deducted rs. 1899/- without permission

When I checked my credit card bill on 6 July, 2018, I was surprised seeing Rs. 1899/- debited from my card as One Assist MFee. This is terrible. How can someone deduct such an amount without my permission? I got one message stating my relationship no 479913.
I am not at all interested in any of the oneassist services and I want the amount back to my account....

I Received SMS from HDFC BANK, deducted money from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP...

amount debited from my account without any permission from me

Without any permission taken from me... Debit an amount of rs. 1399.00 on 30.6.18 for renew membership for next year. But i am not interest for continue the service for the next year... So please refund my amount, that amount credit to my account... Membership id is 2318548... And cancel the membership... Without any permission from me... How can debit the amount... This is not a proper way for the renewal....

Last year I was paid amount 1299.00 and continue service for one year upto[protected].But this one assist company, without my permission automatically debit an amount of Rs. 1399 from my account.
I call customer care there is no guarantee for refund amount which is auto debit from my account without my permission... So please stop the this type of auto renewal or auto debits... And take action against one assist company and issue refund...

I spoke to many seniors like prateek, abhishek, anju etc. At their customer support but didn't get any resolution.
