I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I am continuously calling on protected but they are not cancelling the service

      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 4278 without my concern on date:04/october/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-
      And i called to one assist complained, 3622665 on 09/october 2018. Please cancel and refund my money.

        Relationship no : 2453554. As without my knowledge one year back the auto detection of one assist plan, as am using the hdfc credit card. Also i suppose to note the plan and amount but after a year the team has auto debited the amount again and i again informed to hdfc card dept and after that one assist customer service came to call and said that we ll cancel the policy no issues take a complaint and reverse the amount also will send you the confirmation mail and sms but one month later again this month amount got debited then i informed to hdfc again as they told sir last month they din take any action against it so it was reflected same in bill again i aised the complaint in hdfc three days back today again one assist service calld me and telling that it was not our mistake ask to hdfc card dept we cant repay you as it was autodebit mode. I explained him again last month call but this service rep is refusing and talking like raised voice, its not like treating customer in good way. I have all the voice records from last month to this month conversations of hdfc and one assist. I[censored] need i can send you the voice format of conversations to you. If proper action not taken immediate then i will attach the voice conversations to concerned hdfc and one assist care also to medias because am also the media person and national anti crime and human rights council of india.

            Hi my name is tharun babu, this is the third time i am posting a complaint since 2 months for cancelling the subscription and to refund the money debited. As stated earlier i recieved a call last year with from axis bank for my bank details, telling me its for account verification and rs 1899 was debited from my master card without my permission which was refunded later on. On july one year later my account was debited again with rs 1899 without my permission. I want to deactivate this subscription and refund the money. I have never got an update from either of the complaints, mrs deepali said refund has been initiated on july 30, which was over 2 months ago but still was not recieved, so stop the fraudulent act and refund the money asap.

              Dear sir,

              I have purchased iphone 6s which is insured by one assist last 2 years. My i phone display is damaged. I had complaint with one assist customer service and one assist consumer complaint page after that many time one assist ask same question when did you purchase where did you purchase how handset damaged. I have many time upload photo my damaged handset, copy of invoice, photo handset box brief history of damaged mobile but after 2 month they denied. They were mentally harshment.

              Kindly look into this matter.

                As i had taken plan of credit card protection plan from one assist before two year but after two year one assist company auto debit amount from my account without any intimation.
                As per company policy, I want to cancel it and refund my money.
                As per company policy, I have cancelled policy within pre-locking time and i complained about it to costumer executive but they are refusing it.
                I want my refund money AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                6.4 If notice of termination is provided by the Customer within the Free Look-In Period, a full refund is available. After the expiry of the Free Look-In Period, for any cancellation by the Customer, OneAssist will refund the Total Fee based on the grid mentioned below, provided however, that if the Customer has lodged a claim or availed of any benefit under any of the Plan Terms any time during the term of the plan, no refund will be available.

                The above refund percentage is on Total Fee. The refund of Service Tax charged at the time of purchase would also be subject to the above mentioned grid.

                Last year HDFC bank has offered me OneAssist for my Credit Card including Wallet protection.

                But this year, I didn't opt for it and they have deducted 21666 amount from my credit card without any information.

                I want my money back!

                  On 5/10/2018 lodged complaint in consumer complaints and today(09/10/18)
                  received a call from Corporate Office +[protected] same number in website regarding reverting renewal transaction money and requested credit card details like number, expiry date etc., i said why requesting those details, they said it must shortly i received a message of Rs.4197 debited, again trying for new transaction, i ended a call. Within short i called to toll free number[protected], they said there is no transaction records of debited amount from credit card and simply said helpless. Again i asked a question, how can we trust one assist which i got a call from their own office number and breeching the customer details to fraud team and even the call is from their own office.
                  I am lodging a complaint against one assist regarding fraud, breeching customer details and call is from their own office

                      One Assist seems like a fraud company. They have a tie up with the banks. They make some phone call and sell some [censored] plan and deduct the money directly from bank.

                        My iphone fell down on thursday but the screen stopped working on sunday. For which i called them on monday. I told them the entire story. They said accident was thursday, intimation was not within 48 hours; i said but it stopped working on sunday how can i know it isnt working. They accepted saying they will move ahead this time. And moved ahead. But after a week now on monday they call due to delayed claim, we will reject your claim. Highly unprofessional.
                        After expalining the reason they first tell they will move ahead. And after that after getting all documents and efforts they reject it.

                          Filed a claim against washing drive belt damage on 1st against sr# 3600053, claim was rejected, the technician (Khaiser - [protected]) who took belt with him never returned. The service engineer (Sai giridhar naidu - [protected]) later never replied to my call. I asked for machine repair but never happened. Logged complain on website but no response.
                          Most irresponsible behavior observed from one assist.

                              सर मेरा नाम अखिल धारीवाल है।।और मै उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस में कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर के पद पर थाना बिनौली जनपद बागपत में तैनात हूँ।मैन पिछले साल hdfc bank द्वारा क्रेडिट कार्ड बनवाया था।।।जिसको एक साल पूरा हो गया है।।। इसके साथ मुझे one assist की सर्विस भी एक्टिवेट करके दे दी गयी थी।। जिसको में अब अगले साल के लिए renew नही करवाना चाहता था।।।इस संबंध में मैंने 3-10-18 को one assist की help line नं पर कॉल किया था और उन्हें इस सर्विस को बंद करने के लिए बोला था ।।।लेकिन उन्होंने इस सर्विस को फिर भी बंद नही किया।।।और 5-10-18 को one assist की तरफ से मुझे काल आया।।और सर्विस को बंद न करने के लिए बोला गया।। जबकि मैने उनसे साफ तौर पर बोल दिया कि में इस सर्विस को आगे continue नही रखना चाहता हूं।।।इस सर्विस को बंद कर दीजिए ।।।।आज दिनांक 7-10-18 को बिना मेरी अनुमति के मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड से one assist की सर्विस एक्टिवेट कर दी गयी।।। जबकि मैने 3-10-18 को hdfc bank के कस्टमर केअर नं पर कॉल करके और सीनियर अधिकारी से बात करके इस सर्विस को रिन्यू करने के लिए मना किया था।।।लेकिन मेरे मना करने के बावजूद भी one assist और hdfc bank customer care वालो ने मिलकर इस सर्विस को बिना मेरी अनुमति के renew करा दिया।।।जिसकी दोनो बातचीत (Hdfc bank +one assist)की रिकॉर्डिंग मेरे पास उपलब्ध है।।।जो में आपको भेज रहा हूं।।। इन रिकॉर्डिंग को आधार बनाते हुए मेरे बिना अनुमति के मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड से पैसे निकालना और अपने अधिकारों का गलत प्रयोग करने के सम्बन्ध में अग्रिम कार्यवाही करें और मेरा पैसा रिफंड करवाये।।।।

                                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 6507 without my concern on date:06/10/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                                  I recieved a call last year from axis bank for my bank details, telling me its for account verification and rs 1899 was debited from my master card without my permission which was refunded later on. On july, one year later my account was debited again with rs 1899 without my permission. I have posted a complaint and was told by 'ms deepali' that it will will be deactivated and refunded later on but nothing has happened even after 2 months. I want immediate response for deactivating this subscription and refund the money immediately.

                                    I received sms from hdfc bank yesterday that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                                    And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

                                      I'm using hdfc credit card 5459××××××××0366. I am being charged rs. 1699/- each year for yearly subscription without my consent. I had given consent for one year charges only. But without my consent i am being charged each year towards annual subscription.

                                      It is again due for deduction this month. So i want you to cancel the subscription as soon as possible as i don't want this subscription anymore.

                                      Pleases deactivate one assist membership as soon as possible.

                                        I'm using hdfc credit card. I was going through credit card statement and found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card in oct 2018 towards renewal.

                                        Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399 along with extra amount deducted due to this rediculous stubs.
