Hello there

I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs.1899 deducted from my credit card number ending with 4514 to one assist membership fee.
Without my inform or concern on data[protected]. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more

So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs. 1899

    Hello one assist support team,

    There is deduction of ₹ 1899, on 5 oct' 18. I have no idea of why that was deducted without any notification or any prior notice. I haven't had look for that. Today as i was reviewing my account, i found this. As i have not availed any of facility of your service. Some mails had come from your side and a letter, i assumed all those as spam.

    So, a humble request refund those amount asap as those were hard - earned money, so can't waste on these crap.

      I am a very old customer of your company and raised above claim on dt. 09 june 2019.

      On 19 june 2019 my claim was verified by your team and said that your device would be pickup within 24-48 hrs after call from one assist.

      In mean time i had already extended my membership with your company since it was valid till only 22 june 2019.

      Since i haven't received any call from one assist i called on 20 june 2019, but nothing was received from your end and just assurance and now on 22 june 2019 mr. Vivek of your company called and simply denied for claim. I hope i am a very old customer of your company.

      He said that you take claim in 2018 but no claim was made by me since at that time there were very minor scratches on screen which disappeared on changing tamper glass & same was informed to oneassist before filling this claim.

      And in delhi you now crime rates is increasing day by day. So my phone had been snatched, below is mentioned incident.

      Incident details:

      I was was having my mobile phone in my hand while having call when i was on road and was near my house then suddenly a bike came near me, then second person on bike tried to snatch my mobile phone but was unsuccessful in his act & phone felt down on road and caused major physical damages to screen. This incident happened on 9.06.2019 around 5:30 pm near road side near my home. Phone was fallen on road & by the time snatchers had fled with their bike, but my phone was saved. Now in current, my phone got physical damages on it. Screen and keypad screen is broken. I request one assist to kindly issue claim and proceed for its claim since i am very old customer of your company and all above incidence is by accident and there is not a single mistake of mine. Thanks!!

      Your representative (Mr. Vivek) said that he could not process my claim bcoz i had taken claim whereas no claim has been made by my side nor my device has been ever repaired anywhere.

      I request any senior to take this matter in his hands and do everything in right spirit. Because your these acts clearly predicts that your co. Waited for june 22 2019 so that they can hamper customer & make money out of it. Because your company clearly violated its own timelines which was laid by your company only & it clearly predicts your working style & delaings with your customer & specially one who is associated with you from a very long & even extended his membership.

      But i clearly demand claim of my device otherwise, i am legal advocate by profession and would take you to consumer court (Lok adalat) where you would be at end be judged to repair device & plus give compensatory payments to the complainant.

      No claim against this device had been ever taken from my end

      My claim towards my mobile device was a very true one and had to be considered by them.But what they did was to reject the claim.100% fraudulent company which has zero tolerance.When i talked with them they are behaving soo mean and not responding to my querie.

        I Received SMS from Axis BANK that RS-1899/- deducted from my bank account to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my bank.
        How you deduct money without my permission.
        It's really bad.
        If any plan running, please deactivate my all plan. It's my humble request.

          I faced this issue with Vikash Patel his contact no is [protected] and [protected] which is presently active in all Google pay and phone pe sites ...he is looting all the customer in olx websites by selling different products saying he is in army and sending proof by sending pan card adhaar card and even I card ..with him one more person involve in that whole act...name Praveen he also introduces himself as his senior who sent his all above mentioned document ...so first he asked for paying 4k for delivery the. After getting money he again called and asked for full payment. Of 24k while trusting him based on his I'd proofs.. I have given the money but now again he asking for another 13 k for insurance which I have not given ...and he is still active with the above no ..whether he belongs to army is not case how he got even army personnel Id card photo is the issue ..and most of the person by seeing this they get trapped as they hav trust on defence guys...
          Finding out whether he pertains to army or not is least... Need your help in getting the money back and also similar incident should not happen again ..
          I hav read and realised that even after reporting here no action has been taken yet except finding out whether he pertains to army or not.
          To help on this case am sharing olx id [protected] and now active I'd with the same details is olx id [protected].

          Live id can help to tracking him and catch him now.

            Hi this is Rahul saxena from bhopal and I have take a online credit card from RBL before receiving card I have received a call from RBL to take policy to prevent credit card fraud and take security to all cards but after receiving card I have found that this policy is useless to me and as per sms received I have send a sms to opt put from policy on given no 5607011 by sending sms NB05
            .I have received a message from RBL that I have charged 600/- for policy after my refusal further I am not interested to take RBL card as it is not suitable to me because they have offer me a free card later they charge 500 and after receiving they charge 2000/- for card and limit is low they have take charge to pay them bill Rs 250 so I have decided to return that card and policy but no one is listen and they have send sms to sms to pay bill please rfund that card and policy and free me to pay charge

I want to say update your service on customer support line, they were saying we can't help you and we are cancelling your plan sorry we can't give you refund, A big ### from your side, If am not using your service so how can you say or why are you saying not to refund my amount, Tell me where I give you a written or verbal confirmation to renew my plan, So were just sending email not taking confirmation from concerned person..

                My HDFC credit card has been automatically debited by OneAssist subscription without my permission. I haven't been notified of the same. I got to know only when my credit card was debited. It's wrong what the company is doing. I have seen similar complains from multiple users regarding the same. It's wrong from the end of HDFC Bank as well. They should be responsible enough to send user request regarding the same.

                      I received an SMS regarding the deduction of INR 1300/- from my credit card.
                      I have never received a Call/SMS/E-mail from One Assist regarding the subscription charges. I have never used this facility and now not interested to use it. I want to terminate my membership with One Assist as well as close my account and I want refund which is debited through credit card.

                      I have tried to contact One Assist customer care through chat from their mobile application as well as through a call. but didn't receive any response

                          I Received SMS from axis BANK that RS-1399/- deducted from my debit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                          Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP.

                              The Icici people are fooling customers by simply calling and telling about the benefits of being a customer and the privileges with no mention regarding the plan and policy and amount it requires, not even once . He was explaning in a way to make me believe that it's all existing policy and that i am priveleged to be its member. Their senior also call later for approval for which the support guy asked to give good review for good rating . Next moment a plan is activated and 1899 amount is deducted. Upon calling the customer care the provide 60004000 number for complaints, which is anyways unreachable since it requires STD code, which also doesn't work. My request is cancelled but waiting for full refund for such a fraud.

                              Within a day of policy creation i got aware of the fraud and complaint, which led to immediate closure of the policy with full refund.

                              Even after filing a request towards closure o[censored]nintimated opening of the policy, they have deducted additional Rs 119, and now after complaint they are closing it and providing refund of only 1899 with no mention about the 119 amount that is deducted. They can fool others with such unethical acts not me

                                I had Home assist plan with One assist for Panasonic Split AC. I request for renewal. I paid as per the requested amount for renewal and inspection got scheduled accordingly. After few days, no body called and came to our house and we found on app that inspection person posted that person not available at house. We again complained about it and one assist against scheduled appliance visit yet again the inspection person neither show up at our house nor called us and he submitted a fake report that no appliance in working condition. When we called customer care of one assist customer care then they rudely behaved and told us that they will refund the renewal amount back to us.

                                I wanted to request that the company like one assist should not be allowed to cheat people. They make continuous call to customers and promise big words and at the time of service deliver, they do not keep their words and cheat customers.
                                The employees and the inspection people are not their employee. Last time, when i serviced my AC, one of the employee visited and submit report of change of a costly item in my AC. when i arrange a inspection from a local technician then he told that the part need not to be changed.
                                Their technicians are also not professional, they damage AC parts and temporary fix them so that you have to make call again a again to repair your AC.
                                I want One assist to either renew it immediately else pay my AC cost, as now i can not arrange a warranty extension with other service provider beacuse my AC is cross warranty period.

                                  I'm Using HDFC Credit card. I was going through Credit card transaction and found that deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card without my permission on 22 nd May 2019 and last year also 1399.

                                  I never excepted this from HDFC Bank. last year also same happend, Now this is again another pain top of it.

                                  Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of Rs 1399. Pleases deactivate ONE ASSIST membership & refund me the deducted amount.This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist MFee without customer's confirmation.

                                      I had an accidental damage to my mobile device which was insured by oneassist and recently when i filed a claim regarding the same they were unable to help, each time they were just telling me to update the documents making it more complex with every passing time.
                                      The customer care is useless and is always busy with their own talks rather than attending the customer and are also very unprofessional.
