I didnt got any call from one assist regarding their plans, But they charged me 1899 towards subscription. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my HDFC credit card ending with 2338. Other wise cancel my credit card, i don't want to spend money on all these things. Plz refund my money.

I am writing this complain along with call who kept me in hold for more then 40 mins.
I started speaking to your customer service representative at 19:47 pm and he kept in hold for from 19:57 onward for date 2 may 2019.
My call was regarding activation of my refrigerator that got delivered 20 april 2019. So i now decide how i can get back amount refunded as i don't have any faith company like one assist who doesn't value customer...

I got a phone via airtel and they offered me a handset protection scheme through one assist. When my phone was damaged and raised a claim they made up all sorts of new rules and denied the claim even though when my reason was genuine.

This is biggest fraud company they keep calling me they're saying we're calling from my indusind bank for giving emergency number i declined twice said i dont want any number because i confirm from my bank they never call for this kind of things i blocked and ignored this number but next day i received txn 1399 deducted from my credit card i dont know how without my permission does bank involved with this fraud company i already complaint...

I have buy mobile insurance from one assist before 9 month but when my mobile gone damage in rains i have complaint to one assist he said we are denay your complaint due to unknown reasons like non verify papers but before buying my plan i have summited my all documents after verify i have pay my emi of plan

I have checked the credit card statement for march 2019. I was shocked to see the deduction of oneassist mfee rs.1399 from my credit card no.489377xxxxxx6934 on 1/03/2019.

I want to deactivate my one assist plan for my Hdfc credit card ending 1836. Yesterday only i got a verification call now i don't want to continue this plan. They told that they convert the amount into EMI. But now i changed my mind I don't want to continue this anymore. Please resolve or tell me what to do before. I have cancelled my one assist plan last year on september 07, 2018. I had received acknowledgement message from one assist that cancellation request has been recieved (Find the attachment). This month on 25th april 2019 again the same amount got debited. I request you to kindly refund the amount debitted since it is with out my consent. Oneassist has deducted 1399 from my kotak credit card even though i have not purchased/ordered any from oneassist. How can you deduct my money without my concern. I have not created any account in oneassist and had not registered my number. Since i have not registered, how you have my details and bank card number and the access to deduct my money without my permission....

My account with axis has been debited with rs. 1899 today (25th april 2019 @ 11:12 am.

Since i have not requested for the same it was debited against my will and this categorizes as fraud. Request you to reimburse the amount to my bank at the earliest or else i will have to take serious action against one assist.

Today rs1399 was deducted from my account for the service which i get 1 year before and they told me that this is for one year but why are u deduct it now i gave the money once.
