I am a Hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs 2499 from hdfc credit card without my permission on 27.6.18 . I am not interested about this service and l don't want this membership any more.So cancel the one assist membership fees and refund the debited amount as soon as possible.

    I applied for an HDFC Credit Card online in March and I got it delivered nicely. After some days I observed a transaction of around 1399/- rupees mentioning this One Assist membership charges. I had promptly emailed for cancellation to HDFC and HDFC redirected me to One assist customer care. The amount was refunded. But they again kept deducting my money with some other services name of EMI processing fee. This was ridiculous. I was forced to use their services even after asking for cancellation and a heated discussion with their customer services. There was no prior information regarding the service and cancellation process. You will be just surprised one day that You will have to take the service and pay whatsoever.

      Dear Directors - ONEASSIST,

      I find myself cheated and during accumulation of more inputs from social world I find it as a big scam of your company to loot the customer money in the name of providing insurance against mobile damage. Kindly prove me wrong to my satisfaction before raising it to next level.

      I have kept recording of voice call of most of my call with your team which was not satisfactory and I am force to move it to legal to get my rights of being customer. It is becoming matter of rights rather than mere getting claim.

      In my last 50 days of complain of mobile repairing for water damage under insurance, I have spoken to your team more than 40 times and during speaking with your supervisor Mr Prateek, Mr Vinod, Mr Abhishek who represented themselves as senior committed to resolve and get it addressed within 48 hrs but they never turned up and from next call denied to speak.

      IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE COMMITTED or is a way of cheating customers I just wanted to understand.

      1. I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL DOCUMENTS OF MOBILE TO THE SATISFACTION OF ONEASSIST except the STAMP availability on the original invoice( as per shop keeper, since it is a retail invoice they do not keep stamp - mobile number of shop keeper along VAT no is available in the bill for verifying genuinity )

      Beside OneASIST also has option of claiming insurance without invoice document incase of no-availability and this option is also not getting addressed to close my complain. (Just enclosing my mobile invoice bill fyip)

      I am just raising my voice to the senior most officials to understand their approach towards customer and wanted to get my rights reserved.

        I'm Using HDFC Credit card. I was going through credit card statement and found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card in 12july2018

        Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of Rs:1399 . Pleases deactivate ONE ASSIST membership & refund me all the deducted amount.This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist MFEE without customer's info. If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.

              I have taken my HDFC cr card and one assist done my insurance which is not required to me. i have spoken on customer care number they says we will cancel his plan. on 7 th july mail received regarding the cancelation. i have check my account on 11th july policy is still pending in my account. i inform and replay on that received mail. but nobody revirt me. today i again i have check my account and i got emi bill in my cr. card statement i call e customer care they told your cancelation request in process. our company executive will call you. regarding the same but i have not received any call till the time.

                Hello Team,

                My relationship no:2564252, my renewal date is 20/08/2018.
                I called to customer care and request to cancel my renewal they told within 24 hour concern team will call regarding the same, But still now not yet receivied any call from oneassist team.
                If I call to customer care they are not responding properly.
                So I kindly cancel this policy as soon as possible. If any amount is detected for the renewal then It ill be big problem.

                      I had problem of display .so i showed on 9th july to mi customer care.they said it was due to liquid damage.i called to one assist.they were asking when it happened .i told i dont know .they insisted me on exact date and time to proceed.i said than write 5h and 5 pm.they said its because of more than 48 hr we reject.actually my phone is working .there is minute display issue and i dont know how it may have occurred .so i first show to mi cust care.if i knew exactly i would have called to one assist.but they dont want to give claim to anyone.its fraud company.they dont give u soft or hard copy of insurance thats against irda rules.i am going to file complain to irda and consumer court not only to my claim only but to try to terminate their licence to malpractice.they have clearly mentioned in policy that 48 hr of discovering damage.that means its when damage discovered by mi.my registered no is [protected].and my name is umesh vaishnav.i am going to write to pmo and mi higher authority to discontinue with such fraud company.actually i am more angry with mi .that they are giving plateform to such fraud company.

                            I have applied for a credit card of kotak mahindra bank and i had received the same first week of november2017. On 13th november 2017, i received an email like this "A Transaction of Rs.1399 has been done on your Kotak Credit Card No.xx8973 at OneAssist Consumer Sol on 11-Jul-2018."

                            The above mentioned one assist solutions company has debited my credit card account without giving any information. I am not given any request and any confirmation from my end.

                            Further, i don't want any assistance from the above referred company.

                            Hence i request you to refund the amount rs.1, 399/- to my credit card account, immediately.

                                    My One Assist Plan from ICICI bank has been activated and 1899/- is deducted on 28th June 2018.

                                    I want to deactivate this one assist plan because it is not required for me.

                                      This is regarding a call, I got last week, informing me 1800 rupees will be deducted from my account, as part of this system which will be useful for me for my account in icici.
                                      I don't wish to spend rupees1800 right now.I got a number of calls from 409...
                                      Please look into this matter.

                                        This is with reference to the above id registered with Membership Id: [protected] Mobile no [protected].

                                        I had placed a call for your assistance on 26th of june for my Siemens washing machine with a minor problem of BEEP SOUND WHILE WASHING AND THE TIME CONSUME IS MORE THAN ESTIMATED.

                                        At around 3 pm a technichian visited my place (mobile no [protected] called Rajan Trimukhe as per truecaller) He seems to be new to this job and I asked him if he can handle this machine and not to open it if he is not aware but he said that he is trained to handle all machines.

                                        now this technician didn't knew how to ON the machine and he opened up the cover after consulting with some senior on phone however even after 2 hrs he was not able to detect the problem he was pulling the wires and I warned him again n again to leave the machine as it is because I guessed that he was not able to handle it but he again assured me that he knows what he is doing then he asked for the washing machine manual saying that he will have to reset the PCB and then he just kept the upper cover and left without screwing it properly when I checked the machine I found that the door was locked I called him immediately. he came back and was surprised that how come the door was locked then after another hour of scratching his head he said that since he has resetted the PCB and it will take an hour for the door to be unlocked I knew that this could not be possible but I didn't had any option as it was already 8 in the nigh and I couldn't stop this untrained inexperienced person who was of no use to my machine.

                                        That's it after that I called number of times but this boy didn't pick up the call I then called his manager Mr.Shashikant who was kind enough to send a Siemens technician to inspect the machine. After examining the machine the Siemens technician called Jitendra said that this machine has been very badly handled and
                                        ITS DOOR IS BROKEN (SOMEBODY TRIED TO APPLY FORCE AND OPEN IT SO ITS BROKEN AND HENCE LOCKED),
                                        THE WIRES ARE PULLED BECOZ OF WHICH THE SETTING IS SPOILED AND
                                        THE PCB HAS A ISSUE IT WILL TAKE 48 HRS FOR THE MACHINE TO BE REPAIRED.

                                        Since 27th July I am waiting for the machine to be picked up and repaired and continuously following up with Mr Shashikant who very nicely give me some or the other excuse and now after 8 days also my machine is lying unrepaired damaged by your employee and nobody to take the owners

                                        I did try to speak to your customer care agent MS MADHUSHREE and also spoke to your Manager MR JUNAID KHAN but as usual there was no action taken by either of them.

                                        I am truly frustrated with your surprise and thinking of going to consumer forum for justice as you are not loyal to your commitments
