I didnt got any call from one assist regarding their plans, But they charged me 1899 towards subscription. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my HDFC credit card ending with 2338. Other wise cancel my credit card, i don't want to spend money on all these things. Plz refund my money.

my call is kept in hold for 40 mins still on...

I am writing this complain along with call who kept me in hold for more then 40 mins.
I started speaking to your customer service representative at 19:47 pm and he kept in hold for from 19:57 onward for date 2 may 2019.
My call was regarding activation of my refrigerator that got delivered 20 april 2019. So i now decide how i can get back amount refunded as i don't have any faith company like one assist who doesn't value customer...

I wish to deactivate my one assist plan. Today i got my relationship number that is 6849845 and my hdfc credit card last 4 number is 1836
Can you please deactivate it or tell me what to do. I don't wanna continue this plan as it is activated today they told me they will charge for very next three months and the total amount is converted into 3 emi... I don't need this plan please assist......

Oneassist has deducted 1399 from my kotak credit card even though i have not purchased/ordered any from oneassist. How can you deduct my money without my concern. I have not created any account in oneassist and had not registered my number. Since i have not registered, how you have my details and bank card number and the access to deduct my money without my permission....

deduction of amount for the service without my permission

Today rs1399 was deducted from my account for the service which i get 1 year before and they told me that this is for one year but why are u deduct it now i gave the money once.
