I had received call from one assist team and said 1399/- will be deducted from your credit card for the security purpose. I mentioned them i don't want this service. Now they deducted 1399/- from my credit card anyway. Please help me with getting my money back. Money deducted on 23, apr 2019.

auto renewal process, even though asked for cancellation of services.

I have been a victim of one assist auto renewal process. When i took the credit card 3 years back, i was not even aware of such services linked to my account, till i check my credit card bill. And immediately i called them, and they told that amount can't be renewed please use the services for now and next year it can be cancelled. I don't know the renewal date of next year and i forgot that the next year and they have got deducted the amount...

On dec 8 i had register my claim for lcd panel repair as it was having line on it. For the same issue they have opened 5 claims and closed as unresolved stating that customer is not ready to pay additional amount where as i was ready to pay the difference. I received sms from hdfc bank that rs 2008/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

Since last 3 years one assist have been deducting my money from my hdfc credit card for the services which I even don’t know and won’t want such services. Without my request they started the service I tried to deactivate it but no one responded till now. It is to bring your notice that I don’t want to waste my money by such useless services so kindly deactivate it asap....

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-2599/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 12/4/19. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. cancellation of one assist plan and refund

I am icici credit card user.

On 11 april, received sms from icici stating amout of rs.1399 are debited from my credit card account - xx2006 without my permission. I am no way interested in one assist plan. I need refund of rs.1399

Before one year one assist did same thing (Deducted rs.1399) and later customer support person informed that plan will be deactivated after 1 year. And they repeated same thing again...

Hello,
I used one assist services on my icici account. When i started it they said they would ask every time whether i ned service or not. But this year, i didn't receive a call and the money was deducted automatically. I no longer wish to use oneassist services. So, please deactivate oneassist services on my account.
