Dear team, ,
As I notified you 11 days before that m not able to upload through your server as there is an error shows on your server ...
Same I intimated to your customer care executive on call, , , they sured me that your claim is in under process we ll get handset picked soon ..
But as there is no response from your team till now..
It clearly seems to me that you guys cheating on customers by implementing document uploading criteria unnecessary.
Your representative said to be ready with your handset and all documents physically our representative will verify at the time of doorstep pickup.
It seems frustrated when a company cheats like u did...
Kindly go through with all my telephonic conversation and a written intimation by mail to assist me further in repairing my handset ...Or should you need any legal notice through court then pls let me know asap.
