My iphone fell down on thursday but the screen stopped working on sunday. For which i called them on monday. I told them the entire story. They said accident was thursday, intimation was not within 48 hours; i said but it stopped working on sunday how can i know it isnt working. They accepted saying they will move ahead this time. And moved ahead. But after a week now on monday they call due to delayed claim, we will reject your claim. Highly unprofessional.
After expalining the reason they first tell they will move ahead. And after that after getting all documents and efforts they reject it.

    Filed a claim against washing drive belt damage on 1st against sr# 3600053, claim was rejected, the technician (Khaiser - [protected]) who took belt with him never returned. The service engineer (Sai giridhar naidu - [protected]) later never replied to my call. I asked for machine repair but never happened. Logged complain on website but no response.
    Most irresponsible behavior observed from one assist.

      I received sms from hdfc that rs 1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan without my permeation. This is really not fair and it is creating some bad impression about hdfc credit cards.

        सर मेरा नाम अखिल धारीवाल है।।और मै उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस में कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर के पद पर थाना बिनौली जनपद बागपत में तैनात हूँ।मैन पिछले साल hdfc bank द्वारा क्रेडिट कार्ड बनवाया था।।।जिसको एक साल पूरा हो गया है।।। इसके साथ मुझे one assist की सर्विस भी एक्टिवेट करके दे दी गयी थी।। जिसको में अब अगले साल के लिए renew नही करवाना चाहता था।।।इस संबंध में मैंने 3-10-18 को one assist की help line नं पर कॉल किया था और उन्हें इस सर्विस को बंद करने के लिए बोला था ।।।लेकिन उन्होंने इस सर्विस को फिर भी बंद नही किया।।।और 5-10-18 को one assist की तरफ से मुझे काल आया।।और सर्विस को बंद न करने के लिए बोला गया।। जबकि मैने उनसे साफ तौर पर बोल दिया कि में इस सर्विस को आगे continue नही रखना चाहता हूं।।।इस सर्विस को बंद कर दीजिए ।।।।आज दिनांक 7-10-18 को बिना मेरी अनुमति के मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड से one assist की सर्विस एक्टिवेट कर दी गयी।।। जबकि मैने 3-10-18 को hdfc bank के कस्टमर केअर नं पर कॉल करके और सीनियर अधिकारी से बात करके इस सर्विस को रिन्यू करने के लिए मना किया था।।।लेकिन मेरे मना करने के बावजूद भी one assist और hdfc bank customer care वालो ने मिलकर इस सर्विस को बिना मेरी अनुमति के renew करा दिया।।।जिसकी दोनो बातचीत (Hdfc bank +one assist)की रिकॉर्डिंग मेरे पास उपलब्ध है।।।जो में आपको भेज रहा हूं।।। इन रिकॉर्डिंग को आधार बनाते हुए मेरे बिना अनुमति के मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड से पैसे निकालना और अपने अधिकारों का गलत प्रयोग करने के सम्बन्ध में अग्रिम कार्यवाही करें और मेरा पैसा रिफंड करवाये।।।।

            I recieved a call last year from axis bank for my bank details, telling me its for account verification and rs 1899 was debited from my master card without my permission which was refunded later on. On july, one year later my account was debited again with rs 1899 without my permission. I have posted a complaint and was told by 'ms deepali' that it will will be deactivated and refunded later on but nothing has happened even after 2 months. I want immediate response for deactivating this subscription and refund the money immediately.

              I received sms from hdfc bank yesterday that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
              And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

                I'm using hdfc credit card 5459××××××××0366. I am being charged rs. 1699/- each year for yearly subscription without my consent. I had given consent for one year charges only. But without my consent i am being charged each year towards annual subscription.

                It is again due for deduction this month. So i want you to cancel the subscription as soon as possible as i don't want this subscription anymore.

                Pleases deactivate one assist membership as soon as possible.

                  In 2017, without consent the services was activated, i have instructed not to auto renew, but still it have been renewed without information.

                  Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399 along with extra amount deducted due to this rediculous stubs.                     This is the third time i m complaining about deactivate the oneassist service. I complained about it on 23/09/2018 and then 04/10/2018 and still axis bank and oneassist not giving proper response. Oneassist asked for the neft bank details for the refund on [protected]@oneassist.in which i sent them but still they are not taking any step for the refund. If this will continue, i will discontinue my account with axis bank. So deactivate the service of oneassist and refund the amount 1899/-.

                    The relationship number is 5321000 and my membership cancellation is processed with service request number 3576511 which is given by oneassist. It has been more then a week so refund the amount 1899/- as soon as possible.

                      I claimed a insurance. One assist passed a clame of 24000 so they told me to pay 10% of total amount so i gave 2400 but after 15 days one assist again ask me to pay 5400 so why do i pay extra 5400 when i have already paid 2400rs please look at my complain as your customer support is not supporting me
                      If my problem is not solved i will file a complaint against one assist

                              I had a complaint regarding one of your employee named Rohan in mobile assist department.. I had a query regarding discontinuing my one assist membership.
                              After explaining query he said he is not from cancellation department of one assist membership. He is was not behaving properly and was trying to avoid when I ask him for assurance on whether i will get a call back for the concerned department or not, as an year back I have same request and no body called me so I was concerned about the same. Being in the customer care centre he should be concerned and humble while taking calls. This attitude of him make me furious and I would never want to go with any of the one assist plans.
                              And second peron was rahul who without letting me know in between call stop answering me.
                              I don't understand what kind of staff you have hired. Disgusting attitude by one assist staff.

                                I have request the one assist to cancel my account. Immediately, i have received the phone call from the number[protected] on 04/09/2018 at 13.55 and they told that mr. Rajeev is speaking on behalf of one assist that we are going to rectify the complaint. I have verified through website that the number is one assist corporate office number. I have interacted with them and they have send an otp and i have told to them and they told that due to time delay it has been expired and they have send another otp and the same thing they have told. Continuously, three times they have asked and finally they have told that since you didn't use one assist in the previous year also, we have credited rs. 5198 in to your credit card account. Unfortunately, after a day i have noticed that 3 times rs. 5198 has been debited from my credit card on 04.09.2018 on behalf of mobikwik. The sms i have received on 4th itself, regarding this.

                                Kindly consider my case and credit the amount of rs. 5198 x 3 = 15594 to my card account.

                                The same complaint i have registered through email to one assist on sep 07, 2018. But till now it is not rectified.

                                  I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information.

                                  I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                                  And who the hell are you to care about me..

                                  I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

                                    This is mirza aasif i am one of the oneassit customer from last 10 to 11 months but now i wanted to quit this service as soon as possible because this service is not useful to me, till date i am not registered any of my cards, etc i am registered with this. I don't wanted waste of my money more.

                                      I Received SMS from ICICI BANK that RS-1299/- deducted from my bank account directly to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i only got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my bank account directly by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                                      I am also doubtful about the employee of ICICI bank, Chinchwad branch, situated at Bombay-pune highway. They are using bank account information for getting their personal agenda such as extra money or commission by providing client information to the companies like "one assist"

                                      They are not doing their duly work, without having any extra income from the icici customer. if i take a policy or some they will claim my SR on time...pl do search. everything there is fishy business.

                                      Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP

                                      It is Rs1899/- and not 1299/-
                                      I only received the message and the email from ICICI when the the transaction was done.
                                      I was not in my city at the time and I did not access my account by any means during or before that.
                                      Though, I frequently visited ICICI chinchwad branch during July 2018. for transfer of my account from Bangalore to pune. I applied for the credit card and i gave all my personal details to the employee of the ICICI. they have my photographs too. Then my credit card application was rejected. i never followed up with it. this is the only information i have provided to my bank branch. i did not provide this information to anyone outside my bank.
                                      ICICI bank is as much responsible to provide my personal account details as the One assist to give me policy, without my authorization or even without my knowledge.

                                      persons I provided my personal information to ICICI employee was Ms Savita, other lady who filled up a form for credit card. one lady who got my info about children ICICI policy. but i never took any icici policy too.

                                        I bought an iphone x 64gb black a few months ago with insurance of one assist of rs. 8800. They told me that every damage would be covered and now my when my iphone, fell from my pocket while i was traveling on a bike, got broken they’re saying that it cannot be replaced or they don’t cover that. It is so stupid of them as every damage should be covered neither they’re talking properly or giving any feedback properly. If this problem is not resolved soon i’ll file a case against one assist.
