Dear team of one assist, u guy's are fraud what ever assurance & commitments ur company gives is just a lie. Ur call centre as well as ur technicians are also big time cheaters, they just come and bluff the customer. From past 11 days my complain is pending service request # is 3496600. Despite of many request calls after 4th day i gave a complain & then call centre gave me the no is 3521121. They said the problem will get resolved in next day, but nothing has happened yet. I'm waiting till tomorrow if nothing is going to get resolve i will definitely go to consumer court. I have all the recordings of service technicians as well as call centre employees & seniors too.
I want to know as soon as possible.

    I'm using hdfc credit card. I was going through credit card statement and found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 8591/- from my credit card in april to till date 2018 for autopay si from my credit card

    Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:8591/- along with extra amount deducted due to this rediculous stubs. Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info. If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.

      One assist in not canceling my wallet plan.
      They called me said we are calling from bank, then they activated and deducted money from my bank account without my permission.
      So i called them in their customer care and told them to deactivate my plan they kept me telling unnecessary things like anything can happen tomorrow and why i need my plan.

        This is totally a fraud company. I don't know how it is connected with amazon and other big companies. They are making fool of everyone and earning million of hard earned money of customers. They issue insurance through national insurance company and at time of claim they literally make fool. This company is not having any office also. My son brand new oppo real me 1 purchased in 2018 got stolen, we provided each and every documents as demanded by these cheaters. After wasting 10 days they only say that this is a mysterious case that's why the insurance company have rejected the claim.

        My whatsapp number is [protected]. I want that we should create a group and prove that how this company one assist is cheating thousands of people and making them fool.

        If you feel that i am right, kindly whatsapp me on [protected]. After 20:- 30 group member creation, we will file case in court against this fraud company in mumbai

          Why hdfc customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from hdfc bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

            Received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 10/september/2018 without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist the team. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card.

            I called the customer care where you really have a bad service of not listening to what i'm saying and you guys keep speaking about the benefits.

            I want a refund of 1400 but response i get from the customer care person is "we can cancel the plan but we can't confirm the refund".

            I'm receiving calls only convince me to take the plan which I'm not willing to accept.

            All I'm been offered is a discount of 300 RS and to continue with the plan.

            You threaten me stating that you have a verbal recording of me accepting the offer but you never send me the recording to my mail ID.

            The customer support is completely running on Bad faith which isn't the way to go.

            I NEED THE REFUND AND I'M NOT INTERESTED TO TAKE THE PLAN WHICH I'M CHARGED FOR.

            I've repeated this damn statement to at least 3 representative for at least 10 times but they keep explaining me that "9000 SBI Bank customers faced fraudulent activities this year and our insurance will save you from these kinds of activities".

            I REPEAT 'I DON'T WANT YOUR INSURANCE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK'.

            If my communication is too polite for your take this seriously then only a suit should be enough visibility for you people.

            Just to update on the issue, A representative from One Assist called me yesterday and told me he's from the cancellation team and he's ready to process my refund. Contradictory to the previous communication, the rep told me "I" signed a form with HDFC to activate the scheme and that's why I got One assist activated.

            In a moment, he said he's fine to refund me the complete 1399 rupees and he needs my details.

            He wanted my Credit card details including the 16 digits, expiry date/year and the CVV.

            He forced me to provide this information even though I said that this information is more than enough to make a transaction and I'm not willing to provide it.

            He kept insisting that this is open information and providing the information is the only way to refund the money.

            After my denial to provide the information, he said he's escalating this case to his manager and he'll call me in some time and for the best part he never called back.

            I also verified that the number I got the call from is the same number that's displayed on the One Assist website.

            Now I'm starting to wonder what this company actually does to save the people from fraud or ...?

              My daughter d. S. Singh received sms & a phonecall about a kit for card fraud protection free of cost is being provided by the bank. But ₹ 1899 rupees deducted from her axis bank account without her permission. This is a criminal sybersecurity act by oneassist company.                 Hello i am ponni vasanthan. Today somebody calls and says its from axis bank and confirmation and ask my debit card details after that i got msg u have debited 1899 for one assist. But i didnot activate this service and i got msg like dear ponni vasanthan sivanesan, welcome to oneassist! Your relationship no. Is 5231296. Register your all credit/debit cards via the oneassist app www.goo.gl/UjBqf2now. this msg i got and detected my axis bank account 1899 without my knowledge. I dant want this service so please deactivate my account and refund my amount. Otherwise i will compliment to cyber security.

                  My phone accidentally fell on ground on 3rd of september 2018 around 11:30 am in morning. I filed the claim and it got rejected saying "negligence"? It was not negligence. Nobody drops their phone just like that. I had bought it from my first salary. I would never drop it on purpose. This is very unfair on the part of the company to reject a valid claim like this. The company is just trying to avoid.

                    Hi,

                    My name is rajat saini. I purchased one hdfc credit card from paisa bazaar.
                    Automatically i got deduction of 1399 rupees from credit card for one assist insurance subscription on 28 august.

                    One 29th i lodged complaint to unsubscribe subscription. My complaint reference number is 3497624. Customer executive said with in 4-5 days we will refund your money. For assistance we will call u up.

                    Their customer care called me on early morning or at in late evening. When i called back, they usually said no issue sir, wait for the 4-5 days. These absurd things they carried out for 7 days.

                    Today (6th august) their one of executive called me, and said we tried calling you on daily basis for cancellation on daily basis but you did not respond. Now we could not be able to refund the money...!!

                    What the hell. They neither mailed nor messaged me that they tried to call me. Even i tried to called them to follow up.

                    Please please lodge a complaint against one assist. Totally fake company fake words.

                      You are not stopped my plan after my several request.
                      My no [protected].
                      And not call attend on my registered mobile no.
                      Please stop my plan. I received a call from an one assist services agent wherein he explained me the scheme regarding insurance of bank accounts, debit cards etc. I had earlier rejected the call twice but on the third attempt i attended the call and heard them out. The catch here is that once you hear them out it implies (According to them) that you are interested in the scheme and an amount of rs. 1, 899/- automatically gets debited from your account. I told them straight out that i was not interested in the scheme but the amount anyhow got debited from my account. When i raised a complaint with one assist services i was informed that now the whole amount cannot be credited back.
                      I request you to deactivate the same and refund the whole amount. I want to cancel the one assist plan

                              Kindly give the reason of rejection properly in written form. We don't know any relationship officer of your's.

                              We just want proper clarification and particular reason from your company one assist (1st party) and national insurance company (2nd party), that after providing all the relevant documents to one assist and national insurance company, on what grounds you are rejecting this claim of oppo real me 1 purchased by kunal mahajan (Device claim – service request # 3466632).

                              Kindly reply me the proper mail mentioning all the reasons. If not satisfied with your clarification on truth grounds, i will file the petition in consumer court and in delhi court.

                              If within 48 hours if we didn't receive your reply, we will take the appropriate action for relief in the honable court of delhi.

                                Dear Sir,

                                This is regarding my subscription to One Assist card protection plan active since 2013 on my above card no.
                                In this regard since I knew that the renewal of above service is due as on Janauary every year I had given call to
                                one assist helpline [protected] on 20/01/18 first time where their representative convinced me to continue the plan with lesser charges.
                                However on 23/01/2018 again I called one assist no as given above and convinced them that as i am retired person now I do not require
                                to use credit card often unless in case of medical emergencies or on line bookings of air tickets.Hence I clearly informed them
                                that annual renewal of one assist plan is due on 28/01/18 and I want to discontinue the subscription. On my insisting the rep. confirmed
                                that renewal is discontinued and one assist protection plan my above card will be closed.

                                Further to my astonishment I found in mail in April 18 that you have debited the renewal charges of ONE ASSIST PLAN
                                in January 18 despite my request to cancell same and one assist office confirmation of cancellation on 23/01/18 to that effect
                                without any mobile alert or call alert to this mattrer. Above that you have continued to charge usual late charges plus GST/ Service charges
                                every month . In last four months after the above charges your bank has billed an amount of Rs.3460.69 till month of April 2018 which
                                is not acceptable.
                                Moreover on seeing statement in April 2018 I had called your helpline on 21/04/2018 and Miss Moni had confirmed that there
                                are no charges or amount outstanding on above card @ 1 pm in afternoon wherein i was inclined to assume there may be an
                                miscommunication by you. However again May on 10/05/18 I had recd card statement for month of April with overdue amt
                                of Rs.3469.60. Hence I request you to reverse all charges levied by you immediately as the services were never requested
                                in this case.
                                However if you fail to do the same despite telephonic contacts by me and again now mail I shall exercise my next option of
                                contacting Banking Ombudsman for redressal of my greivence.

                                  Dear sir, i have an account in icici bank for that u have activated the one assist service plan. Hence, i want to deactivate the one assist service plan please deactivate that plan... If it is required i will inform u to activate. For this service u have debited 1330 rupees from my account without permission, so i want that money refund. The one assist plan has been activated before 4 or 5 months back for that money also debited but even i didn't get any of information's regarding this plan. So please deactivate this one assist plan and refund my money... Thanks

                                    I claimed a file, for my Redmi 4a mobile. My screen got damaged as i met an accident a few days back and my claim got rejected as stated that due to negligence handling. Assist is totally Fraud and looting money from people. I read all the complaints about this company and found this a total fraud and bluff making the consumer a source of income. I assure this company will fall from its height due to its outstanding bluff/Fraud reviews and experience. Eagerly waiting for the loss and death of the company. Really very dishearted with their resolution and behaviour.

                                      I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-2999/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
