I don't want to continue with this plan as i dont find it useful. Please discontinue my plan. Please refund my full amount to my account.

Hi everyone today I want to share fraud details of one assist card protection actually I got credit card October 28 but in my statement 1st October has deducted money 1399 rupees but without receiving credit card how they will be deducted money and I have so many times given complaint also they are pushing with using this card production but I have said I don't want this protection but they given only 399 rupees return my amount remind me...

Somebody from my bank called me one day and explained some benefits and asked me if i'm "ok" in continuing with this plan, i said i'm "ok".
Before i could wonder what happened, he said rs.1899 will be deducted from my account and the plan got activated.

After 2 days, i called their customer service and made a cancellation request.
These #s talked to me like i'm doing some offensive...

I got a call out of the blue from folks posing to be from the bank. They said that they are offering some insurance against theft/loss of my debit card and will be deducting rs. 1899 from my account for this. I didn't think much about it at the time because i thought this a standard policy for the bank. Only upon searching online did i realise that this is more of a scam.
They didn't even ask me if i wanted to opt for the policy....
