Received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 12/5/17. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

One assist is an absolute scam/ponzi sort of company.

My experience has also been absolutely ridiculous. After, hours and hours of phone calls (50+ calls) and 10+ emails sent, not to mention a lot of emotional energy and expended and time spent on calling waiting for them to pick-up. This is a summary of my experience. The irony is spectacular. They might as well rebrand themselves one scam or one assist to waste all your time...

auto renew of the policy without customer clarification

They have renewed my policy without confirmation and taking my concern and deducted amount from my card they r just fraudster
I want my money back
I want the company to repay me my money as it is against any law that without confirming from the customer you cannot renew his or her policy and take the money without concern

Hi,

Two years ago I received a call from one assist and we had a conversation. After few days I get to know that Rs. 1799/- gets deducted from my ICICI account. I have called them quite a few times to refund the amount and to cancel the plan. But they still haven't cancelled the plan and refunded the money back as promised.

I am a Hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs 2499 from hdfc credit card without my permission on 27.6.18 .
