This is sagar adhikari with relationship no. 5936868 for oneassist. I applied for credit card for icici bank and was informed that i’ll get a call but then got call, sms and mail about me buying the one assist product which i don’t require at all, so kindly cancel it as it says i’ll get the welcome toolkit after 10 days and also charges rs 1899 for it. I was told that an sms for support will be send to but did not get it either.
We give our details to banks as we trust it but misguiding us to using unwanted and unclear products and giving our details to 3rd parties really hamper the relationship with the banks. Please cancel the purchase being mentioned and avoid charging asap

    Sir,
    This is sarbeswar tarai, with relation ship no_1761595;is active plan enhanced wa privilege single plan.
    Last time this plan has activated in automatically without my knowledge and amount for the same was detected automatically. Last time i had informed to discontinue this plan in future and keep it deactivated.
    No longer i am no interest in this plan and this plan to be kept deactive for me.

      This complaint is regarding the request to cancellation for "one assist facility" which was activated under my account in hdfc bank.
      I do not want your facilities which was the reason, last time i was trying to reach you through email. But on the dissatisfactory note, there was no reply from your end at that time. And now i again recieved a text about re-activating the service.

      I would not like to avail this facility anymore and would want you to refund back the amount of rs.1399.00 which was charged for the same.

        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto SMARTEMI debited Rs. 623.60+Processing charges Rs.100+Gst Rs.20.88 from my credit card number ending with 3535 without my concern on date:13/12/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.623.60/-+charges Rs.100/-.

          As per my protection plan, I filed a complaint, some GPS and sound related problem was there in the mobile. all documents been posted correctly, a OneAssist pickup person suppose to be collect device, I was ready to submit phone but no one called me to pick, then I got mail, "WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR DEVICE". In fact my phone with me and I was waiting some one will come from one assist. After 2 days I got new mail "Your device has been delivered back to you". then I called many times in oneassist, They said your phone was not reachable, even I ask them call me on alternate number. And So on.

          Please do not purchase anything form OneAssist.IT is absolutely worthless company

            Hello there

            I received sms from kotak mahendra bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

            Please deactivate and refund my money asap

            Hello there

            I Received SMS from KOTAK MAhendra BANK that RS-1399/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

            Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP

              Hi

              I raised a claim for my mobile handset iphone 8 on nov 10th. After submitting documents and handset i got a call that as per apple service center my phone will be replaced. I paid the 10% charges assuming i wil get new phone.

              However when i got phone on december 3rd, i started using it assuming it is new however after 3-4 days i realised this is my new phone but instead replacement - refurbished phone.

              I immediately raised my concern with customs care and sent email as well. I clearly requested them i need to original handset back and do not to keep the they have provided.

              However since then my experience is preety bad. I got email response next day asking for 48 hours. However i did not get response for 3-4 days despite multiple email reminders and calling to customer care. When i got response after few days i was told to contact apple servixe center and they have replaced my phone and they would be able to assist me.

              I again dropped email and called customer care to raise my concern again and discussed in length and i was assured that i would get response again in 48 hours.

              And as usual no response yet and no one is even bothered to relive my concern.

              Customer care executive say they have escalated my concern and i wil get solution soon. And then i get email stating contact apple service center.

              This is really pathetic and unprofessional.

              I need help on this.

                  Hi all,
                  One assist is a number one fraud company in india. I don't know 'how govt has given permission.
                  They promise something while giving the insurance but when i raised complain no response at all. I raised claim on 11 dec 2018 but still under process. I don't know what to do. One assist is big cheater. I will not suggest any one to take insurance from here.
                  I will also request to one assist to resolve the claim asap.

                  As I have given my mobile to repair in the One Assist and my claim ID is 3793027. I asked One Assist, number of time to send the estimated bill to my email but nobody sent to me.

                  Somehow I got an estimated bill today and I am seeing that "VSERVE TECHNOLOGIES" is not authorized by "MI / XIAOMI" means it is a local shop. I had spoken to MI Customer care also, got the same answer that VSERVE TECHNOLOGIES is not authorized by MI.

                  Now my concern is that It is clearly mentioned in the insurance certificate that Service will be done in an Only Authorised service center.

                  I don't want that my mobile should be repaired in the local shop

                    One assist is a fraud company, what they commit at the time of selling their protection plan they don’t honour anything of it during claim processing.

                    I had taken phone protection plan from oneassist in nov 2017 for iphone x, at the time of buying the plan they committed that while my phone wil go for repairs i would get a replacement phone for that time frame. But when i claimed for the same the denied all their commitments.

                    My phone got damaged on 4-5th nov and after so many follow ups they finally agreed to give a claim to me on 29th nov. When my phone was delivered to them for repairs they didn’t provide any information about the repairs and just asked me to deposit 1400/-

                    I got my phone back on 11 dec, when i checked my phone the gps location wasn’t working and touch was also not working. I reported the same on their toll free number, and guess what they clearly told me that it is not their concern. They just had to replace screen and they did that.

                    I am pretty sure the screen that they have replaced is unauthentic and it is clearly fake because my phone’s touch is not working. It feels like a local chineese screen has been installed in my phone.

                    I want justice in this, i have bought such an expensive protection plan and this is how they will treat me??!!

                    I want this complaint to escalate to their founders/mds so that they should be aware how their customers are suffering because of their false deeds.

                      I have purchased one assist service insurance for my refrigerator for 1400/-
                      After 2 months extra cooling problem arose. I complaint and immediately their engineer came for service in 2 days as committed.

                      Problem starts here, there engineer made multiple rounds for over one month and still problem exist. Later engineer stops responding to out calls. Once complaint back to their call call center, they are asking me to raise new request. As request is closed. Now we cannot open it back.

                      Later i raised another fresh request for same problem, now another engineer came. And he confirmed problem is resolved. Now there will not be extra cooling. But problem did not solve, then again came and said some sensor is not working will come back in 2 days. But no response. I called back call center, they said we will escalate to area manager but still no response. It's more than 2 weeks i have not received any response from company nor from engineer.

                      Now not sure why i purchased their service insurance.

                            I have taken an Insurance to cover up my mobile handset from damage/loss/theft. One Assist company has assured me to replace the handset if any one of the incidents happens as mentioned. I approached them 19th November 2108 and raised a service request when my mobile got damaged out of an accident. They told me to send the damaged handset and assured me for repair or replacement. I had sent the same to them but on 11/12/18, they said they can only pay 12000/- or return the handset without any repair/replacement. They actually false selling the insurance product to me while buying my I Phone SE model. I am totally upset. This is a real fraud or forgery thing happened to me. I hope this consumer complaints forum will take up this issue and help me out.

                              My name is sunil naidu, i purchased mobile total protection for your company, my membership id is [protected], my device is vivo v9,
                              When i purchased your insurance, i was told by the promoter that i can get 2 claims in a year, as i successfully claimed at first attempt, now my device got into accidential damage, as i try to claim second time with the service id :- 3776103, i got an reply from your customer care that claim couldnt be complete as they are third party and company is not approving, but at the time of purchase they provided me irrevelant information about the terms of the insurance, as the first claim was the same accidental damage and it was succesfully claimed, i request you to look over the matter and revert back as soon as possible

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I'm using hdfc credit card and i found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1799 from my credit card in feb 2018 towards renewal of one assist plan.

                                  This services was activated in 2017 but i didn't use it and i have not been informed of auto renewal. I don't like to continue this service.

                                  Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1799. Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info. If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.

                                    One assist plan was activated on 23rd oct while i opt for credit card. Since without my knowledge they deducted 1399 inr from my card, so the next day on 24th oct i called one assist to cancel the plan and refund back my money.
                                    But one of the customer care representative called on 30th oct and spoke about discount 300 inr etc. But i strongly asked for closure of plan and refund.
                                    And your representatives irritating over call. It's your representative's mistake and the plan continued for a month. I gonna file a lawsuit against the company else refund back my money.

                                      cancellation of my one assist membership

                                      My enhanced wa privilege single plan is activated on 4 dec 2018. I am not interested in this plan anymore and want to cancel it.

                                      Also, i would like to get a refund of the membership amount which was charged from my icici bank account without my knowledge.

                                      My wa privilege single plan is auto-activated. I have complained about it to customer helpline number to resolve but it is still pending. This is a kind of customer exploitation. I m not really interested in this plan and want my money back that is charged from my icici bank.

However, you are not entitled for any refund, as you need to cancel membership within 30 days of subscription. However, If membership renewal amount is deducted from your account refund will be processed and credited in your bank account within 5 to 7 working days.
