Dear sir/madam,

I'm using hdfc credit card. I was surprised to receive a message of credit card transaction and found that deducted the amount of 1899 from my credit card without my permission on 08 november 2018.

I never excepted this from hdfc bank.

Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1899. Please deactivate one assist membership & refund me...

Don't buy the plans for mobile. You will never get a claim for smart phones. If you don't have insurance for mobile, you will be more careful.

Their team work for reject the claims no one have the intention to make the customer happy. You will get multiple calls but no one have the authority to resolve the issue. Their motto is "reject the claim at any cost."

Overall unhappy with their service....

I have buy refrigerator on 20thaug2018, however i am trying to call and activate the warranty extended plan, but all time site is not working while feels all the details, and they are not able to resolve my issue on call, they directly cut the call or transfers to other department where they are not receive the call till 15-20 min, and now they say your plan validity is expire. I want money back or active the plan....

This is nagesh with the relationship number.1439878. I have sent a message to their team since one year back (2017) for the cancellation of my account with them. But still, now they are not yet canceled. This year also they deducted my money from a credit card (Hdfc).
This is the worst consumer service. They deducted my money without my permission and without my interest....

Deducted amount RS 1899 for one assist plan with out my permission,

i have called to customer care today, i faced very worst approach from them,
conversation took place more than 1 hour 30 minutes but still they are trying to convince, and did compulsion i never had any experience like this in my lifetime.

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 3233 without my concern on date:30/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

I have purchased lenovo tab (Imei no. [protected]) from flipkart /online on dated[protected]. My father had used it without any complaint till 23.08.2018 from the day we got it from flipkart.

Since the purchase of this tab., i had insured this tab by one assist, on time. So, i had raised accidental claim of this product on 23.08.2018.

This company took money from me for my iphone insurance (Rs10000) and now at the time of insurance claim, they are playing by sharing some term n conditions and not giving any support for my iphone insurance.

When i asked, if no insurance, then give my money back, then they are even not giving money back and telling, i should have asked money back in 30 days of registration.
