Received SMS from HDFC BANK today that RS-2499/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST MEMBERSHIP FEE. hdfc customer rang information. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
and who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

unauthorized debit card charges

Hello,

I've been charged 1899 rupees for the theft protection scheme without my knowledge. I've contacted the customer service about this issue. But they said it can't be recovered till 1 year. I don't want this policy and I want my money back to my Axis bank account itself immediately. I am trying to contact you people for many times. There is no proper reply and it is really frustrating. Help me with this as soon as possible....

one assist membership auto renewal

The oneassist membership taken in 2017 got auto renewed last week without prior intimation. No message or email was sent allowing me to cancel the subscription. I got a message only after the amount was deducted from my account! After speaking to the customer executive today, i come to know that they will deduct the amount from june 2018 to now! I got the money deduction message on 27th july!

Cannot understand this unprofessional...

Also i told the icici bank customer care to cancel the service and still i received the one assist kit and it is still active...
This is very unprofessional of you to activate this service and deduct money... Please find other ways to earn money, because it is hard...

activated 1899 rs services without authentication and denying to close it

A service of 1899rs was activated on my card without my authentication. Now, they are not closing it and refunding the money. They are charging 1000rs for the cancellation of this service.

They now have degraded the service and refunded only 400rs.
I want to close this service and and want my full amount of 1899rs.

This company is a fraud. Harrasing the people.

I Am given all document but they false assurance and asked some foolish documents Several times and took 48 hours to verify. Verify what????? Are you people running some CBI or what? Already my phone was dead with moisture and physically damage but made to die more for 20 days due to their false assurance. Then i get a mail from them that they claim is rejected due to NEGLIGENCE.

I guess One Assist you should be crowned with...

Hi..

I received sms from axis bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debit card to one assist services. I got a call saying from axis bank and this services and i clearly denied for that. Still you activated the plan and deducted money. Kindly deactivate the plan and refund my, as i'm in urgency. Or i will move legally on this matter.
