I purchased the dell laptop from amazon. And along with the laptop purchased extended warranty for the laptop for 2 years from one assist.
& as a consumer, expected them to call me, or s. M. S. Or email me details on the extended warranty that i have purchased. Not a single call / sims or email was received from this company.
Today, when i call them my self, to work on, they refused to do so.
I even spoke to & agent by the name of sagar to put me to a senior, rather than putting me to them, he disconnected the call.
This is very frustrating and insulting & feeling of getting cheated, that after paying 2500 rupees, company refuses to start service.

first & foremost, how would i get a member ship ID, when you have stolen my money & not even renewed the Activation.

I have sent all the details by Email on "[protected]@oneassist.in"
Kindly try to respond as soon as possible, else would have to escalate to Higher authorities.

Updated by zaran Daruwalla this is the most fraud company, i have heard till date. & i will raise a consumer case for the hopeless service.
i have still not a call back from your team. Today morning after 1 wasting 1 hour on your I.V.R., & finally speaking to a senior, Satish Mani, he has confirmed would come with a resolution in the next 72 hours.
Even attaching Amazon invoice for the same.
PLEASE GET THIS SOLVED BY THE EARLIEST OR I WILL HAVE TO GO LEGAL TOWARDS THE SAME.
