          I Bought oneplus tv from amazon on[protected].
          my tv panel got damaged on[protected] and it is under warrenty and not yet replaced.
          but after replacement i want the warrenty for only tv panel for 2 years from the date of repair because tv panel will get damaged after 1 year from the time on replacement.

            Case ID[protected] This is a ridiculous and cheap trick from the oneplus support team. We logged complaint on 9th July as the 32inch Oneplus TV we have is taking more than a minute time to turn ON and when the TV is running the TV screen turns Black abruptly for a few seconds and display comes to normal automatically. These are the two issues we had and there was no physical damage and the TV is under WARRANTY

            After your Engineer visited my home during 2nd week of July, he confirmed that the motherboard has an issue. After a week another engineer came (Name is Sagar) with a motherboard and opened the TV to fix the new motherboard. He found that the motherboard is not suitable for the TV we have, and he left my place by leaving the TV open (not even fixed the old motherboard) by giving the reason that he will come up with a suitable or right motherboard. Rest is history... I had to take all the pain to follow up with pathetic oneplus support team (20 calls to customer care, 15 emails to this oneplus care email ID and 30+ WhatsApp chats with oneplus support) and waited for a total of 55 days. Finally, the same worst engineer Sagar came on 29th August, and he noticed that there is a physical damage

            Who the hell touched my TV besides him? how dare to throw blame on customer that TV is physically damaged? Is Oneplus playing a cheap trick to blame the damage on customers? Why Oneplus is blindly going by the words of stupid engineers? Really, they are stupid. They don't even respond to my calls. You have the world's worst support team.

            If there is a damage to TV, why the hell the so-called engineers not found in the first 2 visits???? If there was a physical damage to TV how come it worked till 9th July? There was no physical damage to my TV till 9th July? but now we have physical damage to the panel. So, who is responsible for the damage? No one touched my TV besides the so-called engineers who visited my home in July and on 30th August. Why oneplus does not consider all these facts? INITIATE THE REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT RIGHT NOW. I have contacted 7 times since 30th August and Oneplus is not even providing response on this issue. They simply say we are investing and need 4-5 business days. Even Murder case also would not take more than 2 months. Oneplus is 100% fake and cheap company. We must Ban OnePlus products . REALLY I HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH MENTAL TORTURE FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS DUE TO THE FRUSTATION CAUSED BY FAKE PROMOISES, IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR FROM THIER SUPPORT TEAM. I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST SUCH STUPID COMPAINES AND THIS IS NOT ONLY MY PAIN, THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS (TWITTER IS THE EVIDENCE FOR ALL THESE ONEPLUS CUSTOMER PAINS) WHO HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH THIS PAIN AFTER PURCHASING ONEPLUS TVS AND WAITING FOR MORE THAN 50 DAYS YET NO RESOLUTION. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH WORST SUPPORT TEAM IN MY LIFE.

                I have purchase oneplus tv on[protected] from Amazon. But Amazon didn't installation of TV and give me denial letter then I contacted with OnePlus they ask me wait for 24-48 hours then our back up team contact you but didn't contact me.i have call many times regards tv instalation but they doesn't solve my issue. I am totally frustrated with OnePlus. I promise myself I can't buy in future any product of OnePlus .

                  Please help i cant to pay for display in 4 months.
                  I changed the display because i dropped it in april. I changed it in nearby shop.
                  Now same problem my display is flickering same issue. Repair shop said i cant claim warranty. I didnt even drop the phone.
                  This is worst i bought this phone for 30k i cant spend another 30k on same phone its not even 2years i bought this phone.
                  Kindly help me in servicing my phone display.
                  I really thought oneplus is a durable phone why is happening to me did i got the worst piece or company's all device are like this?

                    I am facing oneplus TV screen issue from past 25 days and raised the complaint with one plus support team on 15 August 2022

                    I have followed up more than 20 times and support team escalated this issue multiple times but didn't get any response.
                    I am so frustrated with the OnePlus Service. My TV is under warranty. No Help is being provided/I called oneplus voice support every time they say your issue is escalated within 24-48 Hour you will receive call or email from escalation team they never call or neither email.
                    I need quick assistance in this.

                        Purchase Date 23/1/2022 from Reliance Retail Limited, Mani Square Mall, 164/1, Manicktala Main Road, Off EM Bypass, Kolkata: 700054

                        Product was not function since Mid August.
                        Lodged Complaint for facing panel issue in my TV. I have get in touch with customer service and one of your technician has also visited and said that it will take a month to replace the panel and might take more time as per availability.

                        Despite escalations, no response has so far been received.

                        Need immediate repair/replacement or full refund against the product.

                          Dear Sir / Madam,
                          I have purchased one One plus 43" TV through flip kart on 31st July 2022, which was delivered on timed due date 8th August 2022 thanks for delivering on time.
                          While coming to installation of TV the installation due date was on 10th August 2022, but till now no service representative / technician have approached location for installation. Whenever i have raised complaint for installation through flip kart every time they were giving the apologies and giving us the new date for installation. As per conversation with flip kart customer care today is the last date for installation i.e., 06.09.2022 but till now we haven't received any communication. As you can notice that one month got delayed for installation such a shame for a good MNC company reputation.
                          Whenever we contact flip kart customer care they were suggesting us to install by third party and flip kart will provide me Rs. 500 for an installation. But warranty card will not be provided if we install through third party.
                          Kindly sort out the issue as we not at all interested to install through third party as well as i am not at all interested for in reimbursement of installation charges Rs. 500.

                          As we expecting positive response from end of the day.

                              No physical damage or pressure, all of a sudden got green vertical line appeared in my OnePlus 8t mobile. When I contacted customer care, they asked me to do factory reset. But it's of no use. When there is no physical damage or pressure on the phone, why I need to pay for replacement of screen around 16k.

                                I have purchased One Plus Android TV on 30/08/2022. They Said The Engineer will Install it within 48 Hours. Till now they havnt provided service. I called several times but no positive response from their side.Atlast they said they will return their product if they unable to provide service today itself.

                                  Hi,
                                  I have purchased Oneplus extended warranty plan for Oneplus 9 phone from their website.
                                  After that i have placed a request with Case ID:[protected] to attach the warranty to my phone IMEI no. This request i have created on 7th June 2022. Still now the issue they have not resolved. I have mailed them more than 10 emails and hardly they are reply to them. I spoke with the customer care team but unfortunately only giving false assurance but no resolution .
                                  I am not in a situation which cant be handled by me. Please help me in this regards.

                                      Why your staffs are very much rude in VR Mall chennai Oneplus store.
                                      What for you are placed sofa in your store. We sat on ur sofa by your staffs advice for placing order online. While we are sitting and placing the order, one of your staff was telling not to sit here in rude manner. Then why you have placed sofa.
                                      This shows your bad response over the customers. So people with simple clothes must not visit your store is it?. I have ordered 10T. Treat everyone equally. Very bad attitude of your staffs.

                                        I have purchased the 9R mobile last year in the month of August 2021. Now suddenly adopter of 9R got out of order and I m unable to recharge my mobile using the original adopter. I want the problem to be resolved immediately. But customer care says that warranty period is over due to late reporting. my question is how come quality of highly priced product has poor quality which could not be sustained even for year. Please arrange to change the adopter immediately
