I have given a request for cancellation of one assist last yet november
They have auto debited my hdfc credit card this year also
I have informed the bank and subsequently to one assist
The persy from cancellation department called me from one assist and spoke very arrogantlty.
He asked me proof of my last year cancellation which i don't have as i have done over phone
He also told i should give a cancellation request for every year
I request you to cancely membership

    I have received a call from axis bank today. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa card ending with 1332. It has been noticed that the money charged @1899 for the same.

    Relation ship number is 5839997.

    Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. I am waiting for confirmation of deletion of this service and also refund the money @1899.

      2 months back, one assist was activated wallet protection plan without any intimation, that time i was told to stop service. So they told, we will not refund on cancellation, if you degrade plan then some money refunded. Today i need assistance for wallet protection. Customer care is arrogant and they feel stop service account, rather provide service. I need full refund, because they failed assist.

        I have applied for a credit card of kotak mahindra bank and i had received the same few days back. I received an sms to my mobile no. (I. E)."transaction of rs, 1399 has been made on kotak credit card on 08 dec 2018 on one assist."

        The above mentioned one assist solutions company has debited my credit card account without giving any information. I am not given any request and any confirmation from my end.

        Further, i don't want any assistance from the above referred company.

        Hence i request you to refund the amount rs.1, 399/- to my credit card account, immediately.

          Please cancel my plan. I have purchased it by mistake and i have no intention of paying for it for one year. I thought it was an icici scheme. I don't know how this company got my details and didn't say anything about this plan being offered by a 3rd party company. The company is not honest at all.

              I want to deactivate my one assist account asap. Please do not perform any transactions from my account.
              This is the second time when my amount got debited rs. 1399 for one assist fee, for which i am not interested to use this service and i have not given any request to activate this service. As last year also i had many calls and requested to one assist customer care to stop this service and refund me my full amount, which they didn't listen and didn't stop this service and said this plan will be cancelled in one year. But, again i got to know that rs. 1399 has been debited from my november month's credit card statement again for one assist which is again without any consent and again n again telling to stop this service, you guys enabled this service which is not acceptable at all. Please refund my full amount which got debited for this year one assist i. E. Rs. 1399 and stop this service. I spoke to customer care 4-5 days back. Please stop to make customers fool by activating these services from your end.

              When I have already requested to cancel my one assist membership last year as well, then how come you can renew this membership, and I got to know about this membership from my credit card statement only.                 While buying the insurance on 6th december 2017 from one assist i was promised a few benefits that i am not getting now when i am claiming the insurance. Also the company representative misinformed me a few things just to let me buy the insurance.
                Now again when i raised the claim request for my damaged phone they submitted the form my claim request and after submitting the form they are telling me that my claim will get rejected due to their policy.
                When i asked them to cancel the claim request they asked me to drop a mail regarding the same and it'll get cancelled in within 48 hours which didn't happened and it's been 3 days already.
                Then my phone got damaged again so i asked them if i can raise a new claim request for my new damage even if my first request is open, they said that yes i can file a new claim request and when i called the customer care for filing a new claim request they said that i can't raise a new one until the first one is closed.
                I went on google to search for the reviews on the services of one assist and i got to see that everyone is disappointed for their fraud. They are bluffing with their customers and fooling them and looting their money in the name of insurance.
                They don't provide the claim by saying it's their policy, change their policy anytime, change their plans in the middle and don't inform their customer and then deny taking any responsibility and keep saying sorry and they can't do anything.

                  I have been trying to file a claim for my damaged phone since yesterday. After filling up 3 steps its not moving to the 4th step. I don't understand why this is happening thus denying my option to file my claim through the online process within the stipulated time. After the 3rd step... It is not asking to continue.. It shows only back as an option. I hope this is not going to hamper my filing the claim within the stipulated time period. This should not be used as a tool to refuse my claim

                    I have salary account in icici bank from last 3month.
                    A call received by me from oneassist on 29november 2018 the sales executive said this is compulsary plan you have to buy this is information call to you that an amount of rs 1899 will be deducted. I said i don't want to buy this plan but he again said you have to buy it is compulsory. I don't give any permission inspite of my non-approval they deducted rs 1899.

                        Without my consent, they renew insurance with their charge on my credit card account.

                        On contacting customer care, instead of cancelling it, they just keep recommending to continue it and keep delivering lecture.

                        Surprisingly, they says this is must for me and i'm not serious with my hard owned money if i don't take their policy.. Strange!!! Hope hdfc is listening too..

                                I received sms and email from kotak mahindra bank that
                                "Transaction of Rs 1899 has been made on Kotak credit card xx5408 on 19-Nov at OneAssist Consumer Sol."

                                I have never requested for their service and have never requested an upgrade as the mail mentioned.
                                This has been done without my permission and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. Should refrain from such acts. Further the bank in question kotak bank should also refrain from sharing customer details with such fraudulent companies. Its really annoying to say the least.

                                  This company took money from me for my iphone insurance (Rs10000) and now at the time of insurance claim, they are playing by sharing some term n conditions and not giving any support for my iphone insurance.

                                  When i asked, if no insurance, then give my money back, then they are even not giving money back and telling, i should have asked money back in 30 days of registration.
                                  What a fraud they are and i wish, they will never get success and request consumer court to take strict actions against them.

                                  Even no help by Consumer complaint team.

                                  Don’t try to be smart, there was meaning less reply given by your team. That yes they got my obey for insurance, but that registration done by shop keeper is late. So nither u can replace my phone and nor return my money. It’s not a game, that I can pay and have specific time to play, elsepney gone.

                                  Money took by your company and they accepted my mobile documents for insurance, but they didn’t check documents and due to late registration, they can’t accept claim.
                                  This is meaningless reply and just working like as fraud company.

                                  I will continue raising complaint and raise comments on every social network, until I get solution for money I paid for my mobile insurance.

                                    Received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I haven't even registered my cards... I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                    Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                      I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to assist plan on 31/10/2018. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

                                        Please cancel my one assist plan associated with credit card number [protected]. I never gave any approval for this plan at the first place or mever got a call from the company for my approval.

                                        I would like the refund to be credited back to my account post cancellation.
                                        Please do it asap!
