I cancelled my order on 7 may '18, within their cancellation policy but didn't get any refund so far.
I spoke to many seniors like prateek, abhishek, anju etc. At their customer support but didn't get any resolution.
On the top of that spoke to floor manager rajeesh, but he also made the fake promises.

Didn't get any refund yet.

It is not yet resolved, i only received the confirmation email of cancellation of my plan on 4th July 2018, but no refund so far,

    I have asked oneassist to cancel my subscription many times but they intentionally try to harass me by giving many reasons and try to retain me,
    This is not fair as i, as a customer requested them but they were not willing to cancel my subscription.
    I again request oneassist customerservice to kindly cancel my subscription as soon as possible.

I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

            Cancellation of One Assist Membership
            I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 0653 without my concern on date:02/06/20178. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1299/-

            And One Assist customer care not response any call so don't say

I dont even know the company, never used its services, nor planning to use and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                            Sir I met with an accident on 17/ 4/18 my phone screen broke and the battrey back got damaged I made a claim on 17th they came and took my phone & replaced the screen & gave me on 13/5/18 as I had my final exam I dint put the SIM in my phone on 23rd I noticed that the screen sides was not sealed properly and the battrey got heated a lot i charged the whole night and used for 2 hrs the battery got drained to 10% then I made a call & said them so they told go to nearby MI Service CENTRE & get it sealed properly & told that the battery claim does not cover in their insurance then I left off and on 6th of June I went to MI Service CENTRE to put a new battery there they told it will cost 1180 so I told to change them they saw in the destop that on 5/5/18 they had given inspection remarks that there is a water log on MB but Fine TP .& battrey cover damages this was given by MI SERVICE RECORD ON 5/5/18 by WHITE FIELD BANGALORE RADIANT service centre code XMIN1893. SIR there was a liquid damage on 5th itself but they cleared only screen and not water log now because of the liquid log not cleard my camera flash Is completely gone and there is over heating of the BATTERY I called for a claim again on 6 th of June now they are rejecting my claim, to rectify the liquid damage they r rejecting which covers my insurance because of there negligence iam facing this mentle stress .when i call them they say why you dint inform on that day itself these problems sir when I started to use itself i came to know about these problems I called them for claim on 23rd may, 6th June, again on 24th June they take 48hrs to inform me each time of my claim to say wether they r going to take my phone or not till now they gave me invalid reason please help me out I had insured in the name of ARATHI SRIDHAR POLICY NO IS 1719219 .I took insurance on 24/1/18 kindly help me out.thanking you.

                                I even didnt get a single confimation call or sms before deducting the money from my hdfc account. I dont want this one assit service or any plans of there.

                                I called the one assist customer care but they are not ready to cancel the plan and forcing to me to keep it.

                                Hi Team,

                                I just called the Oneassist customer service to confirm if the plan is cancelled or not, But they are telling me that it has not been cancelled.

                                This is totally unacceptable and not the way to operate. Please stick to your words.

                                confirm me, if it is cancelled or not.

                                  As i notified you 11 days before that m not able to upload through your server as there is an error shows on your server...
                                  Same i intimated to your customer care executive on call,,, they sured me that your claim is in under process we ll get handset picked soon..
                                  But as there is no response from your team till now..
                                  It clearly seems to me that you guys cheating on customers by implementing document uploading criteria unnecessary.
                                  Your representative said to be ready with your handset and all documents physically our representative will verify at the time of doorstep pickup.

                                  It seems frustrated when a company cheats like u did...
                                  Kindly go through with all my telephonic conversation and a written intimation by mail to assist me further in repairing my handset... Or should you need any legal notice through court then pls let me know asap.

                                    I got a message that oneassist solutions has deducted 1399 from my kotak credit car which i received yesterday.
                                    I never authorized them to do so. It is a joint fraud by kotak and oneassist.

                                    Refund my money back to the account.

                                    Kotak bank is such a pathetic bank. I really regret my decision to go with kotak.

                                    My registered email id ajayt.[protected]@gmail.com SR3223961. I have made complaint of my phone that got damaged. But the same got rejected by oneassis stating mysterious circumstances. Which is incorrect practice. My phone is damaged and that should be cover in insurance. Phone sudden got damage internally which even I don't know. Is this my problem...

                                      I request you to cancel my one assist policy and refund my money.
                                      I have received a call from axis bank on 18th june 2018. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa card ending with 3299. It has been noticed that the money charged @1899 for the same.
                                      Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account.
                                      I don't want this service anymore as it was done by mistake and given half information by axis bank agent.

                                        I received an sms from hdfc bank that rs-2999/- had been deducted from my credit card as one assist plan fee without my permission.. I checked my card statement and found that rs. 2999 has been deducted on 04 april 2018.

                                        I had not registered with one assist till now and so this is truly not fair to deduct money without my permission.
