Due to some respect i am dharam singh bhandari, i am the customer of hdfc bank credit and customer of your company on behalf of my plan (One assist card protection plan) sir one is your employee his name is mr. Shahid sheikh he was forcing me for card protection plan again and however i denied for and he denied for my plan cancellation. I want cancel my plan. So please help for this and do the needful.

    Without my knowledge one assist charges 1399/- from my icici bank credit card. It is criminal activities are done by one assist

    Sir/Madam, I have purchased Credit card from ICICI Bank on 10.08.2018. In 18.08.2018 i have received message from One assist for your Credit card account debited 1, 399/- by one assist. Without my permission One assist Charged 1399/- from my Credit card account after that i have called One assist Complaint Number for Cancellation of My insurance policy and refund the amount there is no response from one assist Kindly Cancel the policy and refund the amount One assist Relationship Number : 5106397. The one assist team says arranging Call 2 days before still now no response from one assist

      My mobile get damaged and i taken insurance from oneassist the worst company. At the time of insurance they tell me i can claim at any time. But now they are not going to give me service. Any the executive are very helpless and have not any answer for customer. They didn't have any solution. At the time of insurance they didn't tell me all the rules and conditions.         Refund - automatically started one assist services
        Dear sir,

        I'm using hdfc credit card. I was going through credit card statement and found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card in august 2018

        Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399. Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount.         Dear Sir,

        I'm Using HDFC Credit card. I was going through credit card statement and found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card in August 2018

        Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of Rs:1399 .           Inappropriate excess charges demanded (Claim number 3378058) relationship number: 2116779

          I have taken mobile insurance from oneassist and my handset screen broke down subsequently i raised a claim request and handset was taken for repair but to my surprise i was asked to pay inr 1000 as axcess charges. I asked oneassist that my claim amount is approx 3300 so the actual excess charge would be inr 330 approx then why excess is being asked. I this oneassist reverted with twisted terms and condition mail where they ae showing changed terms and conditions justifying their demand of inr 1000, i have reverted them with all details and screenshot of their chat executive deepalli who had clearly written i m liable to pay 10% of claim value only.

          There has been no support rendered from oneassist against my grievance, it seems they are simply interested in siphoning more amount from customer's by raising inappropriate demands at the time of claim settlement.

            You have activated my credit card protection plan without my consent last year also you did same. Is there no policy in your company that before renewal you will ask the consumer if he would like to continue or not. I would like to have my renewal amount refunded as it is against rule setup by government that u cannot charge any consumer without his/ her consent.

              I will never purchase the insurance again it is mentally harassment me. No email received after as i asked for terms and conditions. No any responsible answer from the company received till now. I need my insurance money back. The company is making fools of customers only also their fake executives. They know only to deduct money from customer account very politely but at the time of claim they show totally irrespective, irresponsible behaviour. The govt. Needs to blackout this company.

                  This OneAssist has charged my Credit Card second time without my permission. I talked to HDFC and they gave me OneAssist’s toll free number[protected]. When I called them they lady was so intolerant she was not even listening to me and she kept saying “if something happens to you and all”. She tried to convince me for more than minutes then on my request she transferred me to her Senior and then that Senior tried the same thing and agreed to cancel the policy but didn’t agree to refund the money. My Card was charged for 1399 rupees on 13th Ausgust, 2018. I want a full refund of 1399 ASAP and don’t want any furthers charges from OneAssist.

                    I have cancelled my auto renewal itself. But this year i got mail regarding the auto renewal on 12.7.2018. I replied to the mail to stop my auto renewal. After my confirmation to stop my auto renewal itself, the plan has renewed. Today i made my complaint through customer care. My complaint acknowledgment number is 3459485. Within 4 days i need my refund to credit in my same credit card. Or else i will loo forward the ombudsmen.

Then again i received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1799/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan as they renewed it without my permission. I also got a mail from one assist team.                           I want to cancel one assist subscription immediately. My member ship id is [protected] & relation ship no.271134
                          They are deducting money every year without any confirmation from my icici bank account. It has to be stopped immediately. They asked over phone one time. But they never told for any auto renewal or subscription. They have not mentioned how to cancel the same in the website. But simply every year they are deducting money from my icici account.
                          I don't want to renew this subscription. It has to be stopped immediately without any renewal.

                                Hi Team,

                                Please support on cancellation of One Assist membership[protected]activated on my bank account suddenly. No confirmation for such was taken from my end.

                                And now customer care of One Assist is not able to resolve the issue and asking me to wait and wait for final call.

                                Amount of 1899/- got deducted for the same. Kindly support on getting it refund.

                                  Hello,

                                  I have made two payments for two plan activation and both are failed.

                                  1) On 2nd Aug 2018 via credit card and refund is received.

                                  2) On 3rd August 2018 I have paid via Axis Net Banking via Citrus and the plan activation is failed I have not yet received the refund till now nor refund confirmation. I am attaching Bank Statement and Citrus Order number.
                                  Order number - 4952711

                                  Your customer care and Twitter team is just giving me fake info as refund is processed but no money in my account till today. I have checked with Citrus, still the money is lying with you.

                                  Please check and do the needful.

                                    I am neha gupta my phone got dead on 5 aug18 my complaint number is3424934. I called to oneassist on 6 aug and they are not able to say clearly that, what exactly docs and mail i should upload. After claiming every 2nd day i am getting call from oneassist that your docs are not clear pendency is still over there. How can docs. Were still pending when i uploaded with instructions of one of the oneassist employee. I think they are not in mood to give a claim for my handset. They giving me mentally harassment on daily bases

                                      At the time of insurance the company not cleared their terms and conditions very well. They mentioned the a spare handset will be given to the customer during the period of customer handset in service center. But at that time company did not gave me any handset at first time i claimed. The claim was closed by my side as company harassed me. Now i filed claim again so the company making me fool again now and showing there huge formalities with was not mentioned at the time of insurance. Please take some action against this company making fool or customer.

                                      Totally fraud company I will never buy it's plan again. Totally upset from the service. As I will uploaded my documents earlier I will not upload them again and again. Repair my handset or return my money back.

                                        I received the message from axis bank rs.1899 was deducted from my account for one assist plan on 09/08/2018. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card

                                        Please deactivate and refund my money asap
