Why hdfc customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from hdfc bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

Oneassist company debited my credit card by rs. 1399 on 18th august, 2018 without any approval from me. When i called them they said that before 45 days of payment they have sent email on my registered email id. When i checked details of my registered email id it was wrong and i corrected my right email id on today i. E. 4th september 2018.

One assist solution has debited Rs.9999/- as a cheat because credit card dept has misused documents which was submitted at the time of credit card application.
While they had to reverse credit Rs.1399 which was debited as membership fees .now they debited Rs.9999/- from my another credit card.
