2 months back, one assist was activated wallet protection plan without any intimation, that time i was told to stop service. So they told, we will not refund on cancellation, if you degrade plan then some money refunded. Today i need assistance for wallet protection. Customer care is arrogant and they feel stop service account, rather provide service. I need full refund, because they failed assist.
