My one assist plan is auto activated. I am not interested in this plan and want my money back that was charged to my icici bank credit card.

My plan is enhanced wa power single plan and i have been charged inr 1399/- for it.

Kindly refund it soon as possible it was charged without any consent.

    My plan expired on 05/05/19 from 04/05/19 i ma calling every day for renewal but no one in giving me proper reply every time i am being informed that i will receive call from the customer care, but till today no call received
    I had also send mails on [protected]@oneassist.com only sr numbers are generated but no reply till date and every time new relationship manager i do not understand what company is doing

    I had filed a claim for which i had to pay excess money every day i had called the customer care number regarding clarification for the same but till today i had not received any clarification and i am being informed that working are under verification

    Plz provide proper resolution

      I received a text message regarding deduction of rs. 1399/- from my icici credit card without my permission on 17/05/2018. I also got the mail from icici bank regarding this transaction. This transaction is made without my consent and i would like to refund my money as soon as possible and cancel or deactivate any plan with oneassist consumer solution.

        I bought mobile protection plan for my iphone x on 14may 2019. It clearly mentioned that apple phone is included in mobile protection plan in list of compatible devices. But today i. E. 17 may 2019 when i received the plan it is for non apple

        Plan name : "mobile damage protection nonapple_e 60k to 80k"

        Today is 15 day i bought the phone and i stand no where. How i will activate the mobile protection plan if i receive wrong plan.
        I called amazon as i bought plan from amazon.in and order no #[protected] and they are asking for service denial letter from one assist. So please provide the same as soon as possible.

          I have got call from this company about insuring the debit card. I havent permit any fund to debt from my account, they already enrolled me in the insurance scheme, only thing i did was i listen to them.
          Now i applied for refund it has been 3 month refund has been not paid yet.

          Even i called customer care, no reply, noone attends. Even i sent several mails there is not any reply form the team,

          So not only me if anybody had theis tipe of experience all will say this is fraud company.
          I request cyber cell /police has to look at this issue and close this fraud company

            I'm Using HDFC Credit card.Amount of 1399/ was debited from my credit card without my permission on 27/03/2019 cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of Rs1399/. Please deactivate membership & refund the deducted amount.This is unacceptable that without customer's info.

              i had told the customer care from one assist that i would not like to activate this service.. despite of that money has been debited from my ICICI credit card...

              Kindly deactivate and refund my money.

              Using credit card without permission is an criminal offence..

                Same happens with me, HDFC agent told me its life time free credit card then only I have applied for the credit card, I didn't ask for ONE ASSIST MFEE so how can you deduct Rs, 1399/- without my consent from my card.

                better you refund my money Rs.1399/- which has been deducted from my card on 10, may, 2019 immediately and cancel this subscription or plan from my card, I don't need it, this is a completely fraudulent transaction.

                After complaining about the above case, I got a call 5 minutes later asking for a credit card number.
                When I gave the credit card number, they asked for EXPIRY DATE and also CVV Number. I suppose this is not right asking the customers their credit card details. The phone number I got a call from was [protected] .
                I searched on google and it shows it is a ONE ASSIST helpline number.

                    So ever since i got my credit card in around 2015 i have constantly gotten calls from one assist posing as icici bank and asking me to enable this and i have constantly said no to this.

                    This has continued well for over 4 years now and last week i suddenly get a call saying this has been activated and that i will be transferred to another number to verify.

                    I haven't received any email regarding what my service is and neither have i received any any link or anything where i can verify this so called protection plan.
                    I was insistent in asking where their office was and i also insisted that i do this in person by going to my bank to which i was told that this is not available with my bank.

                    The agents are very rude and i was almost threatened.

                    I would want to receive a fully refund and would also want this company to be banned or something that does not allow them any business opportunities in the country.

                      Got a call from one assist regarding their plans, i told them i will review later but they charged me 1799 towards subscription. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my hdfc credit card ending with 6580. Other wise cancel my credit card, i don't want to spend money on all these things.

                      Please cancel my one assist activation.. And refund my amount..

                        This is complete disgusting experience i ever had because of you people. As agreed by you that if the wallet are lost or stolen, then complete expenses on route will get borne by you, but you people not came forward on same, me and my wife with 7 month carriage were struggling for money and went walking near 28/30 k. M to our destination.
                        I had to arrange one person from bhiwandi, whom carried money for me and then we managed to reach home.
                        All those bad events occurred because of one assist.
                        Now explanation need from your side in what kind you will fulfil the damaged which me and my wife faced.
                        Please note i have to take help from consumer court.

                        if your team would have told me directly that day i would not have wasted my whole day waiting for your help. You have kept me in darkness that i dont have access of emergency cash. you promised help which did not arrived you promised tickets back home which also you didn't gave. what is the use of my policy with you then. what premium you charge from us give in exchange to the consumers ?

                        its was an emergency for me as i was accompanied by my pregnant wife since i lost my wallet i was in distress,

                        i am taking your company in consumer court and will teach fraud company like yours a strict lesson. in the name of Premium you are charging all your customers but not giving a penny back to its right deservers.

                                Hi,

                                Someone from oneassist called me and explained me about their service. He asked me
                                Whether i understood or not and i said 'yes' but he didn't ask me whether i want to buy any plan or he did not mention anything about charges
                                Or they did not mention that they are going to deduct money from my account.

                                After few days an amount of rs. 1899/- gets deducted from my icici account

                                  Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                    I had got a phone call from one assist plan.He explained about their scheme.At that time they did not tell about their charges.I did not agree to take the plan.I did not give my bank account to him.After somedays.
                                    I received a sms from ICICI bank that rs 1899/- has been deducted from my bank account to OneAssist plan without my permission.I have visited ICICI branch many times for cancellation but to no avail.Due to cyclone fani in odisha internet and electri supply was stopped from 2nd may to 10th may.So i am not able to lodge complain.

                                    Please deactivate and refund my money asap.

                                      I have received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from account to one assist plan on 11/02/18 without my permission.. We are not at all interested in this services and this kind of charging to account without any consent/agreement.

                                      I already called on [protected] and raise the complained, but i didn't receive any complainant number.

                                      Please deactivate it immediately and refund money asap

                                      This issue is not yet resolved and still they are deducting from my account. And now I am due with 6630 amount in credit card. i don't know how they have charged this amount again after the first deduction of 1899 amount.

                                      I want all my money back, Please help me on this matter.

                                        My name is vikrant malhotra, my one year policy enhance wa privilege single plan period is end but your company will continue my policy without my permission and cut balance from my account. But i want to cancelled my policy. My relationship no is 1984662 and my mobile no is [protected]. I talk to customer care many time but they don't give me solution. Your coustmer care executive were talk lies and don't give solution. As a customer i don't expect from these things from your side. Please refund my amount and cancel my policy as soon as possible.
