Mera phone damage hogya to maine vha complaint daali unhene mujhe document upload krne ko bola maine sabhi document upload kr diye. Fir inka mail aaya apka naam galat hai invice saaf nhi h. To maine inke coustomer care mein phone kr k dobara se care m puch k ek ek cheez shi daali fir inki wahi baat aa gyi bol rhe invoice nahi daali. To sir m bilkul preshan ho gya hu one assist company se, please help me.

      I was going through my bank transfers today and i found out that they have deducted amount of rs. 1899 from debit card no. [protected] without any prior notice. I was going to terminate this plan this time too as i don't need those debit card protection. Please terminate tha plan and refund the amount.

        Hello there

        I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my bank account to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. Last year also deducted rs 1299/- from my bank account with out my consent and same was registered compliant but it is still not solved and again this time deducted again from bank account. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my bank account and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. So kindly deactivate my one assistant plan and refund my money.

          Hello

          My oneassist membership details are as below:

          Relationship no. : 2403980
          Registered mobile no.: [protected]

          There was a call from your employee explaining the membership plans on phone. At first they didn't tell me it was a paid service but still i didn't tell them to activate the plan. And they started the membership without informing me further and deducted amount from my account.
          Then i got a call confirming the membership and the deduction of money.
          I told them to deactivate and refund my money that time but they didn't do so.

          Please deactivate my membership plan and refund my money before it renewal on 17th of july, 2018.

          Please resolve my issue as i hope it doesn't happen again.

          Today is the last day of renewal as I got a message that it will be renewed today. Deactiate my subscription before it happens. If the amount gets deducted, I want my money back and If my problem doesn’t get solved, I’m going to sue you guys.

          From last 3 years i want to deactivate the service, but every time company says it will get deactivated from next year but this year also they deducted money directly... i want my money back...
          I have called so many time to cancel my membership! They keep talking for so long and never cancel it! I even called about cancellation even before it got activated but they still haven't cancelled. PLEASE CANCEL IT!!! AND GIVE ME THE REFUND OF 1899/-
          One assist taken with card but there is no information about renewal at the time of renewal and no confirmation taken for the same and number of mails marked to you but no response from your side. Please cancel this and refund my money for the year of 2017, 2018 you charged me with interest without any further delay

                I am upputuri sriram member of one assist service my membership id is [protected] and my registered mobile number is [protected].

                Actually i was in member of one assist from last year july on-words. So this year i am not continue this service's. Because i don't want this plan. I already inform to that one assist in last year itself. But last saturday i. E[protected] they were blindly debited 2499 in my account without my permission or any intimation mail or information message. At present i don't need this service. Could you please cancel this plan medically and

                  Last year my hdfc bank credit card bearing number # 485499xxxxxx0349 has been debited towards the membership fee and i could not utilize your services at all which are not customer friendly. Surprisingly, the amount of rs. 1899 has been auto debited again on june 29, 2018 against my wishes. Request you to not to renew the membership at all and refund the debited amount immediately as i have never given any authorization to auto debit my card account.

                  When i was trying your contacts[protected],[protected] &[protected], getting either no reply or not in existence message.

                        Without any permission taken from me... Debit an amount of rs. 1399.00 on 30.6.18 for renew membership for next year. But i am not interest for continue the service for the next year... So please refund my amount, that amount credit to my account... Membership id is 2318548... And cancel the membership... Without any permission from me... How can debit the amount... This is not a proper way for the renewal.

                          Last year I was paid amount 1299.00 and continue service for one year upto[protected].But this one assist company, without my permission automatically debit an amount of Rs. 1399 from my account.
                          I call customer care there is no guarantee for refund amount which is auto debit from my account without my permission... So please stop the this type of auto renewal or auto debits... And take action against one assist company and issue refund 100%amount credit to my account

                            I cancelled my order on 7 may '18, within their cancellation policy but didn't get any refund so far.
                            I spoke to many seniors like prateek, abhishek, anju etc. At their customer support but didn't get any resolution.
                            On the top of that spoke to floor manager rajeesh, but he also made the fake promises.

                                    I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 26/02/18. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card.

                                    Please deactivate and refund my money asap.

                                      Cancellation of One Assist Membership
                                      I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 0653 without my concern on date:02/06/20178. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1299/-

                                      And One Assist customer care not response any call so don't say
                                      "Should you require any further assistance, please reach us at [protected]@oneassist.in or[protected]."

                                        I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team on renewal. I dont even know the company, never used its services, nor planning to use and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                        Please deactivate and refund my money asap. And don't charge it ever again. This kind of marketing will gain you notoriety in market.
