since 1 year... And now at this time you are not accepting the claim

As on date[protected] i am online chat with your executive and he/she confirm me tech visit to your home 48 hours... But till date[protected] your tech not comes...
