My oneassist plan is auto activated for my axis bank account. This plan will get renewed on may 15th 2019, i am not interested in this plan any more, it doesn't look useful to me.

My plan is enhanced wa privilege single plan and charge that will be deducted is 1899/- from account. Kindly cancel my one assist plan as soon as possible before the renewal happens this year.

    Hello there

    I am a member of one assist from last 2 years, which i did not activate by myself in the first place. Please deactivate my membership. You are deducing membership fee every year from my credit card to one assist plan without my permission. I also got a mail from one assist team. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

    Please deactivate and refund my money asap

      Received sms from axis bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my debit card to one assist membership fee. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

        My oneassist insurance got over on 26 april 2019 i renewed it on 27 th april 2019. My phone got damaged recently. And dey are not covering it under insurance. I want my money back. I don’t want to continue with oneassist insurance plan.
        Earlier also they didn’t consider my handset problem under their insurance by stating that it doesn’t come under accidental or liquid damage. They are just making excuses and not repairing my phone under insurance

          I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the money deduct and i have cancelled before renew and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

            This is to inform you that your bank has debited rs.1399 as the charge for availing one assist mfee from my credit card ending with 1050 at hdfc, kakkanad branch on 08 may 2019. Neither did i opt to avail this facility nor authorize anyone to add the feature to my account. The amount is deducted without my consent. I want you to cancel this unauthorized plan and refund the amount debited from my account at the earliest possible time.

              I have purchased a new iphone (Rs 72000) from apple authorised store in new delhi, and with their recommendation purchased a highest level of protection plan (Paying a huge amount) my mobile phone from one assist consumer solutions.

              Last year when i was late in the evening on the sides of the roads my phone was snatched away by goons. (In motor bike)

              1, went to nearest police station for filing a complaint,
              2. Called my husband and driver for help,
              3. Next day informed one assist about the incident and filed a complaint.
              (I think i called from my drivers number)
              4. Blocked the sim with (Jio) and applied for a new sim got activated with in 72 hrs.
              5. Changed all the passwords for my apps in lost phone (Though iphone is highly secured).

              For next 40 days kept following up with one assist in providing every document they requested.
              Mean while one assist sent a spare phone (Suppose to provide in 24 hrs)
              After 8 weeks and several followups.

              After almost 3 months they denied for my claims for the reasons i have not called them with in 72 hours (Which is not true) in spite of providing them with all documents, evidences and fir filed report.

              Now i am asking them for my policy papers and (Which insurance company)
              For which they have taken huge premium from me, so that i could escalate this genuine case.

              Now they are threatening me that they will take legal action, for not returning the worthless (3000 rs worth) backup phone they had sent.

              I would like to know as a consumer, if one assist is not an registered insurance company, how can they sell protection plans with out even providing the policy papers and term sheets to customers.

              I am really surprised and shocked to see such unethical behaviours and business process.

              I would like to escalate this case to any highest level for resolution, till i achieve to get my genuine claims.

              The fact of this case is i have been running poll to pillar to get the call records of my driver (From whose number i informed one assist) with airtel by about 40 mails in last 8 months i am yet to get a call record from them to prove my case.

              Very poor service by One Assist! This is atrocious and extremely unprofessional, unethical behavior. One Assist seems like a bogus insurance company. I’ll stay away from one assist in the future and will also ask my friends/family to stay away.

              I have undergone such a mental trouble due to iressponsive unethical behaviour of oneassist.
              Very sad to hear about your case with one bogus insurance.
              First time I am hearing this name of insurance.
              Thankyou for bring it to all our notice.
              We all, in future, keep away from one assist insurance.
              Better, you take this case to media for everybody's awareness.

              This is certainly disconcerting. Insurance industry has to be service oriented and customer voice is critical. Such treatment of customers is condemnable. Understand one needs to be wary of false claims. But a genuine customer should never be harrassed under the garb of verification.

                  Company refuses to repair handset citing negligence part of consumer. Saying one should not keep phone on the table or slab. It should always be kept in your pocket. If by chance you try to keep your phone on the table, it should not slip. If it slips, this accident is not covered under claims.

                  Also the company forces you to get this repair done through authorized service center. It says in case you do not get this authorized repair done, we will not treat any of your future claims.

                  I am amazed as to who is the customer and who is the service provider. I have bought this warranty. And they are forcing things on me.

                    Hi,

                    I bought hdfc credit card and without my knowledge they deducted 1399 amount from my account.

                    I told them to deactivate this service and refund my money, the rep said that it can't be deactivated for this year, i will have to inform them next year before reactivation. I did inform them to not reactivate this service but they still did.

                    I don't know what this service and how to use and i seriously don't want this service.

                    They continue deducting 1399 amount for continuous third year i. E. This year and i am fed up contacting with hdfc and oneassit rep to deactivate but they don't do anything.

                    This company is fraud and illegal deducted amount from my account.

                    When i told them i will cancel my card, then oneassist rep will told me that they will deduct same amount from my another credit card.

                    This is the height of harassment.

                    I don"t want this service and stop deducting amount from my credit card and get hell out of my life.

                    I can't take this any more and i want refund for this year deduction.

                          An amount of 1899 has been deducted from my icici bank account on 3rd may 2019. I received tons of calls on 3rd may of which i received one. Without my permission this amount has been deducted.

                                I am writing this complain along with call who kept me in hold for more then 40 mins.
                                I started speaking to your customer service representative at 19:47 pm and he kept in hold for from 19:57 onward for date 2 may 2019.
                                My call was regarding activation of my refrigerator that got delivered 20 april 2019. So i now decide how i can get back amount refunded as i don't have any faith company like one assist who doesn't value customer & doesn't have sense of what time is. Need positive response at the earliest & i want you to take action against that executive who intentionally made me fool by keeping me hold. The call got disconnected now exatly 20:33 pm.

                                    Hi, i'm sunny from bangalore. I have received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- has been deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 27/4/19 and i also got an mail stating the same.in 2017 i got call from some unknown person asking me the credentials and insisted me to take one assist plan, which i was not aware of. Somehow they took that call for acceptance and they have been charging since 2017. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card is unlawful and without having my signature or in written form how can an organization charge 1399 rs just like that. This is totally ridiculous. Even to apply for a credit card or to make any changes to my credit card i need to visit the bank. But how can this one assist team debit money from my credit card without any documentation. Would like to escalate this issue as this is kind of taking advantage of the account holder. As bank charges penalty to customers, i would like to charge penalty of 10, 000/- inr for this. If this request has not been taken serious, then its like customer is always a victim and he/she cannot penalize, which is a isolated situation for any customer who is facing such issues. Please do the needful.

                                      Hello guys
                                      I got a phone via airtel and they offered me a handset protection scheme through one assist. When my phone was damaged and raised a claim they made up all sorts of new rules and denied the claim even though when my reason was genuine.
                                      I would definitely like to take legal action against the company for cheating people and taking their grievances very lightly. If i had known i would have got insurance from other company and regretting my decision now.
                                      I request one and all to not to take up any plans or policies from this fraudulent company
