I'm a One Plus user who's been using the OnePlus Nord CE for a year. The phone is even terrible. I had to utilize it because it was expensive and non-refundable.
On June 29th, 2022, I had an issue with the back camera and went to the repair center. They took my phone because it was still under warranty. They informed me that the camera will have to be replaced, and they had requested a new camera.
I phoned the support center and asked for an update in a week, and they stated they will talk with one another and fix it as soon as possible. After that, on July 12th, I went to the service center. They continued to use the same reason. We'll contact One Plus and inquire.
I contacted One Plus Customer Service the next day, and the executive said he had highlighted my issue and that One Plus will try to remedy it within 24 to 48 hours.
I approached One Plus Customer Care again today, July 18, and the executive informed me that my issue had not even been handled. I am really dissatisfied with the OnePlus. They are referred to as luxury brands, however, they deliver the poorest service. A OnePlus customer service representative informed me that my repair would take 15 days, but it has already been 19 days.
I had to cope with a lot of stress as a result of this since I had spent so much money and couldn't use the phone, and I didn't have another phone, so I had to buy a cheaper phone. I purchased a premium phone for a premium service that does not exist. In reality, whether I use it or not, the phone's worth continues to fall after purchase. I couldn't use my phone because of this service. It is entirely the fault of One Plus. I need reimbursement for the damages I've had to cope with in the last month as a result of their failure to offer adequate service.
I request that the consumer helpline investigate my complaint. One plus did not deliver superior service. I believe I will receive justice in this case.
