I have received sms from icici bank that rs.-1599/- deducted from account to one assist plan on 29/02/2020 without my permission. I never heard about one assist protection plan before. I am not at all interested in this services and this kind of charging to account without any consent/agreement.

I already called on one assist protection consumer number, but customer care executive not give answer properly.

I got a call from one assist just now, by repeatedly telling them. That i dont want the protection plan on my icici credit card, they are not deactivating it. Make sure it is deactivated. After reapeated telling them also they are not deactivating it. I have the call record telling them to deactivate it, but they are not doing it.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership.

I have repeatedly asking to stop the membership fees for one assist and refund.
I have had told the previous years also to cancel the membership. Even then certain amonut is cutting from my credit card for this purpose. I dont get any information before cutting the amount. So kindly please accept this as a complaind and give me a solution and kindly return my amonud....

Renewal of plan without my concern. Despite i called the customer care for last 2years and also today, stil they are not doing the needful, depite they are sending me messages for discontinue this is a harassment for us as a customer i want to discontinue this one assist account asap. Please look into it. And i don't want to pay whetever amount charging against on my account....

This is raghav k. My hdfc credit card is charged with oneassist without my concern. Last year also i faced the same issue and again this time (14/02/2020) same thing is happening. I do not want oneassist service. My credit card xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-4841 is charged for renewal. My customer id is 50735633. I need refund for this and cancel oneassist service immediately....

Without any prior notification an amount of rs 1399/- was debited from my credit card by oneassist.

On contacting the customer care i was informed that it is an yearly renewal charge that has been debited from my card, for which no prior consent was taken from me.

I strongly object to this unauthorized credit card charges, as my membership with oneassist has been auto renewed without my consent.
