Why hdfc customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from hdfc bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

My phone accidentally fell on ground on 3rd of september 2018 around 11:30 am in morning. I filed the claim and it got rejected saying "negligence"? It was not negligence. Oneassist company debited my credit card by rs. 1399 on 18th august, 2018 without any approval from me. When i called them they said that before 45 days of payment they have sent email on my registered email id.
