A Transaction of 1399 rs occurred 5-6 times without my approval from my credit card yesterday also A transaction of INR 1, 399.00 on April 23, 2020; 22:31:33. Info: OneAssist Consumer Sol\. Which is not done by me and it happend 5-6 times kindly resolve this and refund my money as soon as possible.

    I didn't get any information for my plan renewal. But the amount included in my hdfc creditcard bill for one assist plan. I need to cancell this plan and want to refund that amount. If deducting with my credit card. Otherwise i will go it with legally

      Hi,
      I have insured my new phone last year while buying july 2019, my phone got display damage by accidentally last week by 14th april. Due to lockdown i dnt know how to proceed further. Yesterday (20 april) i registered for claim. But now they are saying that i should inform in 48 hrs. Even i was straight forward saying about the incidents in this pandemic situation. They were not ready understand customer situation. Very bad.

        I have requested earlier to cancel my account, but the customer care people said that kindly use till your last date later will intimate once before your renewal, then u can decide if you want to continue or not. It's been repeated twice.

        But I didn't got any information regarding the same & the amount is auto debited from my account. I really appreciate you if you cancel the same without troubling me further.

        And I have no bother as if you say further as like already debited & use for an year.. but I don't want to repete it again.

          Since the last 3 years you have been automatically deducting money from my account and i just found out i have been charged this year again. I would like to inform you that i have never used any of your services and wasn't even aware i have been a part of this plan. Is this how you want to loot your customers? Insurance plans should never be auto renewal. Please refund my money asap.

            Last year they activated my wallet plan and charged 1399/- amount from my credit card. I complained and told to cancel but they not did the same. Even i told that i don't want to continue it in near future.

            Again on 16/04/2020 amount being charged from my credit card without my knowledge and permission. I called the company for cancellations same day the ladies replied that with 48 hours it will be cancelled and with 7 working days refund will be made.
            Know they calling me for the feedback?
            You are very well versed in cheating and fooling the customers.

                  One assist solutions has charged inr.1399 on my credit card without my consent. I have not recieved any formal or informal email or text from them before the withdrawal which should be the ideal way of working. This is not the right protocol and it is a criminal act to not inform the customer (About whether the customer would like to continue for the next year with the company or not) and simply use his card without informing him prior.

                  I want to cancel the one assist programme and demand and immediate refund of my amount.

                  I see there is a debit for Rs.1399/- from my account for OneAssist plan on 17/07/2021.
                  I am not sure what that means and I didn't give any authorization to debit my money for this plan.

                    Cancellation of one assist membership
                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8981 without my concern on date:09/09/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- otherwise file a case at district consumer court.

                      Hi,
                      I requested one assit to deactivate my membership last tear in august as an amount of rs.1499/- was debited from my account with any prior notice. They didn’t deactivate my membership and kept asking me to contact here and there. Then i was told that i can keep my membership and they will revert half the amount charged to me with less benefits of the membership but i didn’t received any amount till date. Oneassist is too restraint in deactivating the membership.
                      Therefore, i request you to deactivate my membership before they charge me more money in this year as well because the renewal will be done automatically in a month or two.

                                  I was not informed of this charge before you debited my account.
                                  You need to refund my money.
                                  I have not given my consent to directly debit my account.

                                  I wish to cancel my membership of oneassist with immediate effect.
                                  Please cancel my membership, please do not take any of my money and please confirm the cancellation by email.

                                  There is no link at the website to cancel the membership.

                                      Respected sir/ mam,

                                      Yesterday i have check my hdfc bank credit card statement without any confirmation oneassist consumer charged 1899/- from my card.

                                      After check i have call oneassist customer care raised complaint cancel this policy & refund my full payment. They raised complaint but we are call many time for follow they doesn't share proper details.

                                      Today i called customer care about refund process they said your service activate from 1st march 2020 and amount deducted 30st march 2020.

                                      They try to convince not cancel policy. Please check the same & process refund my full amount.
