I am planning to purchase new mobile and new laptop for this dasara festival and i would like to purchase theft and insurance plans for these new products.

I have contacted both chat support and phone support, these agents are transferring my chat toand phonecall one agent to another agent without informing me. I asked manager to report this i have wait 43 minutes on call to speak with manager. It is so disappointing and frustrated....

This is very pathetic to say that your representatives are not at all supportive, even after informing that i will be available after 6:30pm they called me before that.
After continous followup am not getting my solution
Request you to procced with my request and do refund as soon as possible.

Filed a claim against washing drive belt damage on 1st against sr# 3600053, claim was rejected, the technician (Khaiser - [protected]) who took belt with him never returned. The service engineer (Sai giridhar naidu - [protected]) later never replied to my call. I asked for machine repair but never happened. Logged complain on website but no response.
Most irresponsible behavior observed from one assist.
