Hello there

I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. I also got a mail from one assist team. I don't even know the company and this kind of act of charging my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

    I received SMS from ICICI bank that rs the 1399/-deducted from my ICICI credit card to one assist plan on 30/07/2019, without my permission and information, I have don't know the company and this kind of solicited charging of credit card. So kindly I request cancelled the servicing.
    Please deactivate and refund my deducted money asap.

      I have received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from account to one assist plan on 30/07/19. I am not at all interested in this services and this kind of charging to account without any consent/agreement.

      I already called on and raise the complained, but i didn't receive any complainant number.

      From my HDFC credit card XXXXXX9567 on 26th July 2019 rupees 1399.00 is deducted for subscription fee without my consent. I have not given any approval for this transaction hence I want full refund of subscription amount .Please find attached screen print for the same.

        On 29/07/2019 i got a message of deduction of rs.1899 from my credit card.
        This deduction is unauthorized as i didn't subscribe any service on oneassist app. The deduction is unauthorized and also i didn't get any otp for this.

        I never used oneassist app for any purpose. I dont know how they got my credit card info.
        I want all my deducted money refunded and want to cancel this susbcription.

          One assist is a fraudulent company tied and backed by hdfc. I will like to further confirm that hdfc passes your information to them and one assist solicits you. What is worst is that we have never agreed to their service and they still have charged my wifes card now third year in the row.

          First year we called and complained and they told us they will refund but no such thing happened after numerous tries we gave up (Exactly what they wanted) and we told them to remove us from this service and that did not happen

          Second year again this happened we tried to contact them and they gave us good run around and finally agreed to refund half of the money which we saw nothing of that sort. After numerous tries they told us that they have removed us from this and we will not see anything again. These people are very argumentative and its a shame that indian government is doing nothing to protect their citizens against such fraud companies

          Today again my wife is the victim of some company taking money out of her personal account and its a shame that they can do that without any written authorization

          This company should be banned and pay punitive damages

                I am using icici credit card and rs. 1399 have been deducted from my account for one assist plan without my permission. I never opted for such plan and deducting money without customer concern is highly unacceptable.

                  I had taken a plan from one assits for rs. 3, 500 to cover my new lenovo laptop against accidental damages and other issues in december 2018. My laptop's screen broke on 22nd july 2019 and lenovo said that the damage is not covered under its warranty. The cost of repair is around rs. 15, 000. When i contacted one assist for claim, they said the policy will come in effect only from december 2020. I asked them what would be the refund amount for cancellation of the policy and they said it will be "zero". I told them that in such a case, i will hold on to the laptop until december 2020 and get it repaired when the policy comes into effect. The next thing they cancelled the policy on their own, saying that i had raised a request, at zero refund.

                        I'm using hdfc credit card end with 5383 and i found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1899 from my credit card on 22 july 2019 towards one assist plan.

                        Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1899. Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info. If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.

                                I took mobile insurance from oneassist for my mobile samsung galaxy s8. When my mobile's screen broke they did all the verification and told me that service centre would quote repair fee of which 10% i would have to pay and rest they would wear and then scheduled a pick up for it. Meanwhile, i talked to them a lot of time to get ensured that mobile would be repaired from the authorized service centre and they assured me for the same (I have lots of chat screenshots and recording as proof). After getting my phone back, it started showing some issues. I asked them for an invoice which they denied to provide. Then, i visited one of the authorised service centres and got to know that my phone was not repaired at the centre. It was there just for a software update. They also told me that my phone's glass has been changed only from any local market and which is stick with the glue.

                                  I received sms from hdfc bank date 18 july2019 that rs - 1399/- deducted from
                                  My credit card to oneassist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information.
                                  I don't even know the company and thish kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the company. And i want my money back, don't dare again to do this.

                                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 1124 without my concern on date: 29.06.19 i have already complaint about this to credit card dept. Executive mr. Tarik that i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- as soon as possible.
