Vide above reference complaint No. I request you for Service dey letter. With your reply, on contacting again Amazon customer care, they are insisting to provide service deny letter from One Assist/Integral services then go forward for refund.
It is therefore once requesting that kindly provide clearly quote "Service dey letter", please.

    The Icici people are fooling customers by simply calling and telling about the benefits of being a customer and the privileges with no mention regarding the plan and policy and amount it requires, not even once . He was explaning in a way to make me believe that it's all existing policy and that i am priveleged to be its member. Their senior also call later for approval for which the support guy asked to give good review for good rating . Next moment a plan is activated and 1899 amount is deducted. Upon calling the customer care the provide 60004000 number for complaints, which is anyways unreachable since it requires STD code, which also doesn't work. My request is cancelled but waiting for full refund for such a fraud.

    Within a day of policy creation i got aware of the fraud and complaint, which led to immediate closure of the policy with full refund.

    Even after filing a request towards closure o[censored]nintimated opening of the policy, they have deducted additional Rs 119, and now after complaint they are closing it and providing refund of only 1899 with no mention about the 119 amount that is deducted. They can fool others with such unethical acts not me

      I had Home assist plan with One assist for Panasonic Split AC. I request for renewal. I paid as per the requested amount for renewal and inspection got scheduled accordingly. After few days, no body called and came to our house and we found on app that inspection person posted that person not available at house. We again complained about it and one assist against scheduled appliance visit yet again the inspection person neither show up at our house nor called us and he submitted a fake report that no appliance in working condition. When we called customer care of one assist customer care then they rudely behaved and told us that they will refund the renewal amount back to us.

      I wanted to request that the company like one assist should not be allowed to cheat people. They make continuous call to customers and promise big words and at the time of service deliver, they do not keep their words and cheat customers.
      The employees and the inspection people are not their employee. Last time, when i serviced my AC, one of the employee visited and submit report of change of a costly item in my AC. when i arrange a inspection from a local technician then he told that the part need not to be changed.
      Their technicians are also not professional, they damage AC parts and temporary fix them so that you have to make call again a again to repair your AC.
      I want One assist to either renew it immediately else pay my AC cost, as now i can not arrange a warranty extension with other service provider beacuse my AC is cross warranty period.

        I'm Using HDFC Credit card. I was going through Credit card transaction and found that deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card without my permission on 22 nd May 2019 and last year also 1399.

        I never excepted this from HDFC Bank. last year also same happend, Now this is again another pain top of it.

        Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of Rs 1399. Pleases deactivate ONE ASSIST membership & refund me the deducted amount.This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist MFee without customer's confirmation.

        Kindly, refund my amount.

            I had an accidental damage to my mobile device which was insured by oneassist and recently when i filed a claim regarding the same they were unable to help, each time they were just telling me to update the documents making it more complex with every passing time.
            The customer care is useless and is always busy with their own talks rather than attending the customer and are also very unprofessional.

            They are not professional at all.

              I Received SMS from HDFC BANK that RS-1299/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                  I accidentally dropped my Pocco F1 phone on 3 June 2019 on stairs, due to which screen of my phone broke, and therefore, i raised a request of repair
                  While raising the claim I mentioned in the description that I dropped my phone on stairs on screen side due to which the glass of the screen broke.
                  Then i received a mail for some additional documents and to clarify in the description that whether i was standing or walking. So, I just mentioned that i was standing.

                  Later on with respect to service request number 4292818, my service request has been rejected on 6 June 2019, stating reason Improper handling.

                  This is not a case of improper handling as i dropped my phone while speaking to somebody on stairs and accidentally pushed by somebody from the back, but since i didn't mention about the push they rejected my claim and when i asked there consumer representative (Mr Robby Rajan), he simply refused to let me update the description or raising another claim request.
                  If i deliberately throws the phone then there would be scratches/dents on the phone body but there are no such scratches and dents on the phone body. Only the glass of the screen breaks as it is a genuine case of accident. Still, they refuse the service request.
                  I want my device to get repair

                            I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. And today i have received a mail for renewal of one assist without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                              Wallet assist plan team - one year before, i see that you have taken rs. 1899 from my a/c no.[protected].
                              Now i got a message regarding, renewal.

                              I was not informed of this charge before you debited my account.
                              You need to refund my money.
                              I have not given my consent to directly debit my account.

                              I wish to cancel my membership of oneassist with immediate effect.
                              Please cancel my membership, please do not take any of my money and please confirm the cancellation by email.

                              There is no link at the website to cancel the membership.
                              I sent emails to [protected]@mail. Oneassist.in, but there is no response.
                              How is anyone supposed to cancel their membership?
                              Give me my money back, please.

                                I received an sms from oneassist for renewing the service for rs 1399. I logged in one assist online portal (By recovering password) but i did not find an option to cancel the service. I have never used this service and do not want to continue using it. Please deactivate my service/subscription asap.

                                  I had raised a cancellation request on 27th may, 2019 with request number #4272169 but the plan still got renewed on 29th may, 2019. I've been charged rs 1399 on my credit card. I've been calling customer care since 27th may everyday but the cancellation still hasn't been processed. They raised a new cancellation request on 29th may, 2019 with request #4280101

                                  I need a full refund now asap along with cancellation of the plan entirely. I've tried to be patient but i've had enough now. Process my request immediately.

                                    We bought insurance for IPhone 8 covering Liquid damage, accidental damage & Theft.
                                    1)While selling they say one call away but now when it is time to provide service they ask for all irrelevant documents which r already produced & submitted during purchase. It took us 7 to 9 days to do the required procedure.
                                    2) after submission they took our phone & gave us replacement as promised, but after 2 days they say the insurance cannot b claimed as Bill is in the name of company & user is not related to the company whereas the user is wife of proprietor of the company.
                                    3) when I purchased these product from Apptronix they were given the same document still the problem continues & IMEI on both bill & insurance remains same. So the insurance is for product or user based. Basically they r not providing the service for wat v paid them 8k+ & making fool out o[censored]s. Their executive on call centre speak wastes lot of time & r of no help at all
                                    These company should b considered as fraud.

                                        Cancel and refund one assist

                                        I have been charged for rs. 1399, which is an unauthorised transaction done by one assist on my credit card. I got a call said they are from icici bank and this amount is for the service, i informed that i don't want the service. Inspite of it you have charged my credit card of bank icici.
                                        I need full refund asap and cancel this service completely. I know how to prevent fraud activities for my card and i don't need your service for it. Sharing my account details and card to charge is not acceptable which is done by icici and i will get hold of them as well, for breaching the contract.

                                        P. S. Don't cheat and take the money which is hard earned and i have seen these types of scammers as well. I will go to the highest level authority to get my money back. So, if you don't want any trouble for your company, refund my money and cancel this service or be ready for the consequences.
