I am requested to cancel a plan from one assist which was added to my debit card. Then i received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan as they without my permission. I don't even know why the company charged me and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 6608 without my concern on date:17/08/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal at and the co.

In 2017 HDFC Bank issued an credit card and in 1st month bill, the one assist membership was charged. this was unkown to me. I further contacted One assist and asked for cancellation. They convinced to use the service in discounted charges for year. If liked then continue else cancel in year 2018.

Now in Aug 2018 One Assist renewed the membership without my consent. on calling to there customer care, they ready to cancel but...

2. Delay in decision making and confusion within the team members of one assist taking 2 months to resolve a case.

You have activated my credit card protection plan without my consent last year also you did same. Is there no policy in your company that before renewal you will ask the consumer if he would like to continue or not. I would like to have my renewal amount refunded as it is against rule setup by government that u cannot charge any consumer without his/ her consent.

I will never purchase the insurance again it is mentally harassment me. No email received after as i asked for terms and conditions. No any responsible answer from the company received till now. I need my insurance money back. The company is making fools of customers only also their fake executives. They know only to deduct money from customer account very politely but at the time of claim they show totally irrespective, irresponsible behaviour....

This OneAssist has charged my Credit Card second time without my permission. I talked to HDFC and they gave me OneAssist’s toll free number[protected]. They are deducting money every year without any confirmation from my icici bank account. It has to be stopped immediately. They asked over phone one time. But they never told for any auto renewal or subscription. They have not mentioned how to cancel the same in the website. But simply every year they are deducting money...
