To one assist team/ICICI Bank

I am an account holder of ICICI bank and you have activated one assist service plan enhanced WA prievillage single with my account on 22/10/2018 and have deducted Rs-1899/- from my account without informing about the service fee. As such i have called in your service help line on 23/10/2018 and has registered complain for cancellation of the above noted service and a reply message has been sent from ur side to this effect. But the amount which has been deducted from my account has not been refunded to my account as per your guide lines. My complain through call is within "free look-in period" as such 100% refund of the service fee deducted is demanded. So do the needful as soon as possible.

When you deducted the amount from the acount it takes you 1 day and to return it back you are taking long time why. Is your company playing with the money of customers. This will cost the banks reputation.

    An amount has been deducted from my account for renewal of one assist plan without my consent. I don't have any idea on such plans and this is to bring to your notice that the amount has been deducted without my permission. So cancel this plan immediately and refund my amount. I have received some document related with this through post, which was also without my knowledge. So kindly cancel immediately

      I received SMS from ICICI BANK that RS-1899/- deducted from my debit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN without my permission which I never ordered. I also got a courier from one assist team. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card without my knowledge and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the company.

      Please deactivate and refund my money immediately.

        I received sms from kotak mahendra bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

        Please deactivate plan and refund my money asap

          Dear ICICI Team/OneAssist

          I am writing this mail on behalf of my father- Mr. Anil Prasad. He has a savings account no.- ********2517 with ICICI Bank.
          Today he got a call on his registered mobile no.- *********53 from your sales/third party OneAssit team (from no.[protected] at 10:32am on[protected].

          My father is not too tech savvy but he never confirmed that he needs the OneAssist plan and had requested to get a call back later so that he can discuss same with me. But within minutes of the call (was disconnected), Rs. 1899 was debited from his account(same is reflected in the attached statement).
          It seems to us a clear case of fraud where the clients are duped of their hard earned money by quick/unwanted sales call.
          Hence I request ICICI team to escalate this matter to the highest possible level as it leads to distrust in your system.
          Requesting a quick revert (on my no.-********28) and refund of Rs. 1899 on an immediate basis.

          Please find the bank statement and the Invoice of the same plan in attachment.

            enhanced wa power single plan

            My one assist plan is auto activated. I am not at all interested in this plan and want my money back that was charged from my hdfc credit card.

            My plan is enhanced wa power single plan and i have been charged rupees 1399/- for it.

            Kindly refund it soon as possible it was charged without any prior information and not received any invoice for the same to my email.

            Hi! My humble request to every one don't go with these cheaters, they really doing false business by fake marketing promise.

            I received my handset on 26.09.2018 after repaired by you. After that, i have tried several times to login in gmail and play store but mi bug report and analysis error were coming (Pfa ss) so talked with your representative and they told me to go mi galley and check, they will sort out your problem. So i have checked my handset in mi gallery on 04 or 05 october 2018. They told me there is still the motherboard problem so they will keep with them & will repair this handset and return to me the next day. For repairing they keep my handset for 6-7 days. After repairing the same error was coming from the next day so today i visited the mi gallery for this issue they are saying same motherboard problem. Even they can't see my first imei no in service report on mi site. This company is using the second-hand material for repairing handset. After i paid rs 1250/- insurance amt + extra rs 319/- for repairing charges till date my handset not repaired. Now my handset is with me like dabba because of one assist. These people close my request also and telling me not taking another request. Don't purchased insurance from this fraud company having so much headache than what's the meaning of insurance. I am wasting my money and time both after taking the insurance from him. Even they don't have people to call and give the reply to my mail

            Perfect symptoms of fraud company. I am considering taking legal action to prevent others from getting duped by this fraud company.

            The customer service is horrible and it is the worst company to buy insurance from.

                    This is to inform that a sum of 1399 inr has been deducted yesterday i. E., 18th october without my knowledge by oneassist for which i too received an email at [protected]@yahoo.com. This is an identity theft and a crime to deduct money without someone's approval.                         I had purchased mi max2 mobile phone on 04/01/2018 from tvs electronics limited (Mi website) with the invoice no : 1191211.
                        I have bought mi protection plan for accidental and liquid damages for 1 year of worth rs 899.
                        On last month my phone was not working properly so i goes to mi service station and given my phone for checking after they checked they declare that phone is water damaged so it will not cover in warranty.

                          I have done my i phone x 64 gb mobile insurance from one assist company.
                          at insurance time they told me you can claim 2 times in one year insurance time period . i have done one claim in august month and they told me phone is will repair and you have to pay 10% amount and i done that also but they don't repair they replace the mobile after that they told me your last policy is transfer to new imei no. of new phone . after that my phone theft from metro station noida on 9th October and i done FIR also and i raise the claim and they demand FIR copy cancelled check and other documents and i provide also and after documents verified they answer we can't accept claim because we change the phone in last claim .
                          so please i want theft claim from one assist and want take necessary action on this type fraud with customer.

                              Sir meine ek claim kiya hai i phone 7 32gb gold ke liye mera case closed kar diya hai bol rahe hai ki aap ke bua ji ke ladke aapke bhai nahi hai isliye aap ka case hum close kar rahe hai sir jab humne plan purchase kiya tha jab mere se bola gaya tha ki aapka yaa aapke family member ka koi bi handset ho to uske liye bhi aap kara sakte hain jab ap claim karoge to humhe 1 letter or 1 gifted mail send karni hogi bas to pir ab jab hum claim raised kar rahe hai to pir company ye kyu bol rahi hai ki apke bua ji k ladke apke bhai nahi hai.??? Why. Meri khash bua ji ke ladke hai to pir mera bhai kaise nahi hua ap hi batao. Sir ye koi resion nahi hai ki bua ji ka ladka apka brother nahi hai to hum aage apka case process nahi kar sakte so plz i request you my case again reopen mera case pir se open karayee.. And
                              Jo bhi apki requirements hai wo mei saari complete karunga sir jab plan purchase karaya tha team ne jab ye nahi bola ki apki bua ji ka ladka apka bhai nahi hai to ap plan purchane nahi kar sakte. To pir ab ye bhai nahi hai ye bich mei kanha se aagya. Ya to humko plane dete time batana chahaiye ki apke family members ke liye nahi hai. Sir humne plane 2600.                                 I am planning to purchase new mobile and new laptop for this dasara festival and i would like to purchase theft and insurance plans for these new products.

                                I have contacted both chat support and phone support, these agents are transferring my chat toand phonecall one agent to another agent without informing me. I asked manager to report this i have wait 43 minutes on call to speak with manager. It is so disappointing and frustrated.

                                I have already purchased 4 mobile protection plans from this company in last years, but they service is very bad.

                                I received a letter from one assist about the renewal of my plan on 31st october 2018. Last year Rs.1899 was deducted from my card . I do not wish to pay any more amount. Therefore, I am not interested to renew the plan. So please dont deduct any more amount from my credit card.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                    My phone got physically damaged on 16th august and i raised a claim request for the same with one assist. My phone got repaired and delivered to me on 31st august. Now from last 2 weeks i am facing issues in my phone like it is getting switch off automatically, not getting charge and some other battery issues.
                                    I went to mi service center that my phone is not working properly. They have inspected my phone and said that this phones battery is physically damaged (Battery connector is broken) and has been fixed temporarily and probably the last person who repaired this phone has broken it.
                                    My phone was last repaired through one assist in claim no. 3459039
                                    Now i have asked the one assist representative to resolve my issue in the previous request and they said, if there is any issue in the phone then we have to report back in 48 hours. But it was internally damaged and i am not going to open my phone myself to check if it is not damaged internally so i was not able to raise a complaint for this.
                                    Now i asked for a call setup with their manager and i explained him the situation and after listening to the situation he said that please raise a new claim and it will be approved.
                                    Now i have raised a new claim request with details and my claim got rejected.
                                    They are not arranging any calls with there seniors i have called 12-15 times.

                                    I want to talk to one assist representative and waiting for the reply from last 3 weeks and i have xalled 15 times but there is no call back to discuss the actual scenario.
                                    Your services have damaged my phone battery.poor service poor service quality, i think we have taken the insurance just to increase the exenses

I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
