Hi Team,

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 8281 without my concern on date:27/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

    I had problem of display .so i showed on 9th july to mi customer care.they said it was due to liquid damage.i called to one assist.they were asking when it happened .i told i dont know .they insisted me on exact date and time to proceed.i said than write 5h and 5 pm.they said its because of more than 48 hr we reject.actually my phone is working .there is minute display issue and i dont know how it may have occurred .so i first show to mi cust care.if i knew exactly i would have called to one assist.but they dont want to give claim to anyone.its fraud company.they dont give u soft or hard copy of insurance thats against irda rules.i am going to file complain to irda and consumer court not only to my claim only but to try to terminate their licence to malpractice.they have clearly mentioned in policy that 48 hr of discovering damage.that means its when damage discovered by mi.my registered no is [protected].and my name is umesh vaishnav.i am going to write to pmo and mi higher authority to discontinue with such fraud company.actually i am more angry with mi .that they are giving plateform to such fraud company.

      I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

      Please deactivate and refund my money asap

        I Received SMS from KOTAK MAhendra BANK that RS-1299/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

        Its a criminal act and cheating i need refund thats it or else i will protest in front of kotak bank for this cheating

          I have applied for a credit card of kotak mahindra bank and i had received the same first week of november2017. On 13th november 2017, i received an email like this "A Transaction of Rs.1399 has been done on your Kotak Credit Card No.xx8973 at OneAssist Consumer Sol on 11-Jul-2018."

          The above mentioned one assist solutions company has debited my credit card account without giving any information. I am not given any request and any confirmation from my end.

          Further, i don't want any assistance from the above referred company.

          Hence i request you to refund the amount rs.1, 399/- to my credit card account, immediately.

                      This is with reference to the above id registered with Membership Id: [protected] Mobile no [protected].

                      I had placed a call for your assistance on 26th of june for my Siemens washing machine with a minor problem of BEEP SOUND WHILE WASHING AND THE TIME CONSUME IS MORE THAN ESTIMATED.

                      At around 3 pm a technichian visited my place (mobile no [protected] called Rajan Trimukhe as per truecaller) He seems to be new to this job and I asked him if he can handle this machine and not to open it if he is not aware but he said that he is trained to handle all machines.

                      now this technician didn't knew how to ON the machine and he opened up the cover after consulting with some senior on phone however even after 2 hrs he was not able to detect the problem he was pulling the wires and I warned him again n again to leave the machine as it is because I guessed that he was not able to handle it but he again assured me that he knows what he is doing then he asked for the washing machine manual saying that he will have to reset the PCB and then he just kept the upper cover and left without screwing it properly when I checked the machine I found that the door was locked I called him immediately. he came back and was surprised that how come the door was locked then after another hour of scratching his head he said that since he has resetted the PCB and it will take an hour for the door to be unlocked I knew that this could not be possible but I didn't had any option as it was already 8 in the nigh and I couldn't stop this untrained inexperienced person who was of no use to my machine.

                      That's it after that I called number of times but this boy didn't pick up the call I then called his manager Mr.Shashikant who was kind enough to send a Siemens technician to inspect the machine. After examining the machine the Siemens technician called Jitendra said that this machine has been very badly handled and
                      ITS DOOR IS BROKEN (SOMEBODY TRIED TO APPLY FORCE AND OPEN IT SO ITS BROKEN AND HENCE LOCKED),
                      THE WIRES ARE PULLED BECOZ OF WHICH THE SETTING IS SPOILED AND
                      THE PCB HAS A ISSUE IT WILL TAKE 48 HRS FOR THE MACHINE TO BE REPAIRED.

                      Since 27th July I am waiting for the machine to be picked up and repaired and continuously following up with Mr Shashikant who very nicely give me some or the other excuse and now after 8 days also my machine is lying unrepaired damaged by your employee and nobody to take the owners

                      I did try to speak to your customer care agent MS MADHUSHREE and also spoke to your Manager MR JUNAID KHAN but as usual there was no action taken by either of them.

                      I am truly frustrated with your surprise and thinking of going to consumer forum for justice as you are not loyal to your commitments

                          Having the worst experience with OneAssist
                          This is regarding My redmi Note 3 device,

                          A background on the issue, this device has been gifted to me(Amit) by one of the friend(Raj) of mine, first year when i have to claim for the device they asked me for an email from Raj id that yes this device is gifted from him to me. everything went smooth and got the device repaired successfully

                          so i renewed my Plan for the next year and so

                          This year when i had some issue with my phone raised a claim for the same.

                          Received response from OneAssist that need the email that he gifted you the mobile, told them this is already in your database, they said no we want the new email from Raj, so asked him to send the same again, he sent it

                          Two days later relieved response from OneAssist that please explain why the shipping address is different than the purchase address, and what’s the relation on the person where we took the delivery with raj (imagine how important this question is with regards to claim), asked raj can you please send the email again, feeling so awkward while asking for this, however he sent it

                          Next day received the response from OneAssist and guess what they wanted to know now what is my relation with Raj,

                          Sorry but can’t ask him for that, you guys might have lost your not me

                          First not able to understand when i have purchased Claim, and he told you that yes he is concern person for the device, why you want everything from his Email ID
                          Second, don't think they even know what all information they need (Feel like went to Govt office for the claim)
                          finally do you guys understand how embarrassing is this for me to go back to him to ask him send emails explaining this and that

                          please let me know, if there is anything you guys can do regarding the same

                              When I checked my credit card bill on 6 July, 2018, I was surprised seeing Rs. 1899/- debited from my card as One Assist MFee. This is terrible. How can someone deduct such an amount without my permission? I got one message stating my relationship no 479913.
                              I am not at all interested in any of the oneassist services and I want the amount back to my account.

                                I Received SMS from HDFC BANK, deducted money from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP

                                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8522 without my concern on date: 18/01/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-

                                  The amount of 1399/- has been deducted from my credit card and the bill has sent to home to be paid till 13 July.. I want refund. How to deactivate this? This has been deducyted without my permission. How this is linked with my credit card?
                                  Amount has been deducted on 22 June 2018. I have account in ICICI bank (5241XXXXXXXXXX)

                                  Help please in refunding my amount. I have never used it also. I do not want it either.

                                    I have given my headset on to one assist in June 2017 to repair.They reverted my headset after repair.I renewed my policy in March 2018.My headset got damaged this June.Now they are telling that there is some unauthorised modification in my headset.They are not ready to provide receipt of previously repaired headset.IRDA and you should take action.

                                    My SR no is SR#3218685. I have given my handset in which only touch part was broken. Rest phone was fully functional. Now it's completely dead. Can someone take any action against them?
