We already shared below mails on once assist and no help don’t our company, that’s why raising concern here and if no solution here also, then i will file a legal case and raise on social network also.

We paid the money for insurance and we aren't getting services. In this case please return our money.
Also I would like to highlight one thing. The phone and insurance from our end were bought on the same date. When my phone broke we went to iZenica and they checked that by mistake they haven't issued the invoice of the phone so they issued the invoice later. I went out of town and when I returned then the iZenica shut down.
Now because of your third party vendors, I don't want to be the victim. The amount is not less.
Also please explain why one will buy the insurance after a while when it is of no use.
You guys can connect with the sales team of GIP mall Noida sales team as they can witness about this case.
Please reply asap as I would proceed further accordingly. And request you to not waste my time of insurance which is expiring soon in this communication trail.

Hi One assist team
I purchased my iPhone X and insurance from Izenica on 3rd Dec 2017 and my phone display for broken in last month. So i registered a complaint for replacment on 8 or 9th of Oct, but last week i got call from your team that my phone insurance activated by Izenica on 6th June 2018(after 6 months) and you guys closed it wihtout my consent.
As per attached invoice, I purchased both iPhone X and insurance from Izenica on 3rd Dec 2017 and now Izenica shop is closed and i can contact only one assist and my insurance is about to expire in next month.
So, pls arrange to sort out this claim issue and arrange to replace my phone.
