I bought oneassist insurance for my new samsung galaxy a50.1st claimed on 22th january 2020 for my mobile screen, accidentally droped on metro subway, there executive rejected my claim because i have inform them within 48hrs.
2nd time i claimed on 16th may 2020 for my back of my phone because accidentally droped my phone from balcony, again they rejected my claim because i didn't repaired my screen after rejected by them on 22nd january 2020, because they need new imei no.
They find any way to rejectet your claim.
(I feel sorry for myself why i choose this insurance company after buying there insurance. I read review on internet, all reviews are filled with negative comments)
