    Having the worst experience with OneAssist
    This is regarding My redmi Note 3 device,

    A background on the issue, this device has been gifted to me(Amit) by one of the friend(Raj) of mine, first year when i have to claim for the device they asked me for an email from Raj id that yes this device is gifted from him to me. everything went smooth and got the device repaired successfully

    so i renewed my Plan for the next year and so

    This year when i had some issue with my phone raised a claim for the same.

    Received response from OneAssist that need the email that he gifted you the mobile, told them this is already in your database, they said no we want the new email from Raj, so asked him to send the same again, he sent it

    Two days later relieved response from OneAssist that please explain why the shipping address is different than the purchase address, and what’s the relation on the person where we took the delivery with raj (imagine how important this question is with regards to claim), asked raj can you please send the email again, feeling so awkward while asking for this, however he sent it

    Next day received the response from OneAssist and guess what they wanted to know now what is my relation with Raj,

    Sorry but can’t ask him for that, you guys might have lost your not me

    First not able to understand when i have purchased Claim, and he told you that yes he is concern person for the device, why you want everything from his Email ID
    Second, don't think they even know what all information they need (Feel like went to Govt office for the claim)
    finally do you guys understand how embarrassing is this for me to go back to him to ask him send emails explaining this and that

    please let me know, if there is anything you guys can do regarding the same

      Last year I asked one of the customer care employee to deactivate my plan.On the contrary he kept on asking me why I want to deactivate and didn't do it? So I am posting this complaint.         When I checked my credit card bill on 6 July, 2018, I was surprised seeing Rs. 1899/- debited from my card as One Assist MFee. This is terrible. How can someone deduct such an amount without my permission? I got one message stating my relationship no 479913.
        I am not at all interested in any of the oneassist services and I want the amount back to my account.

        How this is happened . I too receive a call. Did you contact their toll number . I have cross checked in detail whether they detect automatically without any permission.

          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8522 without my concern on date: 18/01/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-

                      I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my bank account to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team.                         My oneassist membership details are as below:

                        Relationship no. : 2403980
                        Registered mobile no.: [protected]

                        There was a call from your employee explaining the membership plans on phone. At first they didn't tell me it was a paid service but still i didn't tell them to activate the plan. And they started the membership without informing me further and deducted amount from my account.
                        Then i got a call confirming the membership and the deduction of money.
                        I told them to deactivate and refund my money that time but they didn't do so.

                        Please deactivate my membership plan and refund my money before it renewal on 17th of july, 2018.

                        Please resolve my issue as i hope it doesn't happen again.

                        Today is the last day of renewal as I got a message that it will be renewed today. Deactiate my subscription before it happens. If the amount gets deducted, I want my money back and If my problem doesn’t get solved, I’m going to sue you guys.

                        From last 3 years i want to deactivate the service, but every time company says it will get deactivated from next year but this year also they deducted money directly... i want my money back...
                        I have called so many time to cancel my membership! They keep talking for so long and never cancel it! I even called about cancellation even before it got activated but they still haven't cancelled. PLEASE CANCEL IT!!! AND GIVE ME THE REFUND OF 1899/-
                        One assist taken with card but there is no information about renewal at the time of renewal and no confirmation taken for the same and number of mails marked to you but no response from your side. Please cancel this and refund my money for the year of 2017, 2018 you charged me with interest without any further delay

                              Actually i was in member of one assist from last year july on-words. So this year i am not continue this service's. Because i don't want this plan.                                 Last year my hdfc bank credit card bearing number # 485499xxxxxx0349 has been debited towards the membership fee and i could not utilize your services at all which are not customer friendly. Surprisingly, the amount of rs. 1899 has been auto debited again on june 29, 2018 against my wishes. Request you to not to renew the membership at all and refund the debited amount immediately as i have never given any authorization to auto debit my card account.

                                When i was trying your contacts[protected],[protected] &[protected], getting either no reply or not in existence message.

                                  I have received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from account to one assist plan on 02/07/18 without my permission. We are not at all interested in this services and this kind of charging to account without any consent/agreement.

                                      Without any permission taken from me... Debit an amount of rs. 1399.00 on 30.6.18 for renew membership for next year. But i am not interest for continue the service for the next year... So please refund my amount, that amount credit to my account... Membership id is 2318548... And cancel the membership... Without any permission from me... How can debit the amount... This is not a proper way for the renewal.

                                        Last year I was paid amount 1299.00 and continue service for one year upto[protected].But this one assist company, without my permission automatically debit an amount of Rs. 1399 from my account.
                                        I call customer care there is no guarantee for refund amount which is auto debit from my account without my permission... So please stop the this type of auto renewal or auto debits... And take action against one assist company and issue refund 100%amount credit to my account

                                        For next year upto 30.6.19, auto renew the account without my permission and debit 1399 from my account without any permission taken from me... Please action against the one assist... I loss an amount of Rs. 1399.00 as we are not response about this complaint
