cancellation of my one assist membership

My enhanced wa privilege single plan is auto renewed on 20.11.2018. I am not interested in this plan anymore and want to cancel it.

Also, i would like to get a refund of the membership amount which was charged from my hdfc bank credit card.

Amount deducted from my card is 1899/-.

I have received a call from axis bank today. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa card ending with 1332. It has been noticed that the money charged @1899 for the same.

So they told, we will not refund on cancellation, if you degrade plan then some money refunded. Today i need assistance for wallet protection. Customer care is arrogant and they feel stop service account, rather provide service. I need full refund, because they failed assist.

filing claim for damaged s8 phone through online

I have been trying to file a claim for my damaged phone since yesterday. After filling up 3 steps its not moving to the 4th step. I don't understand why this is happening thus denying my option to file my claim through the online process within the stipulated time. After the 3rd step... It is not asking to continue.. It shows only back as an option. I hope this is not going to hamper my filing the claim within the stipulated time period....

A call received by me from oneassist on 29november 2018 the sales executive said this is compulsary plan you have to buy this is information call to you that an amount of rs 1899 will be deducted. debit in hdfc credit card

Without my consent, they renew insurance with their charge on my credit card account.

On contacting customer care, instead of cancelling it, they just keep recommending to continue it and keep delivering lecture.

Surprisingly, they says this is must for me and i'm not serious with my hard owned money if i don't take their policy.. Strange!!! Hope hdfc is listening too.....

I received sms from kotak mahendra bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
