I have not opted for oneassist plan despite of that i was charged rs1399 by the company from my hdfc credit card. I tried to contact oneassist customer care almost 6 times in last 7 days but my call was never transfered to their subscription cancellation department. I am really fedup with the company.

    I have been charged with rs 1899 from my saving account without giving any consent. I have not using any service of this company and want to terminate if any services being offered and refund my money to my saving account. Kindly refund the money urgently.           I have lodge claim with one assist with regards to non responsive of my touch screen, my mobile phone is not damaged but it was stop working while my son playing with it,
          After my claim companies person collect my phone and after week they reject my claim and they stated rejection claim is due to damage to my handset, later they deliver my handset on my home address.

          Upon receipt of handset i visited local mobile repair shop upon inspection he agreed to repair the mobile and same has been repaired by way of service and it cost me 400 rupees only. I felt like cheated because i opted for one assist services

            Hello oneassist

            I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

            Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                Without my consent oneassist has deducted the amount from my credit card this time for inr 1399. And i called on the customer care to cancel this and they say is we cannot refund the whole amount according to our policy, we can only return inr 400 to you. Your company is so unethical that without taking consumers consent you deduct amount from their account. And you decide everything on someone’s hard earned money to how much to be given back. Last year you people did the same from my debit card without my consent. I have never recieved any call from you people last year for this and this year as well to have your services i have never ever requested for your services nor i want your services. Please refund my money back and i want the full refund. And attached document is my last years complain.

                  I received sms and email from kotak mahindra bank that "a transaction of rs.1399 has been done on your kotak credit card no. Xx7590 at oneassist consumer sol on 19-dec-2018".

                  I have never requested for their service and have never requested an upgrade as the mail mentioned.
                  This has been done without my permission and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. Should refrain from such acts. Further the bank in question kotak bank should also refrain from sharing customer details with such fraudulent companies. Its really annoying to say the least.

                    I took membership of oneassist a couple of years ago. They have been charging my hdfc debut card annually. This year, i wrote x3 to oneassist that i did not want to renew my membership and not to charge my hdfc debit card. Yhey did not reply and instead kept on sending me reminders that my membership was due to expire. On 19.12.18 they debited my account for rs1899 for annual membership. I want my money back.                     I have notified well before 30days. Renewal date is 19.1.19 and I informed well before 19.12.18. How come you debited my card 30 days before Renewal? And how come you don't see that I requested you not to renew my membership well before 30days. It shows mala fide.How come there are so many complaints against one assist? Not only you have to cancel my membership but to return the amount rs 1899/ from unauthorised use of my debit card.

                            This is sagar adhikari with relationship no. 5936868 for oneassist. I applied for credit card for icici bank and was informed that i’ll get a call but then got call, sms and mail about me buying the one assist product which i don’t require at all, so kindly cancel it as it says i’ll get the welcome toolkit after 10 days and also charges rs 1899 for it. I was told that an sms for support will be send to but did not get it either.
                            We give our details to banks as we trust it but misguiding us to using unwanted and unclear products and giving our details to 3rd parties really hamper the relationship with the banks. Please cancel the purchase being mentioned and avoid charging asap

                              Last time this plan has activated in automatically without my knowledge and amount for the same was detected automatically. Last time i had informed to discontinue this plan in future and keep it deactivated.
                              No longer i am no interest in this plan and this plan to be kept deactive for me.

                                This complaint is regarding the request to cancellation for "one assist facility" which was activated under my account in hdfc bank.
                                I do not want your facilities which was the reason, last time i was trying to reach you through email. But on the dissatisfactory note, there was no reply from your end at that time. And now i again recieved a text about re-activating the service.

                                I would not like to avail this facility anymore and would want you to refund back the amount of rs.1399.00 which was charged for the same.

                                    As per my protection plan, I filed a complaint, some GPS and sound related problem was there in the mobile. all documents been posted correctly, a OneAssist pickup person suppose to be collect device, I was ready to submit phone but no one called me to pick, then I got mail, "WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR DEVICE". In fact my phone with me and I was waiting some one will come from one assist. After 2 days I got new mail "Your device has been delivered back to you". then I called many times in oneassist, They said your phone was not reachable, even I ask them call me on alternate number. And So on.

                                    Please do not purchase anything form OneAssist.IT is absolutely worthless company

                                      Hello there

                                      I received sms from kotak mahendra bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                      Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                      Hello there

                                      I Received SMS from KOTAK MAhendra BANK that RS-1399/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                      Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP

                                        Hi

                                        I raised a claim for my mobile handset iphone 8 on nov 10th. After submitting documents and handset i got a call that as per apple service center my phone will be replaced. I paid the 10% charges assuming i wil get new phone.

                                        However when i got phone on december 3rd, i started using it assuming it is new however after 3-4 days i realised this is my new phone but instead replacement - refurbished phone.

                                        I immediately raised my concern with customs care and sent email as well. I clearly requested them i need to original handset back and do not to keep the they have provided.

                                        However since then my experience is preety bad. I got email response next day asking for 48 hours. However i did not get response for 3-4 days despite multiple email reminders and calling to customer care. When i got response after few days i was told to contact apple servixe center and they have replaced my phone and they would be able to assist me.

                                        I again dropped email and called customer care to raise my concern again and discussed in length and i was assured that i would get response again in 48 hours.

                                        And as usual no response yet and no one is even bothered to relive my concern.

                                        Customer care executive say they have escalated my concern and i wil get solution soon. And then i get email stating contact apple service center.

                                        This is really pathetic and unprofessional.

                                        I need help on this.
                                        OneAssist Consumer Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I received a text a sum of Rs. 1899/-has been deducted from my account to one assist plan and it has been so without my permission. I do not need any such plan. Please deactivate this one assist plan and refund my money
