Please cancel my wallet protection plan as it has been renewed without my approval and refund the full amount.

Full details:
I had applied for the wallet assist plan cancellation on 28th of june 2018. (After it renewed without my approval or knowledge on 25th of june)
When i received the call from you regarding the confirmation you guys responded by saying that the cancellation wont be possible and instead a discount on the fee will be offered. (I then later checked that the plan can surely be cancelled within one month of renewal with 100 percent refund).
I again applied for cancellation on 24th of july 2018 asking clarification for the wrong information being provided regarding the cancellation rules (To which you pleaded complete ignorance and apologies).
I was asked to wait for the confirmation call regarding cancellation. When i received the call the next day, the lady after attempting to try to make me reconsider (Sensing failure) hung up the call.
I felt that the cancellation must have been processed and called the customer care again the next day to confirm. But to my dismay, it was still pending and the guy again asked me to wait for another confirmation call. I waited and finally the call arrived. I answered and after another round of persuasion when i asked for cancellation, the guy again hung up again.
Now i fail to understand the reasons for such rude idiotic behavior at your end. With each passing day my resentment towards oneassist keeps on growing. And despite making it very clear to you that i no longer trust oneassist and that i no longer want this association to continue, you people are shamelessly holding on.
I hope whoever is reading this mail gathers some sense and understands that a customer most of all values trust. And when its gone, it doesn't return.

Without my permission I received a message that they have deducted money of 1890 from HDFC BANK credit card.
I am not the traveler and not using credit card on high level.
