Paytm mall order # [protected]
On 17th june, after ordering i realised they have listed as a new fasttag order whereas i just wanted to recharge my existing fasttag account, since then i have been chasing pay tm on call, emails and on twitter to cancel my order or modify it to recharge my existing fasttag account
In short, paytm support is awful, they won't respond for days and keep the customers on chase for simple things, even i tweeted to companies ceo to no avail!!!
