The Icici people are fooling customers by simply calling and telling about the benefits of being a customer and the privileges with no mention regarding the plan and policy and amount it requires, not even once . He was explaning in a way to make me believe that it's all existing policy and that i am priveleged to be its member. Their senior also call later for approval for which the support guy asked to give good review for good rating ....

I'm Using HDFC Credit card. I was going through Credit card transaction and found that deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card without my permission on 22 nd May 2019 and last year also 1399.

I never excepted this from HDFC Bank. last year also same happend, Now this is again another pain top of it.

Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of Rs 1399. Pleases deactivate ONE ASSIST...

I had an accidental damage to my mobile device which was insured by oneassist and recently when i filed a claim regarding the same they were unable to help, each time they were just telling me to update the documents making it more complex with every passing time.
The customer care is useless and is always busy with their own talks rather than attending the customer and are also very unprofessional.

I received an sms from oneassist for renewing the service for rs 1399. I logged in one assist online portal (By recovering password) but i did not find an option to cancel the service.
