on 31st may 2019 I have received a SMS from ICICI BANK that RS-1399/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. I don't want this service and want to deactivate the same. so request you to please deactivate the said service and refund the deducted amount ASAP.

My one assist plan is auto renewed. I am not interested in this plan and want my money back, i have been charged rs. 1899/- for it.

Kindly refund it soon as I do not want the plan.

    The company felt that the damage happened would have been avoided if you had kept the phone in a safer place. As the incident happened is not due to any accidental force the claim got declined. We request you to get it repaired from an Authorised Service Centre and keep the job sheet with you. The next time you raise a claim we shall need the job sheet.

    Sorry to inform you but if you read my terms of the policy you had not mentioned about any accidental force my policy clearly reads accidental and liquid damage PFA reading the same below and even an attachment of Google giving the meaning of accidental cause I don't think the company employees r educated enough to understand the meaning of accidental

    If you people would have clearly mentioned about you not understanding the meaning of words I would have helped you at the time of taking the policy and would have not give you any donations

    I have read about your company online and have clearly understood that you have been cheating on people for long in the market

    I don't think there should be any one out there telling me how I m suppose to keep my phone and had I been careful I would have never taken any such policy I have taken policy only because to get a replacement during such accidents that happen unintentionally

      I bought a phone on 1 may, 2019 which accidentally fell on floor n back camera glass broke on 27 may, 2019
      When i raised a claim to get it repaired, they closed the request saying that this happened due to my lack of precautions.
      # people.. Money eaters.. Fraud.. Totally fraud.. Fake company.. Don't buy one assist insurance ever. Customer care there is also so bad and service is frustrating..

        I received an email from oneassist for renewing the service for rs 1899. I logged in one assist online portal (By recovering password) but i did not find an option to cancel the service. I have never used this service and do not want to continue using it. Please deactivate my service/subscription asap.

          Hello there,

          I have received sms on my number that rs-1399/- was deducted from icici credit card for oneassist plan without my knowledge.
          I don't know their company and never asked for their plan.
          Still deduction of such amount from my credit card is considered as crime committed by the company.

          Please cancel my policy and refund my money asap.

              I'm using hdfc credit card. I was going through credit card transaction and found that deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card without my permission on 27th may 2019.

              I never excepted this from hdfc bank. Last year also same happend, now this is again another pain top of it.

              Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1399. Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's consent

              Last year i requested that i am not interested for one aasist service that has been activated on my credit card. That time they deducted Rs. 1399 from my account for one year. And he told me that i am cancelling this service from your account. But they not deactivate this and again deduct Rs. 1399.i want to refund my money.

                    I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan without my permission. Also got a mail from one assist team.

                    Even though i had cancelled the plan earlier, this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                    The plan was auto-renewed automatically. Why it got auto-renewed without any notification. Also no option to deactivate this plan.

                            My oneassist membership got autorenewal by debiting my hdfc credit card. When i contacted customer service, she replied they have sent mail to me but no mail has been received so far. Last year i complained about the same and told them to stop it but they have done it purposefully.

                            Moreover, 1399 rupees deducted as showing in my credit card statement.

                            I will not pay for this at any cost & stop my plan & membership permanently.

                              I wish there is option for zero rating. Oneassist is the company who makes fool of innocent people. They do tie-up with banks and deliberately get sign of customers who are opening new bank account. No body clearly tells what this sign is about to semi-literate or illiterate people. Then they will call on behalf of bank, and say they are giving so many facilities without clearly telling the rates, and once customer says yes, booom, they deduct 1899/- from your bank account for these virtual and undesired services.

                              On top it, they don't even ask you for renewals, they simply deduct the same amount next year as well. If you complain to bank and oneassist, no body bothers to give you refund.

                              Such pathetic services. I don't know when govt will take decision to shut these fraud companies. Middle and lower class are always a easy victim for such companies.

                              I dont know how such companies are getting funding $33 mn. Big time shame for india. Investors, please be aware to put your money in this company going forward, and be sensible to see the ground realty.

                                One assist is playing cheap tricks to earn money.

                                Using auto-renewal is one of the tricks they follow usually.

                                First of all, i have not opted their services but somehow hdfc and one assist played some tricky logics (Calling customer for registration of services and activating them without their acceptance). Though i have paid 1300+ other charges last year and at the same time, i have requested for cancellation of these services.

                                For this year they have for expiry emails (Your membership will expire...) i thought this is expiry notification and was an assumption that i have cancelled last year. But now on may 16, i have been charged 1300 + charges for this auto renewal without my acknowledgement which is wrong.

                                I request one assist the team to respond and reverse my fees otherwise i will reach out to banking ombudsmen.

                                Hdfc bank credit cards team are doing prostitution services. Struggling their customers for their brokerage/commission.

                                  You deduct amout 1399 from my card without my consent or approval. I want to deactivate this plan and want my money back. I did not get any support from you last year. I do not want to continue this service. Please do not argue as last year o had with your representative for almost 2 hours.. They were very rude.                                     I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan without my consent. I don't even use this service for any kind of transaction using my credit card. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.                                         the customer care number provided is not reachable/ switched off, they why the hell your company share this number to people, instead of hackers i guess you people are real culprits behind money looting from customers accounts. And your company wants to make business with out keeping your customer informed, whether they are willing to take the plan or continue with the plan or not. I want this membership to be cancelled and release my on hold amount to my bank. If not i will take legal actions, People please don't get into this trap they are fraud sharing incorrect details to the customers and be aware of bank account.
