Without my consent, they renew insurance with their charge on my credit card account.

On contacting customer care, instead of cancelling it, they just keep recommending to continue it and keep delivering lecture.

Surprisingly, they says this is must for me and i'm not serious with my hard owned money if i don't take their policy.. Strange!!! Hope hdfc is listening too..

    As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

          I received sms and email from kotak mahindra bank that
          "Transaction of Rs 1899 has been made on Kotak credit card xx5408 on 19-Nov at OneAssist Consumer Sol."

          I have never requested for their service and have never requested an upgrade as the mail mentioned.
          This has been done without my permission and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. Should refrain from such acts. Further the bank in question kotak bank should also refrain from sharing customer details with such fraudulent companies. Its really annoying to say the least.

            This company took money from me for my iphone insurance (Rs10000) and now at the time of insurance claim, they are playing by sharing some term n conditions and not giving any support for my iphone insurance.

            When i asked, if no insurance, then give my money back, then they are even not giving money back and telling, i should have asked money back in 30 days of registration.
            What a fraud they are and i wish, they will never get success and request consumer court to take strict actions against them.

            Even no help by Consumer complaint team.

            Don’t try to be smart, there was meaning less reply given by your team. That yes they got my obey for insurance, but that registration done by shop keeper is late. So nither u can replace my phone and nor return my money. It’s not a game, that I can pay and have specific time to play, elsepney gone.

            Money took by your company and they accepted my mobile documents for insurance, but they didn’t check documents and due to late registration, they can’t accept claim.
            This is meaningless reply and just working like as fraud company.

            I will continue raising complaint and raise comments on every social network, until I get solution for money I paid for my mobile insurance.

                      I'm using hdfc credit card. I was going through credit card transaction and found that deducted the amount of 1899 from my credit card without my permission on 03 november 2018.

                      I never excepted this from hdfc bank. First of all i was forced for this subscription on personal loan, now this is again another pain top of it.

                      Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1899. Please deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info.

                      Kindly, refund my amount or i will make a complaint on this for fraud transaction without customer information.

                      I have already informed you that i am not willing to renew my membership through email on 11.11.2018 but i received a message from hdfc bank today that the renewal amount has been debited on my credit card without my consent. So, i want to refund the debited amount to my credit card immediately. I am not bound to pay the amount.

                        Recently i have been issued kotak credit card and the next few days i received 1399rs deducted message and i was shoked that i haven't yet generated the pin or anything and they deducted the amount that to with out informing me, this is ridiculous and daylight theft.....
                        And wen contacted the customer care team they informed me that only 400rs is refundable...
                        If this is going to happen and if i don't receive the full amount i will take serious action against one assist...

This month my credit card has been charged of rs 1399 in the name of one assist m fee.1st of all i never opted for this service and withpout my permission it has been done.

                          So i am just requesting you to deactivate my service and refund my money.

                          In the last 3 days i called 3 times to your customer care and and i have been assured that i will get a call from customer care and it will get deactivated.
                          But it just didnt happen.
                          All that i want to say that i have started loosing my patience and please dont extend this issue any further.
                          So it would be so kind of you if you will cancel my service and refund my money or else i will have take legal action against one assist as well hdfc bank.

                            I have never purchased any of the one assist policy or plan from any site or shop. But some amount has been deducted from my icici bank account from last 3 years in the name of renewal even if I had never shared my account details on any of their forms. Recently a deduction of Rs. 1899/- is made from my account. I need all my money back so I called to customer care of cone assist the confirm me the cancellation of the policy but not the refund. I seems like they are stealing money from people by fraud in the name of protecting them from fraud. As the customer care executive said my registered mobile number is as follows:

                                  Hi my phone got damaged and was in insurance with one assist so basically my phone was repaired through one assist at samsung authorised service centre just after two days i got my phone, accidentally a half glass of water was fallen on my phone and my phone is not working now,
                                  Either my phone was not sent to authorised service centre by one assist, or something is that they lied to me and provided me fake bill i have it in my email which says they have paid the amount 18358 and in bill it is metioned that my octa was changed (Which means display) so i myself went to authorised service centre to get my phone repaired there i came to know that my octa was not been changed, and due to old octa water damaged your phone so its you one assist who provided me fake bill and i thought my octa is new so that would be waterproof but in real you did a fraud and gave me fake bill and due to old octa water got inside my phone, repair my phone for free or else i will have to go to court

                                  my point is you provided me fake bill and how can you close my claim if the damaged part was not changed only ...I am definately dragging one assist to the court for providing fake bill s and taking money for the part which has not been charged, Request you to send me the the mail i was been verbally by your executive on phone [protected] on 3rd December at 11.57 am ask your executive to mail me that you wont further process my request and share me the address of your head office on my mail given below to send the legal notice through my advocate ...and now its enough the way she talked on phone was horrible this is not the way to answer your customer .. I am gonna put every details on social media and so will my friends and family i was been cheated by one assist and its a fraud company ...

                                    I received an sms from icici bank that rs-1399 / - was deducted from my credit card in a subsidiary scheme. Without my permission.. I did not get any mail from a support team.                                       I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1591 without my concern on date:15/06/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                        Dear sir/maam
                                        I got a call this morning about the one assist services to be activated on my axis bank account. They have charged me with Rs. 1899 which has been deduced from my bank account on 26.11.2018
                                        I have tried calling the cpp helpline and they have informed me that no membership has been activated for my bank account.
                                        Also i had filed a complain with axis bank but they directed me to liaise the matter with one assist.
                                        So, I want a cancellation of any membership that has been activated and also i want a refund of the same account as soon as possible.
