Dear friends,

My galaxy s8 was covered under liquid protection damage and as it is a ip68 phone, water damage possibility is very few.

So one fine day my phone became wet in rain and the very next day the touch completely stopped working.

I wrote to one assist and they took a long time to verify and finally they rejected the claim as rain water damage is not in there policy.

Seriously rain water damage is not in there policy, what else is more common in water damage in a city like mumbai?? Sea drop protection?

They recjected the claim!!!

I wasted my 2400 rs on this fraud company's insurance.

I saw many complains about oneassist that they are fraud and thought lets give it a try hope they wont do it with next time but i am terrible wrong.

One of my friend was looking for insurance and i told buy any one but not oneassist!!!

Never oneassist they are super fraud company.

I want my insurance money back you fraud one assist!

On 30/07/19 I was purchasing mobile policy from one assist. A lady kajol called me from one assist and explain features and payment method. Over the call she convinced me to make payment that i did. Amount deducted immediately bt policy not generated. I called my time on customer care. They said we will call back you but I did not get till now.

    Well, i would like to inform you that 1899 amount has been deducted from my account as renewal fee for one assist service, but i never received any call from the service team that are you interested in renewal. As the money had deducted without my acceptance i request you to deactivate the one assist service and refund the money asap. I need immediate answer.

      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1270 without my consent earlier and due to my hectic schedule i didn't paid any heed. Now i am again getting notification regarding renewal for which i will be charged again with rs 1399. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs 1399 which was charged earlier.

      Suddenly i got a message saying in ICICI 1899 amount got debited.
      I got shocked and panic like anything . I have already fedup with struggling to have money.
      Without my knowledge it got debited anyway I'm trusting my ICICI i want my money back. I don't want this service. Deactivate it and refund me ASAP.

        Hi,

        My galaxy s8 is covered with oneassist liquid & screen damage protection.

        So last week due to sudden rain while i was on road (For the first time, i earlier had some accidents with water but nothing happened as samsung galaxy s8 is ip68 certified) my phone's touch stopped responding at all, right from next day from the incident.

        I am not able to receive call / make call because my touch is not working. I have raised a claim but oneassist guys are delaying.

        Please i need the fix urgent as i am not able to use my phone at all, neither i am able to receive any calls.

          Hello there

          I received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- will be deducted from my bank accont to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got message from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my saving bank account and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

          Please deactivate and don't deduct my money asap

                          On 29/07/2019 i got a message of deduction of rs.1899 from my credit card.
                          This deduction is unauthorized as i didn't subscribe any service on oneassist app. The deduction is unauthorized and also i didn't get any otp for this.

                          I never used oneassist app for any purpose. I dont know how they got my credit card info.
                          I want all my deducted money refunded and want to cancel this susbcription.

                            One assist is a fraudulent company tied and backed by hdfc. I will like to further confirm that hdfc passes your information to them and one assist solicits you. What is worst is that we have never agreed to their service and they still have charged my wifes card now third year in the row.

                            First year we called and complained and they told us they will refund but no such thing happened after numerous tries we gave up (Exactly what they wanted) and we told them to remove us from this service and that did not happen

                            Second year again this happened we tried to contact them and they gave us good run around and finally agreed to refund half of the money which we saw nothing of that sort. After numerous tries they told us that they have removed us from this and we will not see anything again. These people are very argumentative and its a shame that indian government is doing nothing to protect their citizens against such fraud companies

                            Today again my wife is the victim of some company taking money out of her personal account and its a shame that they can do that without any written authorization

                            This company should be banned and pay punitive damages

                                    I had taken a plan from one assits for rs. 3, 500 to cover my new lenovo laptop against accidental damages and other issues in december 2018. My laptop's screen broke on 22nd july 2019 and lenovo said that the damage is not covered under its warranty. The cost of repair is around rs. 15, 000. When i contacted one assist for claim, they said the policy will come in effect only from december 2020. I asked them what would be the refund amount for cancellation of the policy and they said it will be "zero". I told them that in such a case, i will hold on to the laptop until december 2020 and get it repaired when the policy comes into effect. The next thing they cancelled the policy on their own, saying that i had raised a request, at zero refund.
                                    Please help me get the claim from one assist!!

                                      Hello there

                                      I Received SMS from ICICI BANK that RS-1399/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a message from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                      Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP

                                        I'm Using HDFC Credit card end with 9152 and I found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card on 22 July 2019 towards One ASSIST PLAN.

                                        Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of Rs:1399. Pleases deactivate ONE ASSIST membership & refund me all the deducted amount.This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist MFEE without customer's info.
