I got a message that rs 1899 has been deducted from my debit card... This has been activated without my permission and consent... This incident happened about a week ago... Also i told the icici bank customer care to cancel the service and still i received the one assist kit and it is still active...
This is very unprofessional of you to activate this service and deduct money... Please find other ways to earn money, because it is hard earned and please do not instigate me to go to the higher authorities...

Refund my money and quit this stupid service on immediate basis...

कस्टमर केअर पर भी डीएक्टिवेट करने के लिए बार बार फोन करने पर भी डीएक्टिवेट नही किया जा रहा है। 2 साल से जबरदस्ती रिन्यूअल किया जा रहा है और पैसा काटा जा रहा है। फ्रॉड कंपनी है।
मेरा प्लान डीएक्टिवेट कर पैसा रिफंड करने का कष्ट करें।

    Hello,
    My relationship number is 3373285, i have mi protect plan, as i have claimed as accidental damage of my screen on 21th july and uploaded all documents required. They raised some queries about my name changes in invoice and govt id proof so i have sent a self declaration mail to them but after 2 days they raised deficiencies again. This type of deficiencies repeated 3 times at 22th, 26th and 28th july. I have sent all mendatory documents to them. So my message is to everyone to dont buy this type of fake protection plan.

      Hello there

      I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. I don't know how this plan has been activated on my credit card. At the time of taking card, the hdfc employer said that there is no charge, it is free for life time. Don't know then how this plan has been activated on my credit card even i don't recieved yet and getting such a crap plan. Please team remove it otherwise i will do my level best to teach you lesson. Man is earning money by doing hard work and you are cutting
      Please deactivate and refund my m money by fraud activity.

        A service of 1899rs was activated on my card without my authentication. Now, they are not closing it and refunding the money. They are charging 1000rs for the cancellation of this service.

        They now have degraded the service and refunded only 400rs.
        I want to close this service and and want my full amount of 1899rs.

        This company is a fraud. Harrasing the people.

            Please cancel my wallet protection plan as it has been renewed without my approval and refund the full amount.

            Full details:
            I had applied for the wallet assist plan cancellation on 28th of june 2018. (After it renewed without my approval or knowledge on 25th of june)
            When i received the call from you regarding the confirmation you guys responded by saying that the cancellation wont be possible and instead a discount on the fee will be offered. (I then later checked that the plan can surely be cancelled within one month of renewal with 100 percent refund).
            I again applied for cancellation on 24th of july 2018 asking clarification for the wrong information being provided regarding the cancellation rules (To which you pleaded complete ignorance and apologies).
            I was asked to wait for the confirmation call regarding cancellation. When i received the call the next day, the lady after attempting to try to make me reconsider (Sensing failure) hung up the call.
            I felt that the cancellation must have been processed and called the customer care again the next day to confirm. But to my dismay, it was still pending and the guy again asked me to wait for another confirmation call. I waited and finally the call arrived. I answered and after another round of persuasion when i asked for cancellation, the guy again hung up again.

            Now i fail to understand the reasons for such rude idiotic behavior at your end. With each passing day my resentment towards oneassist keeps on growing. And despite making it very clear to you that i no longer trust oneassist and that i no longer want this association to continue, you people are shamelessly holding on.
            I hope whoever is reading this mail gathers some sense and understands that a customer most of all values trust. And when its gone, it doesn't return.

                  I Am given all document but they false assurance and asked some foolish documents Several times and took 48 hours to verify. Verify what????? Are you people running some CBI or what? Already my phone was dead with moisture and physically damage but made to die more for 20 days due to their false assurance. Then i get a mail from them that they claim is rejected due to NEGLIGENCE.

                  I guess One Assist you should be crowned with NEGLIGENCE board. That is worst service from any insurance type company . Now due to your poor service and show off of verification and clarifications. What do you have to say for that?????

                    I have successfully logged in the claim and uploaded all the necessary photos of device and bill on 18/07/2018.

                    After raising multiple queries seeking more photos and seeking a details description on 20/07/2018 and 23/03/2018, Support team had finally given me following reply :
                    " We would like to inform you that your service request number 3358085 has been closed on Thu Jul 26 16:36:07 IST 2018 in view of -
                    Reason: Negligence
                    Remarks: claim is not admissible under negligence "

                    Perhaps they only cover the planned accident.

                    Please Note : My device claim is going to expire on 27/07/2018. ANd my device has accidentally fallen down from a table while I was trying to pick up a file. The device is not getting charged now.

                    The company didn't find this claim reasonable.

                      deactivate one assist services and refund asap

                      Hi..

                      I received sms from axis bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debit card to one assist services. I got a call saying from axis bank and this services and i clearly denied for that. Still you activated the plan and deducted money. Kindly deactivate the plan and refund my, as i'm in urgency. Or i will move legally on this matter.

                      How can you activate the plan even the customer is said no?? How can you deduct...

                            This is with reference to claim 3305517 registered on 30th june 2018 for mi max phone screen being damaged (Phone does. Not switch on)..

                            This is the second year of the phone being insured. While the claim was registered and the documents uploaded. However one assist wanted me to upload the phone pic with its imei nu. Ber displayed on it to which i clarified its not possible was the phone doea not get switched on.. I meantioned the same in the damage description while registering the claim yet no one bothered to read it and continue to ask me to upload the phone image with imei number abd send me reminder email of the same inspite of me calling the call centre and letting them know about the situation...

                            To each reminder email i responded stating its not possible and received an assurancd email stating one assist is working and will rake care of it..

                            A few more calls and i was asked to upload the box image of the phone which i did not have as the phone was a year and a half old.. I was asked for the same info a few more times and was then told that invoive copy will do as it also has the imei number on it..

                            Then i receive a claim closure email as the documents are not received.. This time i called (Around 20th july, friday) and spoke to an executive to had no clue why was it closed so i has the get the supervisor (Asha) on call.. She needed some time to figure out and promised to call me by monday, 23rd july which she did not. Upon me calling today 24th july the lady just says i didnt have an update so i didnt call.. Also she went ahead to say ill call back omce i have an update from the backend team and had no timelines to call back.. My concers are..

                            1. Is this the customer service one assist brlieve in?? U dont even bother to let the customer know what is happening and keep him waiting loke a fool, u have no respect to customers time? If a suoervisor has this thought process what will someone expect from their subordinates... A sad state of customer service

                            2. When i sent so many emails and made multuple calls, how can you just close the claim automatically and do nothing about it thereafrer??

                            3. If you needed a box, include it in your terms and condition whole selling a policy to a customer... Say i[censored] do not have a box and your phone does not swotch on then do not buy this policy as we will not honour your claim..

                            4. If this is not listed as a pre requisite in your terms and condition then you cannot hold my claim for no reasons..

                              Received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 12/5/17. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

                              Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                They took all the details about the phone problem and i provided all the details as their requirement. But they harrased and taking too much time and they reject the claim. But i did both insurance i. E., manufacturing and damage protection.
                                My phone model is redme note 4.
                                Service request no is 3263573.
                                I need the proper solution as soon as possible. They are doing fraud with me about the claim.

                                  One assist is an absolute scam/ponzi sort of company.

                                  My experience has also been absolutely ridiculous. After, hours and hours of phone calls (50+ calls) and 10+ emails sent, not to mention a lot of emotional energy and expended and time spent on calling waiting for them to pick-up. This is a summary of my experience. The irony is spectacular. They might as well rebrand themselves one scam or one assist to waste all your time and take all your money.

                                    This is the mail regarding claim procedure of my newly purchased
                                    Redmi note 5 pro mobile.
                                    On 5th june 2018 when i left the train/ local and start to walk peoples in front of me pushed me and my mobile got dropped on the ground due to that.
                                    The mobile display got broken accidentally and bent slightly. But it is in working condition though the glass has been broken completely.
                                    Please find the attached images for the same.
                                    Hence i tried to claim for this but no one is responding
                                    Properly. I am totally frustrated with your poor services.

                                    I have purchased this mobile on 29th jun 2018. Following are my registered details on the mi website/ account:

                                    I have complained about the same on your customer service number on 5th jun 2018. Mr. Akshay, one of your executive
                                    Told me to call in the one assist.
                                    I had called to them but said that they don't have my mobile number or email id through which they can fetch my details. Even though i have provided my registered mobile no. [protected] and email id: [protected]@gmail.com, he did not get my information in their system.
                                    I had a word with another customer executive from mi, he told me that he has registered my
                                    Complaint and escalated to senior executives and also told me to wait for 48 hrs. To get contacted by them.
                                    I had wait for 3 working days but no one had called me. No message or a service/ ticket number has been provided to me.
                                    On the monday 9th june i had a word with mi protect/ one assist thy had again told me the same reason and also
                                    Told me there is no other way to claim my accidental damage.
                                    So again i called your customer service and mr vishal, one of your executive had talked with the one assist executive mr. Rajesh through the conference call made by me.
                                    But the same reason had been given to mr. Vishal and me.
                                    So mr. Vishal said me that i have to wit for 24 hrs and your executive will callback me within 24 hrs and will provide the proper resolution.

                                    But no one dare to call me! I got frustrated with such things as this has been happened for two times.

                                    I had purchased the mobile form your authorized https://buy.mi.com/ website only and also purchased the
                                    Mi protect. But your mi protect / one assist partner are not providing any resolution to me. It is been a week that my mobile details are not yet registered on your mi protect partner or in your system as well.
                                    I am
                                    Literally irritated with such services by both of you guys.

                                    Please resolve my issue asap
                                    Or
                                    Send your authorized person and take away your product and refund my amount asap.

                                    I am no more interested to call you regularly or to take a followup with your useless service executives.

                                    I have my important work too. I don't want to waste my time with your useless
                                    Services.

                                      They have renewed my policy without confirmation and taking my concern and deducted amount from my card they r just fraudster
                                      I want my money back
                                      I want the company to repay me my money as it is against any law that without confirming from the customer you cannot renew his or her policy and take the money without concern
