One assist fraud company including hdfc
Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8981 without my concern on date:09/09/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- otherwise file a case at district consumer court.

    Hi,
    I requested one assit to deactivate my membership last tear in august as an amount of rs.1499/- was debited from my account with any prior notice. They didn’t deactivate my membership and kept asking me to contact here and there. Then i was told that i can keep my membership and they will revert half the amount charged to me with less benefits of the membership but i didn’t received any amount till date. Oneassist is too restraint in deactivating the membership.
    Therefore, i request you to deactivate my membership before they charge me more money in this year as well because the renewal will be done automatically in a month or two.

        I received sms from icic bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                You need to refund my money.

                    Yesterday i have check my hdfc bank credit card statement without any confirmation oneassist consumer charged 1899/- from my card.

                    After check i have call oneassist customer care raised complaint cancel this policy & refund my full payment. They raised complaint but we are call many time for follow they doesn't share proper details.

                    Today i called customer care about refund process they said your service activate from 1st march 2020 and amount deducted 30st march 2020.

                    They try to convince not cancel policy. Please check the same & process refund my full amount.

                        When i was introduced to one assis plan i was informed that for this plan subscription one time payment is required and lifetime applicable but now after one year again rs 1899 is deducted from my credit card ending with 8219. I don't want this one assist subscription anymore. Please cancel my subscription for one assist and refund the amount deducted for this year.

                                      I recieved message oneassist wallet assist privilege plan rs 1899 will be charged against the plan on your icici bank credit/debit card in the next few days.

                                      I want to cancel this plan. I called customer care of oneassist but they are not assuring me that amount won't be deducted.

                                      Cancel / deactivate this plan asap.

                                      I have never applied for any plan in OneAssist. Amount 1399/- is auto debiting from my credit card from last 3 years.

                                      Kindly REFUND all my money that has been deducted from my account ASAP.

                                        I recieved message that oneassist wallet assist privilege plan rs 1899 will be charged against the plan on your icici bank credit/debit card.
                                        I want to cancel oneassist wallet assist privilege plan on icici debit card.
                                        It is not yet activated, so please cancel it before deduction of charges.
                                        They are just redirecting call to different numbers each time.

                                        Please cancel/deactivate this plan.
