I am a HDFC bank debit card holder .I have received a message on 28/9/18 where my One Assist membership get's auto-renewed and the amount gets debited from my account.
I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. I have even mailed to [protected]@oneassist.in regarding cancellation of my membership, but got no response.
So, please cancel my One Assist membership.

I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

        I am one assist member (No-[protected]) since 2 yrs. I think there is no benefit for using this oneassist for last 2 yrs. Every year i lose my money about rs.1899. This year i got message from oneassist that your account will expire next 3 days. I want to deactivate before renewal for which i did contact customer care on 24.09.2018. They assured me that your cancellation request taken by us (Req. No[protected]. But instead of cancel my account they debit money from hdfc credit card about rs.1899 without my knowledge on 28.09.2018.. Then, how it is possible debit the amount during cancellation process? I want my money back in my credit card otherwise i will approach at consumer court..

          I got a call from icici bank mumbai. He did not ask me for the activation of service just gave me the information about the service they provide. They have all information regarding my address proof and they deduct the amount of rs 1899 from my account without my permission.

          I got a message my relationship no. Is 5323140

          I dont need this service please refund my amount and deactivate the service.

              I received sms from hdfc bank that rs1399 deducted from my credit card to one assist plan without my permission. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit cardand use of my credit card by the company is really a criminal act. I got the statement of september from my bank and this deduction is against my will.

                    Hi, one assist has deducted rs-1899/- from my hdfc bank credit card without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap.                         I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . Today got a SMS, Oneassist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 7390. The bank has auto debited money from my credit card number ending with 7390 without my concern.One year ago when I apply for credit card, They said as per your concern oneassist service activated but that time also deceived me because I am not know such kind of service activated without any concern, so complaint not done by me.Now I understand such kind of fraudulent work done by HDFC. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund my money asap.
                        I hate HDFC Credit card Services.

                            I have bought my iphone 7 insurance policy from oneassist in 2017. And when i am trying to get it renewed in 2018, those guys just refused to do so. I think they are cheating customers by just providing policy for one year and not getting it renewed thereafter. I tried to contact sameer sable (Mob no. [protected]) and he also did not take any action. I sent multiple emails to their customer support but no one replied. Please guys beware of this kind of fraud. Please look for another option for your mobile insurance as there are other companies as well.

                                Hello friends,

                                Please beware of purchasing things from mi. I had purchase redmi note 5 (4 gb, 64 gb) on 27th of april 2018. I had purchase mi protect with same and paid 799.00 inr for that. I got mail also from one assist (I think insurance company collaborate with mi) that mi protection plan is activated.

                                Now as simple i contact them today (26th of september) when my phone gets accidental damage. They are replying to me that your policy is already cancelled because of some issue. And we can't help you with anything for that. And you paid only. 499 inr for policy.

                                They are saying that we called you in the first week of june for confirmation but your phone was not reachable. (After that they didn't give the effort to call back for the single time or drop a mail for same) so we cancel your policy. What a silly excuse.

                                Ok they cancel my policy but they didn't care that now the policy is cancelled so they have to give my 799.00 inr back.

                                Guys, please learn something from mi and one assist that how to full people. I am educated and know much things then also these people treat like this, just think there are millions o[censored]neducated peoples in this country, and from that millions, thousands of people might get such policy and loss their money because of no reason.

                                I think this is only the main profit of mi and one assist.

                                I attached invoice copy (Originally got from mi) and snap of one assist email for more reference. I have call recording of one assist also. I can send that to that how they give excuse and don't really care to give service after getting payment.

                                    When i raise the claim the one assist agent call me and say what was happend and i said that my mobile was on table and fall down due to incoming call and there after he said me to i write in description that you don't know about that.
                                    So i write that.
                                    And after 48 hours i receive a mail that your claim was closed.
                                    Why this company lying to all middle class people.
                                    Please help

                                      I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I dont reuire any plan so credit my money back...

                                      Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                        Hi,
                                        I have already complained about 1 time deduction of 1399 rs. Again one time i got deducted 1399 rs yesterday. One issue has not resolved and it deducted second time.
                                        Please deactivate all my plans of oneassist, this is waste of money, i want refund of my full amount of 2798 rs deducted without reasons.

                                        I am not getting one time complaint money back, how can we expect other service to refund after anything happening to our credit cards.

                                        Without reasons, please don't make people fool, refund as soon as possible.
