Whether i understood or not and i said 'yes' but he didn't ask me whether i want to buy any plan or he did not mention anything about charges
Or they did not mention that they are going to deduct money from my account.

After few days an amount of rs. 1899/- gets deducted from my icici account...

Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Company refuses to repair handset citing negligence part of consumer. Saying one should not keep phone on the table or slab. It should always be kept in your pocket. If by chance you try to keep your phone on the table, it should not slip. If it slips, this accident is not covered under claims.

I bought hdfc credit card and without my knowledge they deducted 1399 amount from my account.

I told them to deactivate this service and refund my money, the rep said that it can't be deactivated for this year, i will have to inform them next year before reactivation. I did inform them to not reactivate this service but they still did.

An amount of 1899 has been deducted from my icici bank account on 3rd may 2019. I received tons of calls on 3rd may of which i received one. Without my permission this amount has been deducted.
