Without my confirmation one assist has been registered renewal of policy against id no. Sr[protected] & deducted rs 1899 /- from my saving account without my permission.

I don't need this plan. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap.

Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. I will also no more as a icici customer.

I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my salary a/c.       As per your comments already cancelled my unwanted plan but again 1899 Rs deducted in my salary and i ave not get return refund last year amount so i am fade up with ICICI bank

        Kindly note i received an email from oneassist saying that my oneassist plan is going to be reactivated within the end of this month. Please note i don't want to continue this service anymore and please deactivate this service immediately. Please make sure no further charges are deducted from my account or from my credit card. Today morning, i called oneassist customer support and talked to a representative (Dipali), who mentioned that this service will automatically be reactivated and charges will be deducted from my account. How a company can reactivate a service without its ending date, without the consent of the customer? And when i asked her to deactivate this service, she started to explain me another plan which cost rs-1300. Please note i do not want to activate any service related to this company. Also, at any cost, i do not want this service to be reactivated for another year without my consent. Kindly deactivate the service immediately.

          I have applied for a credit card and even before i got the credit card, one assist people called me and gave wrong information saying it is mandatory i should take their service. Now after getting the card when i see my credit card statement they deducted 1890 rs. I called one assist customer care and asked them to cancel the service and refund me. They said they raised a cancel request. Its been 3 days now i didn't get any confirmation regarding the cancellation of the request and i didn't get my money back.

            Sir,

            I have availed oneassist membership in 2016 and requested to cancel it. And the oneassist deducted my hdfc credit card account ending with 1593 on oct-2018 of amount inr 1899 with out any communication to me in any form i. E. Sms/email/call. The deducted amount has reflected in my credit card statement.

            I am not at all interested with the service and i have mailed them multiple times. As of now no received any info or communication from them. I am requesting them to cancel my oneassist membership immediately and refund the amount to my credit card account.

            How they can deduct amount on my account with out any information/communication.

            I am requesting the oneassist team to look into the issue and resolve at the earliest. Also please do cancel the autopay which you setup with out my consent. I am not interested in the service.

              I have called the customer service several times regarding the cancellation of my account with relationship number: 649231

              It's been a week.

              There is no response from one assist.
              I don't want any refund, but i want to cancel the account and stop all the services in the future.

                  Hello oneassist team

                  I received sms from hdfc bank at 31 oct 2018 that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Don't dare again to do this. Without permission tooking amount from my card is illegal. Till now i dont know and get any update and detail about one assist. Please must deactivate it. And revert the amount to my account. I will raise the complaints in rbi web too.

                  3 years i paid this kit. But till now i didn't get single voucher about it and registration process related thing. Kindly and must be deactivate and re-credit the amount my account.

                    One assist has again debited rs 1377 from my hdfc credit card account. I called one assist customer care 3 months back and they assured me that i won't be charged any more for the service i am not using and has confirmed my cancellation of the plan. This time again they have charged me without intimidating me prior and i got a text from the bank "dear cardmember, oneassist membership fee has been debited on your card ending xxxx. Membership will be processed and welcome kit dispatched shortly". This is completely unacceptable.

                              It has been more than 4 months i have applied for a claim on oneassist. But they haven't processed it. Everytime they are bringing one or the other reason of not processing the claim. All lies. I have been a loyal customer to one assist since 3 years. Poor customer service. They take more than 10 days to respond on an email. They were very responsive at the time of sale, but no response. Even the senior executives at oneassist don't reply. No one is ready to take responsibility.
                              I am stuck for dealing with oneassist.

                              I took oneassist policy with my cellphone and as per their policy I complained to service my handset two times and in both complain they cancelled the request to mention false things .Now I am worrying about my investment with this kind of organization where people like me think their asset in safe zone up to the policy period friends be awere

                                Hi team,

                                Yesterday i. E. 3 nov 2018 i received a sms from one assist that some policy wa power single plan of rs 1399/- has been deducted from my account without even informing me. But on the month of ocyober i made several calls to deactivate the plan. Even i received asms from one assist that the plan will be deactivated. But just a day after that this rubbish plan was again activated and the money was also deducted. My rejection for the plan was clearly recorded in the call. If you wish i can also send you that. Inspite of my refusal you did the same thing.
                                What kind of joke is going on?
                                What kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is this.
                                This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my credit card by the company is a criminal act.
                                Please deactivate and refund my money asap.

                                And please do not activate any unnecessary plans without asking the customer.

                                  I submitted a request for plan cancellation and was told that i would receive 50% of the paid amount back. The plan has already been cancelled and now i am being informed that i wouldn't be getting any money back because i filed a claim (Which was cancelled.) i have audio recordings of the call with the guy from their cancellation department who clearly says that i would be getting 50% of the money paid i.                                     I recd sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debit card to one assist "enhanced wa privilege single plan".

                                    This was activated without my consent last year and lost rs.1899.00. Did not get refund so far. Auto debit renewal made without any consent on 3.11.2018.

                                    Seek your help in deactivation & refund of rs.3798/- immdly

                                      I subscribed to one assist a couple of years ago on a nudge from icici bank. However, i don't require the service as i've told their representatives a couple of times especially during the last six months or so.

                                      They always ask me to call on the toll free number but they never answer and "all their customer representatives are busy".

                                      I received an email that one assist will be auto-renewed and so i sent them an email. Screenshot attached. (Req 3692588)

                                      I just got an sms that services have been renewed and that the amount rs. 2499 has been deducted. This is despite me being very clear about my intent to deactivate but i cannot reach a representative.

                                      I would like a refund and would like my one assist plan to be deactivated and never be activated again. I would like this to be done as soon as possible because i have already asked them to do it multiple times.

                                      I could finally get in touch with a representative named Nadeem M over chat. He has raised a request for cancellation and has assured me that the cancellation/retention team will call within 48 hours. The service request number is 3693635.

                                        Myself shruti vithal naik. I am using hdfc credit card. Without my consent or without intimation rs. 1399 /- was charged as one assist membership fee.
                                        I do not wish to renew this pls, infact earlier also i didn't wanted this service but still they activated it and my money was deducted. This time also the same thing happened. Why you people deduct money without any consent of the person. This is really unacceptable.

                                        Tried calling several times to customer service but no use.

                                        I want this service to be cancelled and my money to be refunded in my account asap.
