Why this company is serving if they can't provide proper service ???

Each customer care representative says same words with some excuses
.."it is in process..need 24-48 hrs to verify"

    Hello there

    I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

    Please deactivate and refund my money asap

      I have purchased lenovo tab (Imei no. [protected]) from flipkart /online on dated[protected]. My father had used it without any complaint till 23.08.2018 from the day we got it from flipkart.

      Since the purchase of this tab., i had insured this tab by one assist, on time. So, i had raised accidental claim of this product on 23.08.2018.

      Thereafter, it has been repaired by lenovo authorised service center/strength services p. Ltd., delhi-110092. As per invoice no. B2c/5115/18-19 dated 10/10/2018 as informed by one assist.

      I received it back against claim service request no. 3480594 on dated 15/10/2018. But, very next day, we had informed to one assist that issue raised by us w. R. T. Tab is still unresolved after making necessary payment of rs. 302 as required by oneassist.

      Issue raised in the claim is that "whenever we click any photo by camera of this tab, we get mirror image of the same" from the day of incident. But, issue still persists post repair from your authorized service centre.

      So, kindly help us to resolve the issue via any authorized service centre at ahmedabad through one assist.

        Hello assist plan team,
        I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.
        Now, i would like to know, how would you able to process without my permission? Now, want you to cancel and deducted amount to be refunded asap.

        Also, i have sent stop request via sms on 05th nov 2018 but still i have received the one assist plan wallet? Why?

          This company took money from me for my iphone insurance (Rs10000) and now at the time of insurance claim, they are playing by sharing some term n conditions and not giving any support for my iphone insurance.

          When i asked, if no insurance, then give my money back, then they are even not giving money back and telling, i should have asked money back in 30 days of registration.
          What a fraud they are and i wish, they will never get success and request consumer court to take strict actions against them.

          We already shared below mails on once assist and no help don’t our company, that’s why raising concern here and if no solution here also, then i will file a legal case and raise on social network also.

          Mail sent on : 11th Nov
          We paid the money for insurance and we aren't getting services. In this case please return our money.

          Also I would like to highlight one thing. The phone and insurance from our end were bought on the same date. When my phone broke we went to iZenica and they checked that by mistake they haven't issued the invoice of the phone so they issued the invoice later. I went out of town and when I returned then the iZenica shut down.

          Now because of your third party vendors, I don't want to be the victim. The amount is not less.

          Also please explain why one will buy the insurance after a while when it is of no use.

          You guys can connect with the sales team of GIP mall Noida sales team as they can witness about this case.

          Please reply asap as I would proceed further accordingly. And request you to not waste my time of insurance which is expiring soon in this communication trail.

          Hi One assist team

          I purchased my iPhone X and insurance from Izenica on 3rd Dec 2017 and my phone display for broken in last month. So i registered a complaint for replacment on 8 or 9th of Oct, but last week i got call from your team that my phone insurance activated by Izenica on 6th June 2018(after 6 months) and you guys closed it wihtout my consent.
          As per attached invoice, I purchased both iPhone X and insurance from Izenica on 3rd Dec 2017 and now Izenica shop is closed and i can contact only one assist and my insurance is about to expire in next month.
          So, pls arrange to sort out this claim issue and arrange to replace my phone.

            Hi,

            I'm having the icici account for almost 4 years without any issues other than this (One assist) wallet assist plan which got subscribed to my credit card with out my knowledge and i got few mails regarding this which i had mentioned below,
            1. We wish to inform you that the e-mail statement for your icici bank credit card account xxxx6007 has been sent to your registered e-mail id on september 26, 2018.

            Total amount due is inr 3269.52, minimum amount due is inr 170.00 and the due date is october 14, 2018.

            2. We have received payment of rs. 170 on your icici bank credit card no 0000 xxxx xxxx 6826 by auto debit to your bank account xx8302 on 15-oct-18.

            So as per above mail statements, two year charges were on due, since i didn't subscribed or used your so called privilege service (One-assist) till now. But bank was debiting the minimal amount (As per point 2) rs.170 monthly from my account which was totally unfair.

            So kindly deactivate this one - assist service and refund my total amount
            (Rs.170*12*4)=8160 which was almost three times the total due rs.3269, and cancel my total due, which is totally unfair as with out my knowledge you had subscribed to this plan.

              I have placed my request for claim on 6th november and its been almost 10 days that i have been facing the issue i. E someday description is to be changed and someday reason for not having the invoice which i have already talked to mohd. Who is one of your associates and someday you need is cancelled cheque so still i'm facing the issue even after 10 days. Is this how you treat your customers by delaying it? This is the last week i'm waiting, if you pass my claim in this week its okay or else i'll be free to port my number to other service providers where they atleast value their customers.

                  This is very disappointed that one assist service is being imposed on me without my knowledge and notification and even after raising several complaints my service is not being cancelled more over your executive talks in very rudely and putting it on one an another that someone will call you and help you but nobody really help me.
                  Now today i raised complaint about cancelling the one assist service from my hdfc bank and complaint number is [protected]

                    I had a gadget which was gifted to me by a collegue of mine who have worked with me for more than 1.5 years, my gadget insurance was rejected saying the bill name dosent match, i didnt see any such condition in terms and condition that says gadget which was gifted only by immideate family member is eligible for claim, i strongly belive my claim was rejected for no reason, please help me here to get my well deserved claim.

                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1399 from my credit card number ending 5665 without my authorization.

                      I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

                          When my hdfc credit card 416317xxxxxx5196 issue, auto activate one assist without my permission and debit fees. After one year also debit amount without permission. So i want to stop one assist and refund the amount which debit two times. I have to take legal action if not refund my money. My one assist membership id is 2852569.
                          As soon as possible stop the oneassit plan in my hdfc credit card and refund two times debited amount.

                          I want to refund my full money which are debited two times. One is on 3.10.2017 Rs 1299 and another one is on 3.10.2018 Rs 1399.

                            Sir,

                            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs.1899.00 from my credit card number ending with 5719, without my concern on date 25/10/2018 which shows mfee for one assist. I am not interested about this service, so cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899.00

                            If it happens again i will cancel my credit card

                              Please cancel the one assist service for my hdfc credit card last year october conduct the customer care she told will deactivate on december but now i noticed charge debited from my card. Please deactivate it i dont want the service.

                              On[protected] rs 1899/- debited from my card. One or two month before i called the customer service informed to deactivate. As per your acknowledgement in december i didnt deactivated. Next month is next renewal please deactivate it now only i noticed the renewal amount.

                                Dear team,
                                I opted for oneassist policy at the time of purchasing my mobile on 9/11/2018
                                I wanted to cancel the policy as i dont want this policy anymore. Also i have not read the policy guidelines as the aptronix team didnot show me the terms and conditions of the policy.
                                I want my refund as i am not aware of the policy guidelines

                                  My hdfc credit card was debuted without my permission with 1399 ad renewal charges. I don’t want the services as i have told multiple times over the phone and mails. Stop providing me services with my permission and which are of no use to me. Even last year when i got the my credit card these services was initiated on my card without my permission and amount was deducted. Shame on hdfc bank for supporting these kind of sham services. Cancel my services and refund my amount.

                                    As I have called several times for deactivation of my account in one assist than to why my Balance got deducted by oneassist for auto renewal I have deactivate on 1 of Nov and auto renewal is done on 6 of nov.this types of service is given by oneassist.the thing which u r doing is type of fraud...and what kind of help u r going to give to customer.

                                      I was told by the executive that my mobile phone will be fully covered for 1 year, when i received the policy i was given deductions and depreciation ranging from 30% to 70%, i immediately called for request to cancel the policy and its been 8 days and they have not cancelled the same, they keep telling me it will be cancelled but also keep sending me emails to reconfirm policy and send them papers for acceptance.

                                      They lied over the phone and i am not sure what will happen to my money, their executives called me and told me that he will not cancel the policy and nor refund, then i called again on 1800 number and they took my bank details for refund, but did not refund the money.
