Oneassist company debited my credit card by rs. 1399 on 18th august, 2018 without any approval from me. When i called them they said that before 45 days of payment they have sent email on my registered email id. When i checked details of my registered email id it was wrong and i corrected my right email id on today i. E. 4th september 2018.

Therefore i requested them to cancel renewal and refund me my debited amount. Now they are denying to refund that amount to me.

Please look after in this regards.

    One assist solution has debited Rs.9999/- as a cheat because credit card dept has misused documents which was submitted at the time of credit card application.
    While they had to reverse credit Rs.1399 which was debited as membership fees .now they debited Rs.9999/- from my another credit card.
    i have full evidence to verify the same.
    as i have already submitted for Rs.1399/- complaint.
    Please help me to get refund Rs.9999/- from One assist solution.
    if i don't get justice, wrong massage will go to the public and people will deny to trust on credit card providers.
    So Please help me on this regard and get me refund at earliest possible.

    you are right in this regards but while attending your executive's call from Telephone NUmber :[protected]
    balance deducted .
    As your person said to me that you can only refund balance to my credit card ending 4068 but as i said it before i had blocked that credit card because o[censored]n authorised debit to my account so i given my other credit card No. ending 1988 but no personal pin number has been provided.
    while the fund been debited while i was on call with your person, he said to wait for 02 minutes due to updation of my new card number for refund process. As soon the process done i received a sms showing a transaction Rs.9999/- was done from my credit card.a voice recording is still i kept to verify the same and this can be very useful in the case.
    i have already filed a complaint with police and same is also in process from Kotak Mahindra Bank.
    Hope this status can be usefull in near future.
    As i am from middle class family, Rs.9999/- matters a lot and i can go beyond my limit to get my money back .

      I have purchased the mi a1 phone from my credit card and from my mi account but delivery address i have put wipro technologies pune address as i want it to deliver at that address. One assist have taken wipro technologies as owner name in invoice and they are not proessing my claim. I have all the necessary proofs to provide that this phone belongs to me. Even my email id and phone number is registered. Then also they are not providing the claim details. They have not asked for any query and rejected my claim. This is real fraud business they are doing.
      I want to file a claim against them. Please suggest.

        Hi,

        I filed a mobile theft claim with insurance under claim# 3273041. To file a dispute with the company, i requested the recording of my purchase conversation however they failed to provide it, in spite of me writing it to them multiple times. They just shared the link of policy wordings. Then i challenged them on policy wordings, however i did not get a satisfactory response from [protected]@oneassist.in then i asked for grievance redressal process as it is not available on their website, they simply sent me another email id i. E. [protected]@oneassist.in and not the complete process. I wrote it to escalations team on aug 13th, however i did not receive any response till date. They are least bothered to look at challenges i made with them, rather they state "your claim has been rejected by the insurance company & the insurance company gives the decision depending upon the t & c mentioned on our website and inputs provided by the customer such as images, description and how the incident happened", whereas as far as i know one assist is my insurer, i don't know what insurance company they are talking about. I questioned them on who my insurance is, however no response. With an hope to get my claim resolved, i further initiated the complaint with consumer complaints. Kindly help to get my issue/claim resolved.

            I am shailaja, your proposed customer u have allotted me relationship no. 5119089. I am existing customer of icici bank. I called on oneassist customer care no. Many times but didn't get any response. I don't want any service from oneassist. I request to terminate the plan and refund my deducted amount immediately. If not... I will be no more an icici customer. Don't dare do this again.

                I have received a call from axis bank on 7th aug. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa platinum card ending with 8305. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.

                  To everyone who are planning to buy amc's to protect there home appliances, please beware of not falling into trap of this false company by name One assist.

                  There sales person will make complete false promises and assurances.
                  Like, 7 hrs assured visit by technician
                  15 days assured money back, if not satisfied with services

                  Once you take there policy, they will get disappear.

                  The technician that they send are complete useless and incapable. and may even completely destroy your home appliances.

                  Then we you try to cancel there policy, they will completely back out from refunding policy..but also there services gets further pathetic and they just not give ### to customers problems

                    I purchased accidental insurance plan from oneassist during and was told that they will cover all damage. Now when my phone's screen damaged i raised claim. Phone damaged on 22 august and claimed on 28 or 29 august. Now they are rejecting claim by saying that i was supposed to claim within 48 hours...
                    I was never told earlier about it... That i must claim within 48 hours. Now, i can't find the documentation of their plan as well... As they are saying it was mentioned somewhere in terms and conditions.

                          while on call to solve issue related to refund Rs.1399/- to my credit card.Today 04/09/2018 they have debited Rs.9999/- from my another credit card for which i have already filed a legal complaint with bank and police also.
                          we don't feel safe with bank as we use credit card and we are forced to take membership from Oneassist solution.
                          if we deny to take the same then they debits another amount to make you feel threatened and take membership at their cost.
                          Sir we are from middle class family and hope our money which were debited, should be credited to our respective accounts.
                          We have trust on consumer forum and we are loyal to the same.
                          Please help to get refund back at earliest and don't let trust be broken in middle class peoples..

                          Neither bank official nor One assist solution still came forward to agree a fraud been happened from their part.
                          How does any one know credit card data if the same is been not provided from its sources (Credit Card Bank).
                          Hope Bank will take strong action about the same (One Assist Solution) and refund the balance been debited to my credit card .
                          Hope to hear from consumer forum at earliest possible time.

                                I would like to say that, two months back one of your staff people called me and explain ed to me about the oneassist service. I clearly told them that i was not at all interested and i didn't want to register. But your people insisted me to register and the very next day they deducted 1899 rs from my account.
                                I have called many times to cancel my account and get my money back but sadly there was no update regarding this. It's been two months that i have been trying to contact you guys but there is no response.
                                I am not keeping quite this time. I immediately want my money back with the cancellation otherwise we cannot trust your bank if this is not resolved.

                                  I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 01/09/18. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

                                    I am varalakshmi having account in icci bank a phone call from avion solutions on a day regarding safe of debit card and they explaind i told them i dont need for me and they ask me my adhar number and i given them but without my knowledge they a debited rs 1399/- from my savings account i dont want this and pls cancel this plan and i filed a comlaint regarding this in icci bank so please refund my money back as soon to my savings account

                                    Kind attention Mr.Devendra. in my icici savings account the amount of 1399/- debited on 1st month of August 2018 on the 1st day of september 2018 i cancelled even i had not registered as a member so please kindly credit the full amount what you have taken from my account as per a working woman of a less salary i cant tollerate this kind of huge amount for my middle class family

                                        I have been with one assist from past 2.5 years. Recently My mobile got damaged so I called one assist customer care to file a claim but they are saying they are not able to raise a claim. This incident happened on Aug4 th 2018 and till now I called to a one assist around 50 times to get the services all the time they are saying will rectify the issue in 48 hours. This is the only one statement we are receiving even after waiting for 25 days.took the one assist plan in the month of April 2018 having validity till March 2019. though having valid plan insurance company not repairing my mobile.
                                        Attaching mobile bills as a proof of evidence

                                        I have 2 mobiles-
                                        Mobile 1 with IMEI number -[protected] purchased on April 3rd 2017 and for this I raised a claim on 19 july 2017. Approved claim under BER as repair cost exceeding mobile price

                                        With the received amount i haved some more money purchased a mobile on Aug2 2017

                                        Mobile 2 with IMEI number - [IMEI/SN:[protected]] purchased on August 2nd 2017

                                        Now for this mobile Im trying to raise a claim but oneassist is telling that they gave money under BER request

                                        I purchased a mobile on August 2nd 2017 and claim raised on july 19 2017 and oneassist know which mobile im buying and what is mobile IMEI number I purchase.

                                        What a stupid reason they provided to me. They are delaying the service if mistake from though they will yell at the customer. Will not provide the solution for a problem and just like that they will drag for a long...

                                        I need my need to be repaired one assist at any cost...

                                        It's been one week even after escalating the case there is no updates regarding the claim.

                                        You guys are telling that will receive a call when i will receive call from one assist. Its been 40 days. I do not have mobile to use. I communicated this so many times even after that also u guys are communicating wait for your response How many days i should wait...I will wait till 09/10 if I did not receive a call I will file a case in Consumer court.
