I was told by the executive that my mobile phone will be fully covered for 1 year, when i received the policy i was given deductions and depreciation ranging from 30% to 70%, i immediately called for request to cancel the policy and its been 8 days and they have not cancelled the same, they keep telling me it will be cancelled but also keep sending me emails to reconfirm policy and send them papers for acceptance.
They lied over the phone and i am not sure what will happen to my money, their executives called me and told me that he will not cancel the policy and nor refund, then i called again on 1800 number and they took my bank details for refund, but did not refund the money.
