This is complete disgusting experience i ever had because of you people. As agreed by you that if the wallet are lost or stolen, then complete expenses on route will get borne by you, but you people not came forward on same, me and my wife with 7 month carriage were struggling for money and went walking near 28/30 k. M to our destination.
I had to arrange one person from bhiwandi, whom carried money for me and then we managed to reach home.
All those bad events occurred because of one assist.
Now explanation need from your side in what kind you will fulfil the damaged which me and my wife faced.
Please note i have to take help from consumer court.

if your team would have told me directly that day i would not have wasted my whole day waiting for your help. You have kept me in darkness that i dont have access of emergency cash. you promised help which did not arrived you promised tickets back home which also you didn't gave. what is the use of my policy with you then. what premium you charge from us give in exchange to the consumers ?

its was an emergency for me as i was accompanied by my pregnant wife since i lost my wallet i was in distress,

i am taking your company in consumer court and will teach fraud company like yours a strict lesson. in the name of Premium you are charging all your customers but not giving a penny back to its right deservers.

      Cancellation of one assist membership
      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number [protected] without my concern on date:07/05/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

          Someone from oneassist called me and explained me about their service. He asked me
          Whether i understood or not and i said 'yes' but he didn't ask me whether i want to buy any plan or he did not mention anything about charges
          Or they did not mention that they are going to deduct money from my account.

            Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c.               I had got a phone call from one assist plan.He explained about their scheme.At that time they did not tell about their charges.I did not agree to take the plan.I did not give my bank account to him.After somedays.
              I received a sms from ICICI bank that rs 1899/- has been deducted from my bank account to OneAssist plan without my permission.I have visited ICICI branch many times for cancellation but to no avail.Due to cyclone fani in odisha internet and electri supply was stopped from 2nd may to 10th may.So i am not able to lodge complain.

              Please deactivate and refund my money asap.

                This issue is not yet resolved and still they are deducting from my account. And now I am due with 6630 amount in credit card. i don't know how they have charged this amount again after the first deduction of 1899 amount.

                          My oneassist insurance got over on 26 april 2019 i renewed it on 27 th april 2019. My phone got damaged recently. And dey are not covering it under insurance. I want my money back. I don’t want to continue with oneassist insurance plan.
                          Earlier also they didn’t consider my handset problem under their insurance by stating that it doesn’t come under accidental or liquid damage. They are just making excuses and not repairing my phone under insurance

                            I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the money deduct and i have cancelled before renew and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

                              This is to inform you that your bank has debited rs.1399 as the charge for availing one assist mfee from my credit card ending with 1050 at hdfc, kakkanad branch on 08 may 2019. Neither did i opt to avail this facility nor authorize anyone to add the feature to my account. The amount is deducted without my consent. I want you to cancel this unauthorized plan and refund the amount debited from my account at the earliest possible time.

                                I have purchased a new iphone (Rs 72000) from apple authorised store in new delhi, and with their recommendation purchased a highest level of protection plan (Paying a huge amount) my mobile phone from one assist consumer solutions.

                                Last year when i was late in the evening on the sides of the roads my phone was snatched away by goons. (In motor bike)

                                1, went to nearest police station for filing a complaint,
                                2. Called my husband and driver for help,
                                3. Next day informed one assist about the incident and filed a complaint.
                                (I think i called from my drivers number)
                                4. Blocked the sim with (Jio) and applied for a new sim got activated with in 72 hrs.
                                5. Changed all the passwords for my apps in lost phone (Though iphone is highly secured).

                                For next 40 days kept following up with one assist in providing every document they requested.
                                Mean while one assist sent a spare phone (Suppose to provide in 24 hrs)
                                After 8 weeks and several followups.

                                After almost 3 months they denied for my claims for the reasons i have not called them with in 72 hours (Which is not true) in spite of providing them with all documents, evidences and fir filed report.

                                Now i am asking them for my policy papers and (Which insurance company)
                                For which they have taken huge premium from me, so that i could escalate this genuine case.

                                Now they are threatening me that they will take legal action, for not returning the worthless (3000 rs worth) backup phone they had sent.

                                I would like to know as a consumer, if one assist is not an registered insurance company, how can they sell protection plans with out even providing the policy papers and term sheets to customers.

                                I am really surprised and shocked to see such unethical behaviours and business process.

                                I would like to escalate this case to any highest level for resolution, till i achieve to get my genuine claims.

                                The fact of this case is i have been running poll to pillar to get the call records of my driver (From whose number i informed one assist) with airtel by about 40 mails in last 8 months i am yet to get a call record from them to prove my case.

                                Very poor service by One Assist! This is atrocious and extremely unprofessional, unethical behavior. One Assist seems like a bogus insurance company. I’ll stay away from one assist in the future and will also ask my friends/family to stay away.

                                I have undergone such a mental trouble due to iressponsive unethical behaviour of oneassist.
                                Very sad to hear about your case with one bogus insurance.
                                First time I am hearing this name of insurance.
                                Thankyou for bring it to all our notice.

                                Better, you take this case to media for everybody's awareness.

                                This is certainly disconcerting. Insurance industry has to be service oriented and customer voice is critical. Such treatment of customers is condemnable. Understand one needs to be wary of false claims. But a genuine customer should never be harrassed under the garb of verification.

                                    Company refuses to repair handset citing negligence part of consumer. Saying one should not keep phone on the table or slab. It should always be kept in your pocket. If by chance you try to keep your phone on the table, it should not slip. If it slips, this accident is not covered under claims.

                                    Also the company forces you to get this repair done through authorized service center. It says in case you do not get this authorized repair done, we will not treat any of your future claims.

                                    I am amazed as to who is the customer and who is the service provider. I have bought this warranty. And they are forcing things on me.

                                    Absolutely shameless / pathetic service.

                                      Hi,

                                      I bought hdfc credit card and without my knowledge they deducted 1399 amount from my account.

                                      I told them to deactivate this service and refund my money, the rep said that it can't be deactivated for this year, i will have to inform them next year before reactivation. I did inform them to not reactivate this service but they still did.

                                      I don't know what this service and how to use and i seriously don't want this service.

                                      They continue deducting 1399 amount for continuous third year i. E. This year and i am fed up contacting with hdfc and oneassit rep to deactivate but they don't do anything.

                                      This company is fraud and illegal deducted amount from my account.

                                      When i told them i will cancel my card, then oneassist rep will told me that they will deduct same amount from my another credit card.

                                      This is the height of harassment.

                                      I don"t want this service and stop deducting amount from my credit card and get hell out of my life.

                                      I can't take this any more and i want refund for this year deduction.
