want to deactivate the one assist service for my hdfc credit card

Please cancel the one assist service for my hdfc credit card last year october conduct the customer care she told will deactivate on december but now i noticed charge debited from my card. Please deactivate it i dont want the service.

My hdfc credit card was debuted without my permission with 1399 ad renewal charges. I don’t want the services as i have told multiple times over the phone and mails. Stop providing me services with my permission and which are of no use to me. It's been a week.

There is no response from one assist.
I don't want any refund, but i want to cancel the account and stop all the services in the future.
