Hello.

I have received an email from OneAssist stating that my membership will be expiring in 1 day. I don't want to continue the service. I have logged in OneAssist and couldn't find any option for deactivation. So, please accept my request and deactivate the service. If the complaint is received lately and the amount is debited, please refund the same.

    axis bank deactivate one assist and refund the money

    I have received a call yesterday[protected] from axis bank for one assist service.
    I don't want this service and cancel my subscription for my axis bank card ending with 6748. Also they debited rs 1899/- for the service.

    Hence cancel the service and refund my money asap. My relationship no. Is 5039895.

    I received sms from hdfc bank that their is some due on my credit card i think it is because of one assist plan. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I am asking to hdfc bank person they told write one email to hdfc support for cancelling and i am written also but i did not got any response from them.

        Hello there

        I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

        Please deactivate and refund my money asap

            Respected sir/madam
            This incident occurred on 2 August 2018 at around 11:30AM at my residence in Rajanukunte, Bangalore
            As I kept the phone for charging and tried to disconnect it and open the lock. Took the phone in hand disconnect the charger and pressed the lock button with the left hand alone.(i pressed lock button to see the time and then open lock, otherwise I would have directly opened lock with finger-print scanner) So, held the entire phone in left hand alone and I wasn't doing any other work, the phone flipped and slipped from the hand, on pressing the lock button and hit the tea table edge and then fell on floor landing on back side of phone.
            I made an attempt to catch the phone but it only made worse
            The screen edge got shattered and there are black marks on the screen and the glass covering thre lenses of the rear camera has a crack, however both the camera and screen touch are still working, as I wasn't sure about the insurance details since the cause, I didn't come forward. As soon as I came to know about my insurance policy, I called and enquired and asked me to follow the procedure.
            The above mentioned problem and situation is true upto my knowledge
            Kindly note the above complaint and do the needful as soon as possible

            My phone was not working and after visiting mi center told me there is water damage.now i dont knw how water damage is happen. they denied my claim and telling your claim is rejected.

            Reference to Relationship no.1453164 you have forcely active this plan without pre intimation in last year 2017. Now I do not want this continue, so dactivate it with immediate effect.

                  One assist is a fraud company which is one way money taking company. Without any service or product. I applied for a claim and they rejected it as a mysterious case. I dont know how it will be a mysterious case, without even checking phone they rejected my claim. I have submitted the complaint exactly same way they told me to do. Its only a small phone jack issue problem. But still they told me to wait for 24hrs when i have applied and i got rejection after 6days where i was waiting their pickup man. So please fall on these fraud companies who uses us for thier run and cheating us.

                    I'm using hdfc credit card. I was going through credit card statement and found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1899 from my credit card on aug 3, 2018

                    Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1899. Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info. If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.

                      My name is nazia shaikh and iam a kotak credit card holder, recently i got new kotak mahindra credit card and with out my permission they activated one app service.
                      This is completely kind of cheating and fraud to me, how can be such a reputed bank name kotak mahindra can do that i was like shocked, they cross limits when they are forcing me to continue with service. Since last 3 days iam receiving daily call and forcing me continue with one assist app services i remembered one of them name i. E mr. Gaurav calling from land line no. I. E [protected] and that call last upto 10 or more.
                      Iam completely felt like harrased now it is enough is enough now i want to cancel it and i want full amount to be refund i. E rs.1399/-.

                        Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-2499/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap
                        Here atatched also of checked your site not renew, but also deducted from a/c. Last year we didn't take action due to fraud someting, but now we didn't bear.

                              One assist is the bloody hell fake company.

                              Their harrassment towards customer will be given in media very soon

                              Till yesterday ur customer care executive told that phone will be definitely picked till today. But today, ur executive told i will be called then pick up will schedule, where s ur wordings, u r trying that customer should take backstroke so that u need not have to assist, this will not happen, crime cell, grievance cell and nodal officers r there, i launch the complaint against ur company regarding this.

                              U r totally harrassing. On 23.07.18 ur executive said within 48 hrs it will be done. On 24.07.18, ur executive said v don't have any claim registered from ur side, they again had written, n assured, pick up will be held within 48 hrs, when ur 48 hrs will complete.

                              Tell me status n tell me till when my phone will be repaired n handover to me

                              It s requested, stop harrassing n making fool to customers, want strict n immediate actions at the earliest. When u had to sell policy, u assured claim will definitely be done within 48 hrs

                              After 12 days also, they haven't done anything, but whenever we ask what n when will be done, they again take 48 more hrs.

                                  Somebody from my bank called me one day and explained some benefits and asked me if i'm "ok" in continuing with this plan, i said i'm "ok".
                                  Before i could wonder what happened, he said rs.1899 will be deducted from my account and the plan got activated.

                                  After 2 days, i called their customer service and made a cancellation request.
                                  These #s talked to me like i'm doing some offensive thing. Its like i'm grabbing their money. They never cancel the plan.
                                  After so many arguments, they took my cancellation request and told that a guy would call me back.

                                  Next day some # called me and started explaining me about the plan benefits. He told me that he didn't receive any cancellation requests and ended the call!!!

                                  I got frustrated and placed another cancellation request. This is where the real cheating is. The guy that i mentioned above, has reported that i have given my consent to continue the plan and reactivated it!!! Rubbish.

                                  I gave another cancellation request, and again the whole process started. Two people called me and explained the useless benefits again and again like mahabharata story.
                                  I'm now by-heart of their story telling process now.

                                  After all these process, no further proceedings happened, my plan has not cancelled.

                                  I want my plan cancelled asap and refund my money you useless people.

                                    I got a call out of the blue from folks posing to be from the bank. They said that they are offering some insurance against theft/loss of my debit card and will be deducting rs. 1899 from my account for this. I didn't think much about it at the time because i thought this a standard policy for the bank. Only upon searching online did i realise that this is more of a scam.
                                    They didn't even ask me if i wanted to opt for the policy. They just made it sound like a compulsory deduction.
                                    I want the charge reversed as soon as possible.

                                    I got in touch with OneAssist's customer support[protected] and asked for cancellation of my membership. It was not a pleasant call as the support-person kept arguing that I won't be refunded the amount that was deducted from my account. In the end, I just asked him to register my request for cancellation. Fortunately, the entire amount was refunded within 3 working days.
                                    I still don't understand how the company was able to charge my debit card without any written authorisation from me. However, this is probably something I should take up with my bank.
                                    As far as OneAssist is concerned, I have no immediate concerns. This complaint can be marked as successfully resolved.
