I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 0653 without my concern on date:02/06/20178. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1299/-

And One Assist customer care not response any call...

I have taken new hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have ready to deduct the amount of 1399/- from my credit card

Hi sir/ma'am,

I received an sms from icici bank that
Rs-1899/- has been deducted from my account as one assist plan fee without my permission.. I checked my card statement and found that rs. 1899 has been deducted.

unauthorized credit card charges

I got a message that oneassist solutions has deducted 1399 from my kotak credit car which i received yesterday.
I never authorized them to do so. It is a joint fraud by kotak and oneassist.

Refund my money back to the account.

Kotak bank is such a pathetic bank. I really regret my decision to go with kotak.

cancel my one assist policy and refund my money

I request you to cancel my one assist policy and refund my money.
I have received a call from axis bank on 18th june 2018. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa card ending with 3299. It has been noticed that the money charged @1899 for the same.
Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account.
I don't want this service anymore as it was done by mistake...

Hi,
Two weeks back, without my consent 1899/- was deducted from my axis bank account. I had already applied for the cancellation and you have called me as well confirming the cancellation process and said the amount would be refunded in 7 working days.
