Dear sir,
I bought redmi 7a mobile for my sister from my mi account as she doesn't know about internet much, when i order mobile it came on my name but my sister is using handset as she paid all the money,
I clearly explained everything on how the device was damaged and while claiming my insurance, at the end after uploading all the documents, they rejecting simply just because she used it, i am very disappointed with company policy as i can't buy mobile to any of my family even when they are helpless in buying, they should have mentioned it earlier, also i have not received any document of terms and conditions, this is unethical and poor service of them.

    Address: AT agraharam, 26-19-72, 1st line, Beside Indira Gandhi Statue.

    I gave my one plus mobile for repair on march 23-27th to one assist as i have insurance but it was not repaired till now june 06th. I am aware of covid effect and the delays but even in that period they asked me to pay the claim amount for repair and i did however, the mobile was not yet repaired till now. Everyday they say it will take 2 more working days. When we contact customer care they are keeping our call on blacklist and we couldn't hear them.
    This is not a wa to treat a customer and it's very disappointing with the service. I will personally nerver evr ask anyone to opt for one assist service.
    I hope this complaint will be considered as the con that they have and will prioritise or work on our request which we submitted a way back.

      My credit card yearly deducted 1100 first refund my all balance and cancel my membership today other wise i ludge a national grividence today. Becareful.

          I have hdfc credit card and card ending 5442 and without my concern debit 1399 on 13 may 2020 my credit card i cancelled the membership previous year 2019 but the one assist team without my permission debited 1399 my a/c please refund the amount soon in my account

          It's a very bad for customers.

            I have bough MI TV 55 Inches 18 months back along with extended warranty of year that provided by OneAssist.

            Couple of months back, My TV was stopped working due to heat bubbles in the display, I have raised an service complaint on 31st Mar 2020. Since, then there is no proper response to even understand the problem for not working.

            I do understand & Highly appreciate the lock down situations that has a limited service. but, In last couple of weeks, I have got an call from the technician then asked for the photograph of the TV condition and other details, Hence, He is orally committing to visit my home but He is not, Now, I am really frustration on the way they response, I am not going to beg them again rather I am planning to raise the case in the consumer court.

            My recommendation is never purchase this warranty for any of the product, Just they are making money, There is no proper escalation process to highlight the issue to wait for some more time.

            This is more like a cheating and looking for some additional money from the technician if they want to use it.

              I have a comprehensive mobile insurance cover which covers accidental and liquid damage with one assist. I have raised a claim with service request no 6222215.

              I have mentioned in my clam that my phone (Galaxy note 10) accidentally fell down from the bed stand in the morning while i was trying to take it and there is damage to stylus. It slipped out of my hand as i struck to bed side.

              Now after giving them all the necessary documents they say that, it is improper handling and there should be external intervention for the damage. This a flimsy ground to say when my phone fell accidentally. The customer case people has bluntly called and informed this. When i asked i want to raise protest against, he just told that he will send a email and cut the call.

                I had raised a complaint against my iphone xr mobile accidental insurance. My phone had came out of my pocket while i was driving my bike. They are just rejecting my claim by saying that it is the case of negligence.. How can it be the case of negligence. It is not my fault that the mobile came out of my pocket when i crossed a breaker as it was night time and dark and nothing was visible. I have been paying bills since 1 year... And now at this time you are not accepting the claim

As on date[protected] i am online chat with your executive and he/she confirm me tech visit to your home 48 hours... But till date[protected] your tech not comes...                         My membership no : [protected]. May 2019 itself i asked one assist to cancel my membership they told we will cancel your membership. But on 15th may 2020 they renew my membership from one assist without any notice. I want to cancel my membership and refund my money to my hdfc credit card.

                        21st May 2020 morning i have call from one assist about membership cancellation & refunding. I told them about last year may-2019 itself i cancelled my membership, without prior notice you renew my membership when i spoke about this they put my call on hold, when they hold my call it's just 7 minutes 11 seconds till 50 minutes 43 seconds they hold my call and cut it themself. I want to cancel Membership and refund my amount to my credit card because they never intimate they going to renew my membership. When i speak cancellation on May-2019 they told me the membership will be cancel in 45 days. But now they renew my membership.

                          I had asked to cancel my one assist plan on 06/05/2020. The same was set for renewal on 10/05/2020. They had tried to coax me to retain the membership but i refused. Only on 12/05/2020 i recieved a mail saying that have cancelled the membership. But unfortunately on 15/05/2020, they have deducted 1601 from my hdfc credit card towards renewal. I was alerted about this via sms from hdfc.
                          This is totally unfair and a fraud.

                            My laptop recently got some weird vertical lines on them and they spread across the whole screen. This happened on 10th of May 2020. Can you please assist me, it was under one assist prolong 2-year warranty. I can't see the screen of my laptop properly.

                              I received statement from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I dont given any permission to the company for renewal and also not received any mail from one assist for auto renewal and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                              Please deactivate and refund my money asap

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                  I have been renewed with oneassist policy without prior communication and as per there website terms and condition they should refund 100% of customer cancelled within 30 days of renew.

                                  My policy has been renewed on 9th may and raised cancellation on 16th may.

                                  But instead of cancellation they are calling and telling that cancellation is not possible and we can't refund your amount.

                                    I bought oneassist insurance for my new samsung galaxy a50.1st claimed on 22th january 2020 for my mobile screen, accidentally droped on metro subway, there executive rejected my claim because i have inform them within 48hrs.
                                    2nd time i claimed on 16th may 2020 for my back of my phone because accidentally droped my phone from balcony, again they rejected my claim because i didn't repaired my screen after rejected by them on 22nd january 2020, because they need new imei no.
                                    They find any way to rejectet your claim.
                                    (I feel sorry for myself why i choose this insurance company after buying there insurance. I read review on internet, all reviews are filled with negative comments)

                                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder.
                                      The one assist has auto debited rs 1299 as on 30.04.2020from my credit card without my authorisation. This is a completely fraudulent company. I don't want to continue this service. Request you to please cancel the service & refund the amount on my credit card. I also want to say that why any bank shares the credit card information to any fraud company. If they are sharing any information, they should be responsible.

                                        This year also plan is renewed without my consent. Last year also it was not cancelled so, please arrange to terminate below mentioned plan this year at least.
