I accidentally dropped my Pocco F1 phone on 3 June 2019 on stairs, due to which screen of my phone broke, and therefore, i raised a request of repair
While raising the claim I mentioned in the description that I dropped my phone on stairs on screen side due to which the glass of the screen broke.
Then i received a mail for some additional documents and to clarify in the description that whether i was standing or walking. So, I just mentioned that i was standing.
Later on with respect to service request number 4292818, my service request has been rejected on 6 June 2019, stating reason Improper handling.
This is not a case of improper handling as i dropped my phone while speaking to somebody on stairs and accidentally pushed by somebody from the back, but since i didn't mention about the push they rejected my claim and when i asked there consumer representative (Mr Robby Rajan), he simply refused to let me update the description or raising another claim request.
If i deliberately throws the phone then there would be scratches/dents on the phone body but there are no such scratches and dents on the phone body. Only the glass of the screen breaks as it is a genuine case of accident. Still, they refuse the service request.
I want my device to get repair
