I had taken one year extended warrenty of water purifier through amazon but today i. E on 30th oct 18 arround 17.51 a lady called me regarding this i just said i m in trining called me after 7pm without any reply from back end i heared laughfing sound which is totally embrassing me and i felt insulted the way she behaved infact my concentration turned and i felt was i said something wrong to lady or i used words which is un ethical. Infact i also belongs to some reputed organisation and i also know how to talk with customers infact this was rediculous for the immage of the organisation. So kindly looked into the matter seriously. I[censored] have recording facility then immedietly act upon ot for the sake o[censored]r organisation other wise the messege implies negetive impression about ur organisation.

      Cancellation of one assist membership
      Dear sir/madam,

      I'm using hdfc credit card. I was going through credit card transaction and found that deducted the amount of 1899 from my credit card without my permission on this month oct 2018.

      I never excepted this from hdfc bank. First of all i was forced for this subscription on personal loan, now this is again another pain top of it.

      Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1899. Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info.

      Kindly, refund my amount or i will make a complaint on this for fraud transaction without customer information

          Still now nothing happened.. Now i feel seek and tired to geting resolution about this... One assist you are cheater company ever i have seen.. You blackmail to bank account holder.. And you think you are right but you totally wrong.. You never want to give back refund amount to custmer who get this insurance without any information and you activate this insurance without account holder permisson... I truly never give any permisson to active this insurance and even i dont know jow to active and not know about this company.. Please give my money back before i take any high level legal action against you.. Please consider this hopefully.. And give my money back in my bank account..

            I have requested one assist team to terminate my plan over call and mail also but customer care representative is not ready to discontinue. He is insisting again and again and suddenly disconnected phone from their end and when again i am calling customer care then they are telling concern team will call back again.
            Now i am feeling helpless can't understand how to deactivate this plan. Today also i have called them but they are telling same thing.

              Hi,

              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1899 from my credit card number ending with 7297without my authorization on date:25/oct/2018.

              I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

                I am an account holder of hdfc and you have activated one assist insurance plan with my account credit card on 23/10/2018 and have deducted rs-1399/- from my account without informing about the service fee. As such i have called in your service help line on 25/10/2018 and has registered complain for cancellation of the above noted service but still now you dont cansel it and you delay for this and i say your department
                Call that my final decioson is cansel this insurance and give my money back but the amount which has been deducted from my account has not been refunded to my account.. My complain through call is within "free look-in period" as such 100% refund of the service fee deducted is demanded. So do the needful as soon as possible.. Give my money back immediately otherwise i doing claim against you in consumer care and sharing detail social media..

                I am an HDFC bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 1503 without my concern on date: 26/10/2018. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-

I was provided with a activation code [protected]. When i try to activate, the brand name 'purolite' was not there in the list of brands for which coverage is available. I was unable to activate.                     To one assist team/ICICI Bank

                    I am an account holder of ICICI bank and you have activated one assist service plan enhanced WA prievillage single with my account on 22/10/2018 and have deducted Rs-1899/- from my account without informing about the service fee.                             Dear ICICI Team/OneAssist

                            I am writing this mail on behalf of my father- Mr. Anil Prasad. He has a savings account no.- ********2517 with ICICI Bank.
                            Today he got a call on his registered mobile no.- *********53 from your sales/third party OneAssit team (from no.[protected] at 10:32am on[protected].

                            My father is not too tech savvy but he never confirmed that he needs the OneAssist plan and had requested to get a call back later so that he can discuss same with me. But within minutes of the call (was disconnected), Rs. 1899 was debited from his account(same is reflected in the attached statement).
                            It seems to us a clear case of fraud where the clients are duped of their hard earned money by quick/unwanted sales call.
                            Hence I request ICICI team to escalate this matter to the highest possible level as it leads to distrust in your system.
                            Requesting a quick revert (on my no.-********28) and refund of Rs. 1899 on an immediate basis.

                            Please find the bank statement and the Invoice of the same plan in attachment.

                              Hi! My humble request to every one don't go with these cheaters, they really doing false business by fake marketing promise.

                              I received my handset on 26.09.2018 after repaired by you. After that, i have tried several times to login in gmail and play store but mi bug report and analysis error were coming (Pfa ss) so talked with your representative and they told me to go mi galley and check, they will sort out your problem. So i have checked my handset in mi gallery on 04 or 05 october 2018. They told me there is still the motherboard problem so they will keep with them & will repair this handset and return to me the next day. For repairing they keep my handset for 6-7 days. After repairing the same error was coming from the next day so today i visited the mi gallery for this issue they are saying same motherboard problem. Even they can't see my first imei no in service report on mi site. This company is using the second-hand material for repairing handset. After i paid rs 1250/- insurance amt + extra rs 319/- for repairing charges till date my handset not repaired. Now my handset is with me like dabba because of one assist. These people close my request also and telling me not taking another request. Don't purchased insurance from this fraud company having so much headache than what's the meaning of insurance. I am wasting my money and time both after taking the insurance from him. Even they don't have people to call and give the reply to my mail

                              Perfect symptoms of fraud company. I am considering taking legal action to prevent others from getting duped by this fraud company.

                              The customer service is horrible and it is the worst company to buy insurance from.

                                  I don't know how you people are carrying out business. Is there any thing called, approvals before you deduct money from someone's account. Forget that, even after requesting you to cancel through mail, call, one assist app, nothing has been done for the past 6 days i have been trying.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I am a hdfc credit card holder. The card has auto debited with rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8558 without my concern on date:28/09/2018.
                                    I did not received any call from one assist or gave any permission or shared otp to activate the one assist plan.
                                    I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- in my hdfc credit card back.

                                      This is to inform that a sum of 1399 inr has been deducted yesterday i. E., 18th october without my knowledge by oneassist for which i too received an email at [protected]@yahoo.com. This is an identity theft and a crime to deduct money without someone's approval. I demand my money be refunded before any extreme action is taken against this unethical organisation.
