Hi,
I requested one assit to deactivate my membership last tear in august as an amount of rs.1499/- was debited from my account with any prior notice. They didn’t deactivate my membership and kept asking me to contact here and there. Then i was told that i can keep my membership and they will revert half the amount charged to me with less benefits of the membership but i didn’t received any amount till date. Oneassist is too restraint in deactivating the membership.
Therefore, i request you to deactivate my membership before they charge me more money in this year as well because the renewal will be done automatically in a month or two.
