I had placed a cancellation request on Monday. The person on live chat had sent me an email also for the cancellation being processed.
Today I recieved a call to confirm the cancellation of the services. I told the lady on the phone to cancel the services and not to proceed with the renewal. Still 1899 was deducted. I WANT THE MONEY TO BE REFUNDED TO THE EARLIEST. The membership number is [protected].

      This is to bring your immediate attention to the unauthorized deduction of amount 1899/- from my icici bank account by the name of iin*i-debit*s. I am utterly disturbed by this kind of act of embezzlement and this has happened without my permission or any prior notice. I request immediate cancellation of the subscription and refund of the same amount!

        I Received SMS from ICICI Bank that RS-1899/- deducted from my account to ONE ASSIST WALLET PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my Account and Debit card and use of my account by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

        Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP otherwise be ready for legal procedure.

          I was wrongly charge the renewal fees of 1899.i have cancel my plan still they charged me the renewal fees .There is also no reply from their customer care number.Also i downloaded the one assist apo but there was no one from the other end to chat with.they are a big frauds.Last year they wrongly deducted also.

                    I bought an iphone x from batinda authorized apple store and they insured my phone but when i went with phone which was damaged in the hail storm the insurer is harrasing me and telling me i cannot claim the money for its repair . The company is bogus and they are only there to collect the insurance money. I just want to spread awareness of fraud.

                          Hello,

                          I'd like to discontinue the one-assist service. That means there shouldn't be any auto-renewal every year.

                          Your built in feature of the service that does auto renewal is obviously a trick, since most customers don't keep track of the remainder mails that go straight to spam and the one's who also miss the messages, can't cancel them in time. Instead of askimg permission every year you directly deduct the amount from our banks.

                          It's highly unethical and a bad business practice.

                          Due to the same reason i'd like to discontinue the entire service and look forward to not getting any emails or messages about renewal alerts!

                            I have requested for the cancellation of my membership ahead of last 2 weeks. But i have no response from your side. I request for a refund of my amount 1899/- from the oneassist services which was deducted from my axis account. I asked for the cancellation of membership which seems to be of no use.                                 Received message from icici bank that oneassist plan request have been completed. I never gave permission to anyone to deduct any money automatically. I believed that rs. 1899 will only be deducted with my consent. Since the deduction happened without my consent i have no choice but to cancel the plan. No need to call me.                                     I have taken one assist membership just to take a free life time credit card and they said its just one year plan and it will be cancelled after an year but without my knowledge rs 2999l - was deducted from my account and there was no proper communication from one assist. I am so much disappointed with the relationship with one assist. I want to cancel my membership and i need the refund money. I am unable to contact anyone as i am not in india.

                                      Hello there

                                      I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs.1899 deducted from my credit card number ending with 4514 to one assist membership fee.
                                      Without inform me on data[protected]. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more

                                      So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs. 1899

                                        I received sms from hdfc bank yesterday that rs-2799/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                                        And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want to cancel my membership and refund my money.
