Dear sir/madam,
I am a oneassit policy holder. But i wanted to discontinue with that. So i called the customer care number on 20/08/2018. The call was connected to mr. Sumit. I made him request to discontinue it. But he explained me the benefits of not cancelling the policy. That is right and duty of any customer care. But after listening to all his explanations, i again request him to cancel. But then again he said you don't know the benefits, you should get it. Then i again requested to cancellation, but again he was not ready, then i had to literally shout at him that you are not taking my request, even then he was not ready to listen to me. I know its their duty not to let the customer go. But for a customer whom you have explained each and everything, and then again customer is not ready to take your product, then no one should be forced. And mr. Sumit was literally forcing me to continue with the policy. He even offered me to take the policy at reduced price.
Then again after two days i got a call from another gentleman. I don't remember the name, but he again tried to explain me all those things. I requested him to not to explain all these things as i am not interested. But again he kept on repeating things.
Then yesterday i got a call from ms. Soni. She again started to repeat all those things. I asked her politely that i don't want to continue. Please process my request of cancellation of this plan. But she again repeated the same thing. "i will give you plan for 1399/-. So again i had to shout at her not repeat and process my cancellation request.
So i would say that my experience with you oneassist company is pathetic. Your telecaller executives are worse than anybody else. They are not ready to listen to the other person. I don't know why i had to shout at your executives to make them listen to my request. Had i not shouted at them they were not ready to listen to me.
If i had not been forced i would have considered to take your product in future. But with the experience like this i would never consider, as your executives are not ready to listen to the customer and would share my experience with all my friends and relatives and would suggest not to take this plan. And if some body had taken your plan i would ask them to cancel their plan.
The name of the company is one assist, does not seems to be right. It should be changed to onetrouble
