I had my handset insurance with one assist. My iphone cost @90k and insured with one assist @5k. I slipped in washroom and my handset went in water bucket. They are big fraud previously they were asking for find my phone deactivated. But i had never activated the same on my phone. After 10 days followup these guys are saying that claim rejected because of reason negligence. Such a fraud will anyone carrying 90k handset will do this intentionally. The founder are also not responding on mail. Request you all plz file as much cases as they do that these fake company should be banned. Else one day they will leave the country like mallaya or nirav modi.

    I am tired of waiting and it's been a month calling you guys and nothing has been done... Its really frustrating now I have no more patience! I'm done with this, ... Is there any place where I can file a complain on this company??
    And i don't need this service I have told the agents many times all they told me was to wait for 24-48hrs to get a call and where is the call? And I was also told that rs700 has been refunded back to my account and there's nothing over there my balance is still the same... Is one assist some kind of fraud company? I want this matter to be solved right now immediately I can't wait any longer give me a call and refund my money ASAP

      I have applied credit card last week before then after deducted 1399 rs from my credit card number ending with 5042 without information. This amount has been changed for card protection service which is activated by oneassist department. But i don't need this service then call to hdfc customer care and requested for deactivate this service and refund my money in account. She's told me that your amount will be refundable with in 7 days.

      But yesterday someone called to me and approach for activate this service. But again i have clearly told to this guy that pls. Deactivate this service from my account and refund my money. After that some times i have received msg which is mentioned on attachment from your department. After that continuesly amount deducted from my credit card as per below mentioned.

      Money limit : 30000

      After 1st deduction : 28610

      After 2nd dedication : 28480

      After 3rd deduction : 28458 at present.

        I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card

        Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

          Oneassist deduct amount of rs 1899, from my credit card. I do not need this services.
          I called to customer care number of oneassist regarding refund renewal amount. They renewed this service and deduct amount of rs 1899, from my credit card and i am facing problem.

          I do not need this service. Customer care executive denied regarding refund amount. I told him that i do not need this services.

          Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.

            I am using hdfc credit card. I was going through credit card statement on date 17june 2018 and found that day before yesterday i. E.15june 2018 without any intimation/customer authorization you have deducted the amount of rs 1899/-from my credit card. I never used this plan nor registered and not willing also.                 Hello there

                I received sms from kotak mahendra bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I tried to reach them but whenever they hear to cancel the subscription they put the call on hold.

                    I called one assist support on monday 11th june 2018 for cancelation of plan. They took my request and told me that i will get a confirmation call in 48 hours. Then i got call on 13th june 2018 and when i gave my confirmation they told me i will again get a confirmation call. This final confirmation call i am never getting. I called several times but they are not taking action. I downloaded the app and asked for assistance they are asking me to wait only. Now i am not ready to wait. I am highly dissatisfied with your service. I want to book complaint. I want to even go to police to book complaint.

                      I wasn't aware of any auto-renewal plan and your organization just randomly charged my card without giving me a proper way to cancel the plan. Kindly cancel the plan, i'm submitting a complaint here as there is no clear way of cancelling this on your website.

                        Hdfc bank are the one who directed me to one assist but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When i asked for the hdfc bank help they are not responsible.

                        I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

                        I'm using hdfc credit card number ending with 5*4. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1399 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

                        Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
                        And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

                        Please kindly take a notice and cancel the plan and repay my amount rs.1399+ 100 emi + 18rs gst as soon as possible.

                        So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.

                          I didn't even apply for oneassist support past year they deducted inr1299/-. I also called customer care past year then they said we've deactivated service it'll not renew in future but this year (2018) again deducted amount from my credit card without notifying me. When i received credit card due notice it come into my consideration. Very worst company always want to cheat customers their goal is to earn money like that only. I want refund i'm not interested at all.

                              I have already asked to cancel my existing plan's auto-renewal via oneassist app and also from email. But today i got debited the amount of ₹1899 as auto-renewal of my existing plan from my card without any intimation.

                              What is going on and what is the use of my cancellation request for auto-renewal?

                              How can you debit my account without my knowledge. Please refund my amount as i don't want any protection plan for my credit card.

                              Hi,
                              Customer care representatives call me and told that the auto-renew was automatic process. We can't do nothing with that as you are not claim the cancellation request at-least 15 days before the auto-renewal date. They offer me with the conversion of 900 rs basic plan and can repay the remaining money.

                              I told that, I don't want any single rupee back, take my money and cancel the plan. I don't want any one assist protection plan for my card. They immediately accept and do the further process. But when I ask my money back they argue and told some stories with the help of Terms&Conditions.

                              As your busy schedule, if you didn't notice the One-assist mail(that didn't had a single word of 'auto-renew') you will definitely loss your money.

                              Really, they are big frauds as they never want to repay your money.
                              Better change your name as 'OneAssist fraudulent company'.

                                Cancellation of one assist plan
                                I had never asked for the one assist plan. Also a sum of rs 1899 has been debited from my account and i want my refund. Please disable this one assist plan as soon as possible. The policy debits from my account without any prior confirmation. The bank (Icici) notifies after the transaction has been made which is quite unacceptable. Please disable this policy and refund my account asap.

                                      I'm Using HDFC Credit card. Without any intimation you have ready to deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card
                                      Kindly cancel this plan and request you to don't deduct any amount .This is unacceptable that you activate any service without information of customer. Please deactivate and don't deduct amount
                                      And also please cancel the auto renew system if activated
