In 2017 i available a hdfc credit and as i recieved the card call from one assist i asked them who provided details to them and they said its on deafult so i said to them i don't need any insurance related but they try to enforce me on call and finally charge me, with committment that in next year it will unsuscribed in middle of year i also request on mail to them for unsuscribed but they confirm it will unsuscribed but on 9 august i recieved a message from them that your one assist will be renew, and i put a mail and call to them and customer care executive confirm it will not suscribe and if its then it will unsuscribed but after two days i received a message. "dear cardmember, oneassist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 8099. Membership will be processed and welcome kit dispatched shortly."
These company make fraud every day to individual but no one stop to them why it happened to us, i really too much dissapointed.
