This is the third time i m complaining about deactivate the oneassist service. I complained about it on 23/09/2018 and then 04/10/2018 and still axis bank and oneassist not giving proper response. Oneassist asked for the neft bank details for the refund on [protected]@oneassist.in which i sent them but still they are not taking any step for the refund. If this will continue, i will discontinue my account with axis bank. So deactivate the service of oneassist and refund the amount 1899/-.

The relationship number is 5321000 and my membership cancellation is processed with service request number 3576511 which is given by oneassist. It has been more then a week so refund the amount 1899/- as soon as possible.

    I claimed a insurance. One assist passed a clame of 24000 so they told me to pay 10% of total amount so i gave 2400 but after 15 days one assist again ask me to pay 5400 so why do i pay extra 5400 when i have already paid 2400rs please look at my complain as your customer support is not supporting me
    If my problem is not solved i will file a complaint against one assist

      I received sms from icici bank that rs-999/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

        I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card

        As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

        Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

            I had a complaint regarding one of your employee named Rohan in mobile assist department.. I had a query regarding discontinuing my one assist membership.
            After explaining query he said he is not from cancellation department of one assist membership. He is was not behaving properly and was trying to avoid when I ask him for assurance on whether i will get a call back for the concerned department or not, as an year back I have same request and no body called me so I was concerned about the same. Being in the customer care centre he should be concerned and humble while taking calls. This attitude of him make me furious and I would never want to go with any of the one assist plans.
            And second peron was rahul who without letting me know in between call stop answering me.
            I don't understand what kind of staff you have hired. Disgusting attitude by one assist staff.

              I have request the one assist to cancel my account. Immediately, i have received the phone call from the number[protected] on 04/09/2018 at 13.55 and they told that mr. Rajeev is speaking on behalf of one assist that we are going to rectify the complaint. I have verified through website that the number is one assist corporate office number. I have interacted with them and they have send an otp and i have told to them and they told that due to time delay it has been expired and they have send another otp and the same thing they have told. Continuously, three times they have asked and finally they have told that since you didn't use one assist in the previous year also, we have credited rs. 5198 in to your credit card account. Unfortunately, after a day i have noticed that 3 times rs. 5198 has been debited from my credit card on 04.09.2018 on behalf of mobikwik. The sms i have received on 4th itself, regarding this.

              Kindly consider my case and credit the amount of rs. 5198 x 3 = 15594 to my card account.

              The same complaint i have registered through email to one assist on sep 07, 2018. But till now it is not rectified.

                    I Received SMS from ICICI BANK that RS-1299/- deducted from my bank account directly to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i only got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my bank account directly by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                    I am also doubtful about the employee of ICICI bank, Chinchwad branch, situated at Bombay-pune highway. They are using bank account information for getting their personal agenda such as extra money or commission by providing client information to the companies like "one assist"

                    They are not doing their duly work, without having any extra income from the icici customer. if i take a policy or some they will claim my SR on time...pl do search. everything there is fishy business.

                    It is Rs1899/- and not 1299/-
                    I only received the message and the email from ICICI when the the transaction was done.
                    I was not in my city at the time and I did not access my account by any means during or before that.
                    Though, I frequently visited ICICI chinchwad branch during July 2018. for transfer of my account from Bangalore to pune. I applied for the credit card and i gave all my personal details to the employee of the ICICI. they have my photographs too. Then my credit card application was rejected. i never followed up with it. this is the only information i have provided to my bank branch. i did not provide this information to anyone outside my bank.
                    ICICI bank is as much responsible to provide my personal account details as the One assist to give me policy, without my authorization or even without my knowledge.

                    persons I provided my personal information to ICICI employee was Ms Savita, other lady who filled up a form for credit card. one lady who got my info about children ICICI policy. but i never took any icici policy too.

                      I bought an iphone x 64gb black a few months ago with insurance of one assist of rs. 8800. They told me that every damage would be covered and now my when my iphone, fell from my pocket while i was traveling on a bike, got broken they’re saying that it cannot be replaced or they don’t cover that. It is so stupid of them as every damage should be covered neither they’re talking properly or giving any feedback properly. If this problem is not resolved soon i’ll file a case against one assist.

                        We have lodged call with one assist for mi - a1 64 gb physical damage but your team has close sr with negligence reason.
                        This is 2nd time bad experience with one assist when one assist declined to get it repaired.

                        I have mentioned reason that while sleeping my phone fell down from bed and get damage but after 1 days your team asked to mentioned the full reason that please also mentioned that how it was fell down.

                        Let me know, if someone sleeping then how someone will know that how its fell down? I am not sure it was kept on bed or on side bed table but once i have seen my phone screen was broken that it the actual reason.

                        Also while taking insurance from you, no one shared details or tell that teams & condition of physical theft protection and now your team has asked that you have not cared of your phone.

                        Let me also know if someone can care their phone so why required insurance?
                        Now one assist guys tell that everyone use to receive welcome kit after insurance but i have not received the same.

                          Even the same thing happened to me. Without informing one assist deducted amount from my account. I dint get the message on traction happened. When i raised complaint on this. First they said we escalate for refunding later i got call from support team saying we will not be able to refund amount fully.. Mentioning stupid reasons for convincing people. I felt they doing fraudulent by deducting amount from account owner. Guys be careful on this. If the amount is not refunded. We should file case on them else it will not be under control.

                            There was a display flickering issue and screen unresponsiveness on my note 5 pro. I reported the problem on 25th september also the date of damage to be 25th. What i did mention in the case description is that this issue occurred on 21st sept but device worked fine when i restarted it, and i'm not even sure if it was the same problem or not

                            For a whole week i submitted documents and was in constant touch with the team. And they have closed the case stating that "as your handset was damaged on 26/09/2018 and you have contact us on 25/09/2018 which is more than 48 hours."
                            They changed the date of damage to 26th i. E one day after i raised a complaint??
                            Is that a technical glitch or a way to close the case?

                            It is frustrating to know your claim can't be processed because the team has misinterpreted the information i shared

                            Yes I know that I should raise a claim in 48hoyrs . The phone was damaged on 25th Sept but I did observe similar behavior on a date before the damage so I was concerned of it was a software issue and that is why I took a mention of a date earlier than the date of damage. Clearly you propel failed at understanding that.
                            As soon as the phone got damaged I went to an MI center and their estimate to repair the phone was 800 . Bit since I had the mi protect, I tried claiming and waited for a while week to get it processed and that's when the team does to find ways to close the case .sice I had no choice to go and get it repaired from mi center their estimate soared up to 5000 . Apparently there is some other part that got damaged because I waited for a week .. because of your your negligence/misinterpretition I'm going through this .
                            I'm highly disappointed, now I came to terms that there won't be any progress arguing with your team, so I would like to cancel my mi protect since it's just a waste, had I not taken your insurance I could have gotten the repair done for 800.

                                Respected sir,
                                I am taking tv protection plan cover amount of rs 15000/-
                                I am purchase a tv 16145/- in feb-16. When i am applying claim company has give me 15000/- plan coverage amount, but as same time one assist give to me estimation received the cost of the repair would be 24381/- which are aware of this by adding rs 9381 from my side. But natural thing is estimation cost going to very high after deduct depreciation cost.
                                It all over fumy. Itell them why should i am payee extra 9381/-rs, it is a new tv amount in today. I am says them refund me a coverage amount but they are mot agree to payee me, they payee only tv company only

                                  Hello,
                                  This subrahmnayam goriparti with one assist membership number id: [protected]. I found that a year back the ampunt of rs 1899 was deducted from account without my permission. Recently, i got an email regarding renewal of my membership. I tried to send an email to cancel my membership but the provided email was not reachable. Hence, i kindly requesting please cancel my membership with id of [protected]

                                    I have taken a insurance policy from one assist for my xiome note4. But my name registered as rakesh kumari instead of khushboo kumari due to their executive fault. When i request them to correct my name they said they can’t change my name and i uploaded every document which they want. They said that i can claim in future there will be no issue regarding different name. Or i can send confirmation mail regarding name if required. Now when i arise claim for my phone they took my phone from my address, kept for days and now they said that the claim is rejected by insurance company they can’t do anything. I am highly disappointed.

                                      I want to disconnect the one assist service and my relationship number is 2633658 and my card number ending is 2605. I didn't wanted the plan and they called me and told me about the plan and told them that i am not interested and i cut the phone and after some time notification came that 1899 has been debited from the account. So i want you to refund my amount as quickly as possible otherwise i am going to close my account and i am very much dissatisfied about the work you have done.
