Hi,

My name is rajat saini. I purchased one hdfc credit card from paisa bazaar.
Automatically i got deduction of 1399 rupees from credit card for one assist insurance subscription on 28 august.

One 29th i lodged complaint to unsubscribe subscription. My complaint reference number is 3497624. Customer executive said with in 4-5 days we will refund your money. For assistance we will call u up.

Their customer care called me on early morning or at in late evening. When i called back, they usually said no issue sir, wait for the 4-5 days. These absurd things they carried out for 7 days.

Today (6th august) their one of executive called me, and said we tried calling you on daily basis for cancellation on daily basis but you did not respond. Now we could not be able to refund the money...!!

What the hell. They neither mailed nor messaged me that they tried to call me. Even i tried to called them to follow up.

Please please lodge a complaint against one assist. Totally fake company fake words.

    You are not stopped my plan after my several request.
    My no [protected].
    And not call attend on my registered mobile no.
    Please stop my plan. I received a call from an one assist services agent wherein he explained me the scheme regarding insurance of bank accounts, debit cards etc. I had earlier rejected the call twice but on the third attempt i attended the call and heard them out. The catch here is that once you hear them out it implies (According to them) that you are interested in the scheme and an amount of rs. 1, 899/- automatically gets debited from your account. I told them straight out that i was not interested in the scheme but the amount anyhow got debited from my account. When i raised a complaint with one assist services i was informed that now the whole amount cannot be credited back.
    I request you to deactivate the same and refund the whole amount. I want to cancel the one assist plan

      Hi there,
      there has been an unauthorized transaction from my kotak credit card.

      i had received an SMS saying "Transaction of Rs. 1399 has been made on kotak credit card xx7530 on 06-sept at Oneassist Consumer Sol. "

      same has been received on mail, and for which i have not authorized or opted.

      Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

      Please deactivate and refund my money asap

            Kindly give the reason of rejection properly in written form. We don't know any relationship officer of your's.

            We just want proper clarification and particular reason from your company one assist (1st party) and national insurance company (2nd party), that after providing all the relevant documents to one assist and national insurance company, on what grounds you are rejecting this claim of oppo real me 1 purchased by kunal mahajan (Device claim – service request # 3466632).

            Kindly reply me the proper mail mentioning all the reasons. If not satisfied with your clarification on truth grounds, i will file the petition in consumer court and in delhi court.

            If within 48 hours if we didn't receive your reply, we will take the appropriate action for relief in the honable court of delhi.

              Dear Sir,

              This is regarding my subscription to One Assist card protection plan active since 2013 on my above card no.
              In this regard since I knew that the renewal of above service is due as on Janauary every year I had given call to
              one assist helpline [protected] on 20/01/18 first time where their representative convinced me to continue the plan with lesser charges.
              However on 23/01/2018 again I called one assist no as given above and convinced them that as i am retired person now I do not require
              to use credit card often unless in case of medical emergencies or on line bookings of air tickets.Hence I clearly informed them
              that annual renewal of one assist plan is due on 28/01/18 and I want to discontinue the subscription. On my insisting the rep. confirmed
              that renewal is discontinued and one assist protection plan my above card will be closed.

              Further to my astonishment I found in mail in April 18 that you have debited the renewal charges of ONE ASSIST PLAN
              in January 18 despite my request to cancell same and one assist office confirmation of cancellation on 23/01/18 to that effect
              without any mobile alert or call alert to this mattrer. Above that you have continued to charge usual late charges plus GST/ Service charges
              every month . In last four months after the above charges your bank has billed an amount of Rs.3460.69 till month of April 2018 which
              is not acceptable.
              Moreover on seeing statement in April 2018 I had called your helpline on 21/04/2018 and Miss Moni had confirmed that there
              are no charges or amount outstanding on above card @ 1 pm in afternoon wherein i was inclined to assume there may be an
              miscommunication by you. However again May on 10/05/18 I had recd card statement for month of April with overdue amt
              of Rs.3469.60. Hence I request you to reverse all charges levied by you immediately as the services were never requested
              in this case.
              However if you fail to do the same despite telephonic contacts by me and again now mail I shall exercise my next option of
              contacting Banking Ombudsman for redressal of my greivence.

                Dear sir, i have an account in icici bank for that u have activated the one assist service plan. Hence, i want to deactivate the one assist service plan please deactivate that plan... If it is required i will inform u to activate. For this service u have debited 1330 rupees from my account without permission, so i want that money refund. The one assist plan has been activated before 4 or 5 months back for that money also debited but even i didn't get any of information's regarding this plan. So please deactivate this one assist plan and refund my money... Thanks

                  I claimed a file, for my Redmi 4a mobile. My screen got damaged as i met an accident a few days back and my claim got rejected as stated that due to negligence handling. Assist is totally Fraud and looting money from people. I read all the complaints about this company and found this a total fraud and bluff making the consumer a source of income. I assure this company will fall from its height due to its outstanding bluff/Fraud reviews and experience. Eagerly waiting for the loss and death of the company. Really very dishearted with their resolution and behaviour.

                        Oneassist company debited my credit card by rs. 1399 on 18th august, 2018 without any approval from me. When i called them they said that before 45 days of payment they have sent email on my registered email id. When i checked details of my registered email id it was wrong and i corrected my right email id on today i. E. 4th september 2018.

                        Therefore i requested them to cancel renewal and refund me my debited amount. Now they are denying to refund that amount to me.

                        Please look after in this regards.

                          One assist solution has debited Rs.9999/- as a cheat because credit card dept has misused documents which was submitted at the time of credit card application.
                          While they had to reverse credit Rs.1399 which was debited as membership fees .now they debited Rs.9999/- from my another credit card.
                          i have full evidence to verify the same.
                          as i have already submitted for Rs.1399/- complaint.
                          Please help me to get refund Rs.9999/- from One assist solution.
                          if i don't get justice, wrong massage will go to the public and people will deny to trust on credit card providers.
                          So Please help me on this regard and get me refund at earliest possible.

                          you are right in this regards but while attending your executive's call from Telephone NUmber :[protected]
                          balance deducted .
                          As your person said to me that you can only refund balance to my credit card ending 4068 but as i said it before i had blocked that credit card because o[censored]n authorised debit to my account so i given my other credit card No. ending 1988 but no personal pin number has been provided.
                          while the fund been debited while i was on call with your person, he said to wait for 02 minutes due to updation of my new card number for refund process. As soon the process done i received a sms showing a transaction Rs.9999/- was done from my credit card.a voice recording is still i kept to verify the same and this can be very useful in the case.
                          i have already filed a complaint with police and same is also in process from Kotak Mahindra Bank.
                          Hope this status can be usefull in near future.
                          As i am from middle class family, Rs.9999/- matters a lot and i can go beyond my limit to get my money back .

                            I have purchased the mi a1 phone from my credit card and from my mi account but delivery address i have put wipro technologies pune address as i want it to deliver at that address. One assist have taken wipro technologies as owner name in invoice and they are not proessing my claim. I have all the necessary proofs to provide that this phone belongs to me. Even my email id and phone number is registered. Then also they are not providing the claim details. They have not asked for any query and rejected my claim. This is real fraud business they are doing.
                            I want to file a claim against them. Please suggest.

                              Hi,

                              I filed a mobile theft claim with insurance under claim# 3273041. To file a dispute with the company, i requested the recording of my purchase conversation however they failed to provide it, in spite of me writing it to them multiple times. They just shared the link of policy wordings. Then i challenged them on policy wordings, however i did not get a satisfactory response from [protected]@oneassist.in then i asked for grievance redressal process as it is not available on their website, they simply sent me another email id i. E. [protected]@oneassist.in and not the complete process. I wrote it to escalations team on aug 13th, however i did not receive any response till date. They are least bothered to look at challenges i made with them, rather they state "your claim has been rejected by the insurance company & the insurance company gives the decision depending upon the t & c mentioned on our website and inputs provided by the customer such as images, description and how the incident happened", whereas as far as i know one assist is my insurer, i don't know what insurance company they are talking about. I questioned them on who my insurance is, however no response. With an hope to get my claim resolved, i further initiated the complaint with consumer complaints. Kindly help to get my issue/claim resolved.

                                Sir/mam,
                                I would like to cancel/ deactivate my one assist services by axis bank as by mistake i said yes during the call considering it as a free service and i want money to be refunded as soon as possible.
                                Kindly assist me for the steps i have to take further. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.

                                  I am shailaja, your proposed customer u have allotted me relationship no. 5119089. I am existing customer of icici bank. I called on oneassist customer care no. Many times but didn't get any response. I don't want any service from oneassist. I request to terminate the plan and refund my deducted amount immediately. If not... I will be no more an icici customer. Don't dare do this again.

                                      I have received a call from axis bank on 7th aug. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa platinum card ending with 8305. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
                                      Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no. Is 5039785. I am waiting for confirmation of deletion of this service and also refund the money @1899

                                      I need to cancel my Oneassist plan.

                                        To everyone who are planning to buy amc's to protect there home appliances, please beware of not falling into trap of this false company by name One assist.

                                        There sales person will make complete false promises and assurances.
                                        Like, 7 hrs assured visit by technician
                                        15 days assured money back, if not satisfied with services

                                        Once you take there policy, they will get disappear.

                                        The technician that they send are complete useless and incapable. and may even completely destroy your home appliances.

                                        Then we you try to cancel there policy, they will completely back out from refunding policy..but also there services gets further pathetic and they just not give ### to customers problems
