This incident occurred on 2 August 2018 at around 11:30AM at my residence in Rajanukunte, Bangalore
As I kept the phone for charging and tried to disconnect it and open the lock. Took the phone in hand disconnect the charger and pressed the lock button with the left hand alone.(i pressed lock button to see the time and then open lock, otherwise I would have directly opened lock with finger-print scanner) So, held the entire phone in left hand alone and I wasn't doing any other work, the phone flipped and slipped from the hand, on pressing the lock button and hit the tea table edge and then fell on floor landing on back side of phone.
I made an attempt to catch the phone but it only made worse
The screen edge got shattered and there are black marks on the screen and the glass covering thre lenses of the rear camera has a crack, however both the camera and screen touch are still working, as I wasn't sure about the insurance details since the cause, I didn't come forward. As soon as I came to know about my insurance policy, I called and enquired and asked me to follow the procedure.
The above mentioned problem and situation is true upto my knowledge
