Hi,
This is to inform you that, few months back someone from HDFC bank credit department call me regarding the credit card and they told me that you are eligible for HDFC credit card. After that so many people call me about the HDFC credit card status, all the time I informed them that I haven't received any credit card, also till date I haven't received any credit card from HDFC bank. But in my name one credit card is issue and some one assist pack is activated in name on insurance that I not requested for. I informed to the HDFC bank about the same and immediately request for blocked my credit card account, but related to the pack they are not helping me any way. so many times call the HDFC bank credit card customer care, but they ignore the issue, all the times I informed them I am not receive any credit card yet. I request you to please help me on.
As per HDFC bank credit card is issue on July '2018 .
And they also checked no purchases or any PIN change is not happing.

We regret the inconvenience caused. Please be informed, your membership cancellation is in process with vide service request number 3740211. As per the policy you need to cancel membership before 30 days for full refund. You will get the amount 699/- credited in your bank account within 5 to 7 working day.

I would like to inform you that I am not aware of any membership, So how can I given request for cancellation before 30 days. This month from your one assist department called me about the membership, then I got to know about the pack, neither HDFC bank inform me about the any membership.
And you have to reversed entire payment that you have charged to me. I am not going to pay any single amount.
Also nobody till date called me and explain me about the issue. Is this the way you assists the customer.

I am raising this concern seriously. This the second time happening with One Assist. I don't require your membership any more. cancel the renewal and refund my amount.
