Hello there

I reced sms from hdfc bank today that rs 1899/- deducted from my cread card to one assist membership frr. Hdfc customer rang information. Idon't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nslicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really acriminal act and the co and who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back don't dare again to do this

    Hello there

    I received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

    Please deactivate and refund my money asap

        This oneassist consumer solutions had offered me a plan to protect my all credits and debits cards and i had adopted it immediately but after sometimes their plan didn't seem to me fair so i was decided not take this plan further so anyhow i had completed their one year of plan without any benefit. But after one year i. E this year 2018 they have activated their plan for another year without my knowledge and deducted an amount of rupees 1899 (One thousand eight hundred and ninety nine only) from debit card. But when i contacted them regarding this fraud they starts insisting me to continue their plan when i forced them to cancel the plan they are telling the plan is activated last month only and after one month they can't cancel it, they also telling that they had forwarded mails regarding the enhancement of this plan whereas i didn't receive any mail of them, so i request to the concerned person to take strict action against this company and kindly make my payment refund as soon as possible..

          My name is mukesh and i am a hdfc credit card holder, recently with out my permission they activated one app service.
          This is completely kind of cheating and fraud to me, last year and this year also. I am completely felt like harrased now it is enough is enough now i want to cancel it and i want full amount to be refund i. E rs.1399/-.

            I raised a cancellation request of my wallet plan on 20th of august 2018. I called on your customer care number and even sent you a mail regarding cancellation of plan. But in spite of all this today i received a message from bank that amount has been deducted for renewal of oneassist plan.

            I have explained many times that i don't want to renew it.

            Now i want full refund.

              Dear sir/madam,

              I am a oneassit policy holder. But i wanted to discontinue with that. So i called the customer care number on 20/08/2018. The call was connected to mr. Sumit. I made him request to discontinue it. But he explained me the benefits of not cancelling the policy. That is right and duty of any customer care. But after listening to all his explanations, i again request him to cancel. But then again he said you don't know the benefits, you should get it. Then i again requested to cancellation, but again he was not ready, then i had to literally shout at him that you are not taking my request, even then he was not ready to listen to me. I know its their duty not to let the customer go. But for a customer whom you have explained each and everything, and then again customer is not ready to take your product, then no one should be forced. And mr. Sumit was literally forcing me to continue with the policy. He even offered me to take the policy at reduced price.

              Then again after two days i got a call from another gentleman. I don't remember the name, but he again tried to explain me all those things. I requested him to not to explain all these things as i am not interested. But again he kept on repeating things.

              Then yesterday i got a call from ms. Soni. She again started to repeat all those things. I asked her politely that i don't want to continue. Please process my request of cancellation of this plan. But she again repeated the same thing. "i will give you plan for 1399/-. So again i had to shout at her not repeat and process my cancellation request.

              So i would say that my experience with you oneassist company is pathetic. Your telecaller executives are worse than anybody else. They are not ready to listen to the other person. I don't know why i had to shout at your executives to make them listen to my request. Had i not shouted at them they were not ready to listen to me.

              If i had not been forced i would have considered to take your product in future. But with the experience like this i would never consider, as your executives are not ready to listen to the customer and would share my experience with all my friends and relatives and would suggest not to take this plan. And if some body had taken your plan i would ask them to cancel their plan.

              The name of the company is one assist, does not seems to be right. It should be changed to onetrouble

                I need to cancel my insurance policy right now. I provided docs many times. I cant provide them anymore and i don't have repair invoice as it was lost before months. What is need of repair invoice as repair was done from my side. Why should i provide it now this isn't my responsibilities. The company is liable to give me claim according to terms or cancel my insurance policy and refund money. Also email company terms and conditions of insurance.

                  The scheme has been activated on my axis bank account without my full knowledge. I was not made aware that it is a paid service and 1899 rupees have been deducted from my account. There was no mention of the amount that has been deducted. I would like to cancel the scheme. I also want the full refund of the amount that has been deducted as i had not given any permission whatsoever.

                    Approved amount is wrong.

                    1. The calculation should be on my invoice amount i. E. 12, 999 as i had paid insurance on my invoice amount. However they calculated amount on current market value. With is wrong

                    Also as they are not repairing my handset, hence they you cannot charge excess @3%.

                    As per invoice amount total eligible amt is $9, 099.30

                    Hence i want refund of 9100 instead of 6700 approved amt.

                    Else i am ok to repair my handset i am ready to pay 3% amount of repairing cost

                    Call me if you have any disconnect.

Please be informed, In case of the Total Loss or BER to insured device, shall be settled at market value or Sum Insured or Invoice Value whichever is lower, after charging the depreciation and excess charges as per the depreciation chart below and in no case will be more than the Sum insured. As your handset is 6 to 12 months old, you have been charged 50% depreciation from the Insurance company.

                        Hello,

                        Myself alark mishra having registered mobile number [protected] and my email id is alark. [protected]@gmail.com.

                        Well i submitted my phone google pixel 2 xl worth rs 73000 on 30th june 2018 and today it is 24th aug 2018 and i have not received my handset. On inquiring a lot in oneassist i got to know that after coming in delivery state the qc of my phone has failed. Well thats a # of a news and you people are making a fool out of me for sure.

                        You people dont have a courtesy left in you that after somebody calling you daily n daily, you should take something seriously but its right that work ethics cant be taught but they come by self, and you people are seriously like # who have kept my phone since 2 months almost and you dont have a clue of it.

                        Everyday i call oneassist and talk about an hour discussing with your dumb customer care executives and they politely say that wait for 24 hrs and 48 hrs. I know somebody will read this mail but a reply wont come because oneassist dont have a habit of replying to mails, they just hear their reputation getting slaughtered and have become absolute shameless.

                          Actually i called oneassist customer care on 18-aug regarding my cancellation, the executive says the cancellation under process you will get an email about cancellation in another three days you will get a call for confirmation, i have received a first call the executive explaining the services i said i know about your services i dont need membership.
                          On that day itself they are calling and explaining about their services
                          Please help on this.in a 24hrs time they are calling two or three times

                            Dear sir,
                            I am your client for since launch of your company.
                            Today (24aug 2018)
                            I called your customer service no [protected] at 1231 hrs and call was attended to by ms kritika. Most horrendous experience of customer service. She wasted about half an hour without solution though kept uttering “i am sorry for inconvenience “ but no clue on the subject. She remained adamant to call supervisor. Later i called [protected], attended by ms raveena.
                            I was for another shock, one assist had no details of my cards, passports, driving license, car registration etc. So i couldn’t report loss of my wallet and contents therein,
                            1, hdfc credit & debit cards
                            2, syndicate & central bank debit cards
                            3, driving licence
                            4. Car registration card
                            5. Mine n wife (Kumkum bhardwaj) armed forces medical cover cards. Echs cards
                            6. Delhi metro card

                            I request you to please e mail at my registered id the application form to confirm details provided to you at the time of registration with you because ms raveena confirmed that all details are blank. How funny? One assist ensuring to provide me service without details. Pl send my application copy.

                            I am disgusted at poor or no professional acumen being displayed by both mentioned executives.

                                Refund - automatically started one assist services smart emi plan without my permission
                                Dear sir,

                                I'm using hdfc credit card. I was going through credit card statement and found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount from my credit card in august 2018

                                Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount. Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info. If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.

                                Refund - Automatically started one assist services smart EMI plan
                                Dear Sir,

                                I'm Using HDFC Credit card. I was going through credit card statement and found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount from my credit card in August 2018

                                Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount . Pleases deactivate ONE ASSIST membership & refund me all the deducted amount.This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist MFEE without customer's info. If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.

                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 6608 without my concern on date:17/08/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                    Oneassist consumer solutions — refund my deducted money 1899 /-


                                    I recived sms from icici bank that 1899 /- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan with out my permission. I also got a mail from one assist team. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal at and the co.

                                    Please deactivated and refund my money asap.

                                      In 2017 HDFC Bank issued an credit card and in 1st month bill, the one assist membership was charged. this was unkown to me. I further contacted One assist and asked for cancellation. They convinced to use the service in discounted charges for year. If liked then continue else cancel in year 2018.

                                      Now in Aug 2018 One Assist renewed the membership without my consent. on calling to there customer care, they ready to cancel but not refunding the amount. also i didn't received any kind of intimation email regarding renewal of the same.

                                      This is fraud. I think this is well planned loot by bank and oneassit with their mutual consents.

                                      I need my amount refund.

                                        Hi team,
                                        Concerns:
                                        1. Misguiding the customer by not giving the insurance, (Case got rejected
                                        For not having the invoice copy for which we were ready to pay the penalty).
                                        2. Delay in decision making and confusion within the team members of one assist taking 2 months to resolve a case.
                                        3. Returned phone by tampering it further by changing the screen and inside spare parts.
                                        4. Charging the customer for the tamper done by the one assist executives.
                                        5. Even after paying the same doing a fraud and mental harassment by charging/ asking further more money to repair the same.
                                        My brother bought a samsung s8 few months before, and i insisted him to take one assist insurance on it.
                                        Unfortunately he got a scratch on the display of the phone, which he gave under insurance claim; the same was rejected as he lost his invoice copy, as a policy is not correct as it he was ready to pay penalty for the lost invoice however the phone was returned but shocking was that it was completely tampered.
                                        We understood the same as the screen was completely changed and the phone was not getting switched on (The ph. Was in working condition when it was picked up, only the display had a scratch).
                                        We complained about this to happy to assist, the same went on for more than a month but no one resolved the issue, however latter they forced us to pay an amount of inr 6700.00 to get the phone repaired, which hard heatedly we agreed for.
                                        However we clearly mentioned that it is completely a fraud, as the phone was in working condition.
                                        Now after the phone is picked up they are forcing us to pay another odd inr 3000.00, to get the battery changed.
                                        This is completely a fraud; the phone was completely in working condition when it was 1st time given to one assist.
                                        They have tampered his phone and taken out the original spare parts and now charging my brother to get the phone repaired.
                                        Kindly help.
