I'm using hdfc credit card. I was going through credit card transaction and found that deducted the amount of 1899 from my credit card without my permission on 26 oct 2018.

I never excepted this from hdfc bank. First of all i was forced for this subscription on personal loan, now this is again another pain top of it.

Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1899....

And you think you are right but you totally wrong.. please terminate my one assist plan

He is insisting again and again and suddenly disconnected phone from their end and when again i am calling customer care then they are telling concern team will call back again.

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1899 from my credit card number ending with 7297without my authorization on date:25/oct/2018.

I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.
