Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 2602 without my concern on date:17/11/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

    Hello there

    I received sms from hdfc bank on date:23.11.2018 that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
    And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

    Please deactivate and refund my money asap

      My relationship no is 1480416. Yesterday it got renewed automatically and amount of rs 1399 has also been deducted from my credit card balance. I don't want to continue with this service. I also tried to call on one assist toll free no but i was not not get connected after waiting of 10 minute. Ivr voice is also not clear. I don't want to continue with this service. Hence my plan may be cancelled.

        I received a message from oneassist today (24/11/2018) saying that my credit card has been debitted for membership. I am not interested in the membership. I don't seem to get any benefit from the oneassist membership and haven't used it but still the fee gets debitted annually. I want to cancel the membership and get the refund for the amount debitted.

          Even after prior mail and call stating not to auto renew my membership for OneAssist, they have deducted Rs 1399 without any notification from my Credit Card.

          I am raising this concern seriously. This the second time happening with One Assist. I don't require your membership any more. cancel the renewal and refund my amount.

            I received sms from hdfc bank rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto-renewed without my approval or even not intimated. This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I want my money back.

                  I'm using hdfc credit card. I was going through credit card transaction and found that deducted the amount of 1899 from my credit card without my permission on 17 nov 2018.

                  I never excepted this from hdfc bank. First of all i was forced for this subscription on personal loan, now this is again another pain top of it.

                  Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1899. Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's consent.

                  Kindly, refund my amount.

                          Sending this comparing 4 th times and no solution by this fraud company. They are taking money for insurance (Rs10000) for my iphone x, but no insurance against my claim.
                          My phone got damaged accidentally and after my complaint, they accepted to replace my phone. But no body came for pick up for 10 daya and after 15 days, one assist team called me and said, due to some delay in registration by shop for my insurance, they cant accept my claim, also they will not return my insurance money.
                          Means everything just fraud and to make money from customer.

                            This is Munna Lal ( ph. no.[protected] and my Relation ship no. is 3034361 and Membership ID [protected].This month my credit card has been charged of Rs 1399 in the name of One assist M fee.1st of all i never opted for this service and withpout my permission it has been done.

                            So i am just requesting you to deactivate my service and refund my money.

                            In the last 3 days i called 3 times to your customer care and and i have been assured that i will get a call from customer care and it will get deactivated.
                            But it just didnt happen.
                            All that i want to say that i have started loosing my patience and please dont extend this issue any further.
                            So it would be so kind of you if you will cancel my service and refund my money or else i will have take legal action against One assist as well Hdfc bank.

                              Dear team,

                              A credit card is linked to this account which was charged for rs.2999 without my consent on 12/09/2018 with narration one assist mfee.

                              My concern is that this is the second time that such a thing is happening to me. Kindly get my charges reversed as soon as possible because the interest is being levied on the outstanding amount.

                              A cancellation request has been raised on the customer care but they have not confirmed me anything about the charges being refunded.

                                One assist fee has been deducted from my hdfc credit card on 7th nov 18 without my permission this year..

                                I have already complained this to hdfc they have informed me to contact one assist. One assist had called me 2 times in this regard but not informing about the refund. They have deducted without my permission.
                                I have not given any permission to deduct the fee then how they deduct the fee.

                                I have already complained this to HDFC they have informed me to contact One assist. One Assist had called me 2 times in this regard but not informing about the refund. They have deducted without my permission.
                                I have not given any permission to deduct the fee then how they deduct the fee.Kindly, refund my amount.

                                  I purchased my policy on 26 February 2018 for redmi note 4 and on 7 November I filed a claim. Today claim got approved on 20 Nov 2018 . Claim amount Rs.3400 but they charger me excess payment of Rs.1000. Oneassist persons are cheating me as while purchase they told me excess payment of 10% on the claim amount which should Rs.340 dont know how they are charging me Rs.1000 even when I called customer care they told me its 10% of invoice bill. I have all the recordings as my proof when I purchased this policy while calling them

                                    Hi,

                                    This is to inform you that, few months back someone from HDFC bank credit department call me regarding the credit card and they told me that you are eligible for HDFC credit card. After that so many people call me about the HDFC credit card status, all the time I informed them that I haven't received any credit card, also till date I haven't received any credit card from HDFC bank. But in my name one credit card is issue and some one assist pack is activated in name on insurance that I not requested for. I informed to the HDFC bank about the same and immediately request for blocked my credit card account, but related to the pack they are not helping me any way. so many times call the HDFC bank credit card customer care, but they ignore the issue, all the times I informed them I am not receive any credit card yet. I request you to please help me on.

                                    As per HDFC bank credit card is issue on July '2018 .

                                    And they also checked no purchases or any PIN change is not happing.

As per the policy you need to cancel membership before 30 days for full refund. You will get the amount 699/- credited in your bank account within 5 to 7 working day.

                                    Hi,

                                    I would like to inform you that I am not aware of any membership, So how can I given request for cancellation before 30 days. This month from your one assist department called me about the membership, then I got to know about the pack, neither HDFC bank inform me about the any membership.

                                    And you have to reversed entire payment that you have charged to me. I am not going to pay any single amount.

                                    Also nobody till date called me and explain me about the issue. Is this the way you assists the customer.

                                      Cancellation of one assist membership
                                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 0391 without my concern on date:19/11/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                      A sum of 1899 has been deduct from my credit card by one assist without my permission ..and when i register a complaint then after many days they replied and they said that they will refund only 900 rs ...so plz its my last request to u ... refund my whole money...worst service my one assist

                                        I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1290/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 20/11/18. It has been debited without my consent. I feel this shouldn't have been done without taking my approval or consent. Also i don't want to renew it again.

                                        Please deactivate and refund my money asap.
