I raised a claim on 3rd july 2019 against an accidental damage but reject.

Incident -
So, on july 2nd around 12pm i was in my room and just while laying down on my bed my phone (Mi a2 which was in my trouser's right pocket) suddenly came outand fell on the ground facing screen downwards, and got a diagonal crack on the left bottom corner od my screen. For clarity, i want to mention that i didn't touch my phone neither there was anything else like my intention or something.

Rejection reasons told by the executive -
It was totally an intentional act and external forces were involved.

Now, you tell me where is my intention in all this? Moreover what type of external forces? I was in my room... Nothing miraculous happened. It was totally accidental that's why i have paid extra money to my a protest plan an issuance to protect my phone against these uncertainties and accidents.

On 3rd July 2019 I received SMS from ICICI Bank that Rs 1899 deducted from my account without my permission. I even received SMS from one assist team.I don't want any of the services provided by one assist. Please deactivate One assist plan and refund my money ASAP

    I have not even used my credit card till now. As a part of credit protection policy they deduct rs. 1399 from my Icici bank credit card on 06-July-2019 without my consent & without any prior notice.

    I never subscribed to one assist facility but in July 18, RS 1899 was debited from my account. Again on 3.7.19, RS 1899 deducted my account. Please stop this policy immediately and refund my money which is bring deducted unauthorised. Malvika Jha Cell no [protected]

      I already.. Cancelled my one assist... Bt they still didn't refund my money... Can you please check and refund my money i am waiting for ur response so i kindly request you to... Respond as early as possible... Still i am studying.. They had already taken a huge amount so please refund my money. I had already spoke about the problem with i customer care

        An amount of rs. 1899, has been deducted from my icici bank account under the transaction detail of si oneast without my permission. I demand a total refund as soon as possible as this deduction is fradulent.
        So i would like to deactivate any such one assist plan and want to full refund for the same.

              Hello,
              Iam hardik jain from indore, i received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got an email from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind [censored] illigal charging of my icici debit card and use of my card information by the company is really a criminal act.

                    I had placed a cancellation request on Monday. The person on live chat had sent me an email also for the cancellation being processed.
                    Today I recieved a call to confirm the cancellation of the services. I told the lady on the phone to cancel the services and not to proceed with the renewal. Still 1899 was deducted. I WANT THE MONEY TO BE REFUNDED TO THE EARLIEST. The membership number is [protected].

However, i have already sent an application for closing the card and discontinuing the credit card. Thus, i dont require the one assist for the same. I should have recieved a call or the same could have been confirmed from me from deduct.Request refund the amount.

                                      Hello there

                                      I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                      Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                      I bought an iphone x from batinda authorized apple store and they insured my phone but when i went with phone which was damaged in the hail storm the insurer is harrasing me and telling me i cannot claim the money for its repair . The company is bogus and they are only there to collect the insurance money. I just want to spread awareness of fraud.
                                      I don't need one assist, pls deactivate my account
