one assist did not process my claim

It has been more than 4 months i have applied for a claim on oneassist. But they haven't processed it. Everytime they are bringing one or the other reason of not processing the claim. All lies. I have been a loyal customer to one assist since 3 years. Poor customer service. They take more than 10 days to respond on an email. They were very responsive at the time of sale, but no response. Even the senior executives at oneassist don't reply....

This was activated without my consent last year and lost rs.1899.00. Did not get refund so far. Auto debit renewal made without any consent on 3.11.2018.

service renewed despite multiple requests for deactivation/cancellation

I subscribed to one assist a couple of years ago on a nudge from icici bank. However, i don't require the service as i've told their representatives a couple of times especially during the last six months or so.

They always ask me to call on the toll free number but they never answer and "all their customer representatives are busy".

I received an email that one assist will be auto-renewed and so i sent them...
