cancellation request not processed

Despite telling a thousand times, my cancellation request was not processed. Instead, they said that I gave my consent to extend the services during confirmation call which I never did. The customer care executives did
I had placed cancellation request on : 4/Aug/2018. Confirmation call was on 6/Aug/2018.
One Assist is a fraud. They extended my account without my consent....

deactivation of one assist service

Refund of rs 1899/-.
Somebody from axis bank called in the pretext of verification and persisted speaking to me when i was very busy in my work. They called me several times and disturbed me in my work. When finally i picked up their call they told me something which i was not even in a position to understand. Now i find that my account has been debited to the extent of rs.1899/- towards oneassist services....

An amount of rs.1899 has been deducted from my icici saving bank account on regarding one assist plan. I do not want to take a plan here. Refund my money back to my account as soon as possible.

This oneassist consumer solutions had offered me a plan to protect my all credits and debits cards and i had adopted it immediately but after sometimes their plan didn't seem to me fair so i was decided not take this plan further so anyhow i had completed their one year of plan without any benefit. But after one year i. E this year 2018 they have activated their plan for another year without my knowledge and deducted an amount of rupees 1899...

cancellation of plan

I raised a cancellation request of my wallet plan on 20th of august 2018. I called on your customer care number and even sent you a mail regarding cancellation of plan. But in spite of all this today i received a message from bank that amount has been deducted for renewal of oneassist plan.

I have explained many times that i don't want to renew it.

cancel my insurance

I need to cancel my insurance policy right now. I provided docs many times. I cant provide them anymore and i don't have repair invoice as it was lost before months. What is need of repair invoice as repair was done from my side. Why should i provide it now this isn't my responsibilities. The company is liable to give me claim according to terms or cancel my insurance policy and refund money. Also email company terms and conditions of insurance....

one assist cancellation and refund

The scheme has been activated on my axis bank account without my full knowledge. I was not made aware that it is a paid service and 1899 rupees have been deducted from my account. There was no mention of the amount that has been deducted. I would like to cancel the scheme. I also want the full refund of the amount that has been deducted as i had not given any permission whatsoever....

redmi mobile insurance claim

Approved amount is wrong.

1. The calculation should be on my invoice amount i. E. 12, 999 as i had paid insurance on my invoice amount. However they calculated amount on current market value. With is wrong

Also as they are not repairing my handset, hence they you cannot charge excess @3%.

As per invoice amount total eligible amt is $9, 099.30

Hence i want refund of 9100 instead...

wa privilege single plan activated without my consent

My oneassist plan is auto activated. I am not interested in this plan and want my money back that is charged from my hdfc credit card.
My plan is enhanced wa privilege single plan and i have been charged rs. 1899/- for it.
