I have an account in icici bank. I had placed a request for cancellation of privilege plan. I want my refund of rs.1899 back as soon as well possible which is debited from my account without my permission.

    I have placed a request for cancellation of my membership of 1899₹. I even got a call from customer care they told that my money will be refunded within 2 days but still now it's been 4 days even though i didn't got my refund

      Customer ID: 10890609, Device Claim - Service Request # 8624956
      Mu daughter Simran Gurdip Singh Osahan had given her OnePlus 8 Pro in Feb'21 for Repair, as the phone was in Warranty still she was charged Rs. 3, 000.00 for the same, after getting the phone repaired recently she faced display problem & when she showed the handset in One Plus Service Centre Fort Br. they informed that they have replaced the part with Non Genuine part & hence this product being still under warranty the part cannot be changed, we have taken in writing from them
      I request you to look into this matter very seriously & resolve it amicably so that I don't make any fuss about this
      My daughter has been asked for Rs. 16, 000.00 if she wants genuine part to be replaced for repairing the phone

        Hi,

        Cancellation of One Assist Membership
        I am a HDFC bank Credit card holder. I am not interested about this service and don't want this Membership anymore. So cancel the Membership.

Still these people debited the amount on 8 th sept of 1399 towards renewal of plan.. How can u debit a money without permission of customer. Fraud people.. I want my money back.. As soon as possible.

                Cancellation of One Assist Membership
                I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 7533 without my concern on date:31/07/2021. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-

                      Hello Iam Akshay Mhalsekar,

                      Since last 2 years my 1299/- rs got deducted from my HDFC bank credit card to OneAssist without my concern, I also requested their team to cancel the plan but they didn't cancelled it. Please cancel this plan as soon as possible. The next auto renewal due in October 2021 and I don't want to continue this plan anymore. So stop deducting my money.

                          I have already cancelled the one assist service on my old credit card. After the expiry of my old credit card, I got new one...when I got the account statement for the month of july, the statement includes an amount as the renewal charge for one assist. I dont want to continue with one assist nmore, so i cancelled this service. Then why charging such an amoubt for renewal...pls cancel the renewal

                            Hello there,

                            I received SMS from Axis Bank that Rs 1399.00 has been deducted from my Debit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN without my permission . I did not get any mail from the one assist team. This kind of activity is not acceptable and I urge the concerned authorities to look into the matter and refund the money as early as possible.

                              I have asked them to cancel the one assist membership from the past 3 years and recently too. An excecutive called and they told it will get cancelled in a day and will get the reimbursement in max a week. But this happened a month before .I havent got the refund yet, so am afraid that same issue i have been raising for past years is coming again.

                              can i get this thing cancelled and get refund please.

                                        I had taken Wearable Insurance for my Apple Watch Series 5, at the time of claim they do not bother to pickup my devise. They sent their executive to pickup mobile where as mine is Apple Watch.
                                        They sent their executive five times to pickup Mobile/Device I called customer care and explain all the matter 7 times but they don't bother. Company will frustrate you until you will repair/replace Watch at your own.
                                        They are very good in frustrating customer so they don't have to settle claim.
