Rs-1399/- is being debit from my icici bank credit card at at 05:26 pm on 14/08/2018 by one assit without any intimation to me.
It is very harassing to customer. So plz do the needful and provide a solution to get my money back.

cancellation of one assist membership on my bank account

Hi Team,

Please support on cancellation of One Assist membership[protected]activated on my bank account suddenly. No confirmation for such was taken from my end.

And now customer care of One Assist is not able to resolve the issue and asking me to wait and wait for final call.

Amount of 1899/- got deducted for the same. Kindly support on getting it refund....

Hello,

I have made two payments for two plan activation and both are failed.

1) On 2nd Aug 2018 via credit card and refund is received.

2) On 3rd August 2018 I have paid via Axis Net Banking via Citrus and the plan activation is failed I have not yet received the refund till now nor refund confirmation. I am attaching Bank Statement and Citrus Order number.

After claiming every 2nd day i am getting call from oneassist that your docs are not clear pendency is still over there. How can docs. Were still pending when i uploaded with instructions of one of the oneassist employee. I think they are not in mood...

At the time of insurance the company not cleared their terms and conditions very well. They mentioned the a spare handset will be given to the customer during the period of customer handset in service center. But at that time company did not gave me any handset at first time i claimed. The claim was closed by my side as company harassed me. Now i filed claim again so the company making me fool again now and showing there huge formalities...

We have financed a samsang mobile from capital first and with mobile insurance the company name was one assist mobile got damaged after a one month we have filed a case on one assist and called them they said you can file complait one their website and i submited all details...

In 2017 i available a hdfc credit and as i recieved the card call from one assist i asked them who provided details to them and they said its on deafult so i said to them i don't need any insurance related but they try to enforce me on call and finally charge me, with committment that in next year it will unsuscribed in middle of year i also request on mail to them for unsuscribed but they confirm it will unsuscribed but on 9 august i recieved...

I had taken mobile insurance for my s7edge after 2years they bombarded me with calls to renew my insurance for accidental damage and theft protection after i renewed it my screen was damaged. hdfc bank - deactivate the plan and refund

I am a hdfc bank debit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my debit card number ending with x2834 without my concern on date:09/08/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership or plan any more.

Dont have any account or id on oneassist.

So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

Hi,

I have applied for credit card through internet banking and it is on its way to reach me. Yesterday i got a message like "thanks for choosing oneassistplan! Your hdfc bank credit card will be charged with plan fees of rs.1399. Send stop oa to [protected] in next 48 hours to opt out".

I didn't choosed that plan. I immediately sent a text message to stop that service. Even then i didn't received any confirmation...

one assist services

I received a call from axis bank today. They told me this is for. Card protection.. Without my permission they took1899rs from my debit card.. And when i called to axis bank they told me this is anothor service.. So we cant help u.

I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will no more like to be an axis bank customer.. Thanks.....

deactivate my oneassist subscription

Hello.

I have received an email from OneAssist stating that my membership will be expiring in 1 day. I don't want to continue the service. I have logged in OneAssist and couldn't find any option for deactivation. So, please accept my request and deactivate the service. If the complaint is received lately and the amount is debited, please refund the same.
