I'm new user of kotak credit card. I one assist service activated without my permission

Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1, 399.00/-
. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist me without customer's info. If it will happens again then i will cancel my credit card.
Kindly refund in my credit card account.

I have create many call and compalint for this.

This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist me without customer's info. If it will happens again then i will cancel my credit card or i inform to consumer court.
Kindly refund in my credit card account.

The refund will be processed in bank/card account from which the amount has been debited. It takes 7 to 8 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.

Amount only 699 but my net amount 1399 pls. Release my full payment @1399 because I am not use one assist service & not me permitted for this .

I am not received my full payment amount kindly note that pls. Refund of RS. 1399 /- you send me only 699.50/-  request to you full payment return immediately  to my account receiving of this Message or mail otherwise I return this credit card to Kotak bank .

      I purchased the dell laptop from amazon. And along with the laptop purchased extended warranty for the laptop for 2 years from one assist.

      & as a consumer, expected them to call me, or s. M. S. Or email me details on the extended warranty that i have purchased. Not a single call / sims or email was received from this company.

      Today, when i call them my self, to work on, they refused to do so.

      I even spoke to & agent by the name of sagar to put me to a senior, rather than putting me to them, he disconnected the call.

      This is very frustrating and insulting & feeling of getting cheated, that after paying 2500 rupees, company refuses to start service.

      this is the most fraud company, i have heard till date. & i will raise a consumer case for the hopeless service.

      i have still not a call back from your team. Today morning after 1 wasting 1 hour on your I.V.R., & finally speaking to a senior, Satish Mani, he has confirmed would come with a resolution in the next 72 hours.

      Even attaching Amazon invoice for the same.

      PLEASE GET THIS SOLVED BY THE EARLIEST OR I WILL HAVE TO GO LEGAL TOWARDS THE SAME.

          My complaint from march 2018 still not resolved.
          "i have never confirmed my willingness to join"one assist" inspite they deducted rs 2799 from my account and i have complained about the same in march 2018, now again this oneassist has mailed regarding the expiry of membership in next 2 months which i never asked for.
          Kindly help me in this regard.

            One assist has charged my credit card without my permission. I tried calling in there number but it was either not available or busy. I want my money back. I do not wish to take this service. How can you guys charge from my card without even asking me. Who gave you this right to charge from the consumer without permission? I want my money asap. I am not going to pay even a single amount for something i do not wish to pay for!

              I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                I received sms and email from kotak mahindra bank that "a transaction of rs.1899 has been done on your kotak credit card no. Xx9937 at oneassist consumer sol on 27-dec-2018".

                I have never requested for their service and have never received any call from them.
                This has been done without my permission and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. Should refrain from such acts. Further the bank in question kotak bank should also refrain from sharing customer details with such fraudulent companies. Its really annoying to say the least.

                Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                    I have not opted for oneassist plan despite of that i was charged rs1399 by the company from my hdfc credit card. I tried to contact oneassist customer care almost 6 times in last 7 days but my call was never transfered to their subscription cancellation department. I am really fedup with the company.

                            I have lodge claim with one assist with regards to non responsive of my touch screen, my mobile phone is not damaged but it was stop working while my son playing with it,
                            After my claim companies person collect my phone and after week they reject my claim and they stated rejection claim is due to damage to my handset, later they deliver my handset on my home address.

                            Upon receipt of handset i visited local mobile repair shop upon inspection he agreed to repair the mobile and same has been repaired by way of service and it cost me 400 rupees only. I felt like cheated because i opted for one assist services

                                Dear one assist team please stop my membership otherwise i will close my hdfc credit card due to your behavior, you have deduct my amount without notification you have mentioned as per verbal discussion this is not true. Stop this membership otherwise i will close my credit card if bank is asking me reason i will told them oneassist is main reason.

                                Kindly refund my amount and close this account. because this is a crime without information haw can you deduct. I will cut my credit card & closed my hdfc account if they asking the reason I will explain the same. so take necessary action ASAP.

                                  Without my consent oneassist has deducted the amount from my credit card this time for inr 1399. And i called on the customer care to cancel this and they say is we cannot refund the whole amount according to our policy, we can only return inr 400 to you. Your company is so unethical that without taking consumers consent you deduct amount from their account. And you decide everything on someone’s hard earned money to how much to be given back. Last year you people did the same from my debit card without my consent. I have never recieved any call from you people last year for this and this year as well to have your services i have never ever requested for your services nor i want your services. Please refund my money back and i want the full refund. And attached document is my last years complain.

                                    I received sms and email from kotak mahindra bank that "a transaction of rs.1399 has been done on your kotak credit card no. Xx7590 at oneassist consumer sol on 19-dec-2018".

                                    I have never requested for their service and have never requested an upgrade as the mail mentioned.
                                    This has been done without my permission and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. Should refrain from such acts. Further the bank in question kotak bank should also refrain from sharing customer details with such fraudulent companies. Its really annoying to say the least.

                                    Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                      I took membership of oneassist a couple of years ago. They have been charging my hdfc debut card annually. This year, i wrote x3 to oneassist that i did not want to renew my membership and not to charge my hdfc debit card. Yhey did not reply and instead kept on sending me reminders that my membership was due to expire. On 19.12.18 they debited my account for rs1899 for annual membership. I want my money back. My membership no with one assist is 667363.

                                      I have notified well before 30days. Renewal date is 19.1.19 and I informed well before 19.12.18. How come you debited my card 30 days before Renewal? And how come you don't see that I requested you not to renew my membership well before 30days. It shows mala fide.How come there are so many complaints against one assist? Not only you have to cancel my membership but to return the amount rs 1899/ from unauthorised use of my debit card.

                                        I received sms from kotak mahendra bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team.
