I Bought One Plus TV 50U1S After Sometime My TV Screen Blank After 5-6 Time Switch Off TV Then On Tv Work Complete But Again Same Problem Occurs When I Complain one Plus Then Technician Come And Check TV Then they Say Some Like A Motherboard Issue I Order Company New Motherboard When Parts Come I Solve Problem Still 10Days Gone But One Plus Say No Part Available Wait For 5-7 days Extra
So I have One Question to one plus When u have No parts Of Your Product Then Why Make U TV Customer Pay Money U didn’t Give Free Parts is Your Responsibility I Called Many Time Customer Care Still parts Coming Wait 5-6 days So Solve My Issue Urgently

    Hi

    The brand has lost all the respect in my eyes this time. The phone suddenly went to a factory reset without me doing anything in the mid night. I panicked looking at the screen because there was a single message that I understood that my phone is going to factory reset and everything else was being displayed in Chinese.
    How on earth can I understand Chinese! Then the phone got automatically shut down. It went into an update mode and by the time it restarted, every application on the phone had been uninstalled, the data was lost. I lost my messages, my files, my images that I have been protecting for about 10 years now. I was able to retrieve only data that I had a backup luckily. Everything else went poof! Is this the service you expect after spending so many bucks!
    This is so disappointing and pathetic.
    I shall never ever buy one of one plus's products again.

    I hope this reaches all the audience it is useful for. Looking at the number of complaints resolved by oneplus, I am pretty sure they have nothing to say about my issue here.

I have contacted customer care no response till now from them. I asked for replacement of the TV but no response. provide me replacement or refund of money. But I don’t required any repair... Cheap quality, Low quality Product of Oneplus india. No Buy more...Totally De-satisfied by Oneplus India.

        I have purchased this phone only 4 months back and I have been to the Oneplus store 7 times in the last 2 weeks. Firstly, the phone would switch off randomly almost twice a day, so I went to the service centre and they told that it is software issue without checking anything. After the software update, the same issue came up and the phone went into "CrashDump Mode". This had already resulted in data loss 2 times now.I again asked service center to check and they took my phone and did not respond for 2 days where I had visited them twice as their phone number was switched off. They did not repsond me until the third day when they said that Motherboard is crashed and needs to be replaced which will take another 2 days(pathetic as to why they didn't say it on the first day itself). After 2 days, I called them and checked whether it is completed as obviously the service center did not bother to call. When I collected the phone and started setting up the phone when I found out that the fingerprint function wont work. I again contacted service center to which they said that you will need to bring the phone as they have not done(forgot) Fingerprint calibration. When I went there this morning for the 7th time, they took my phone and made me wait for more than 30 minutes and then said that the calibration cannot be done and I will have to go to another service center to get it done.
        This has been a complete harassment of a customer. I had requested them on multiple occassions to get my device replaced if it is having so many issues. But instead I got this kind of service.
        I want a full refund for this phone as I am not interested in using such a bad phone.

          On 6th August 2022, I ordered a new "OnePlus 10T 5G" phone under exchange offer. One 11th August 2022, the bluedart delivery person came and rejected the old phone for exchange and canceled the order.
          Until today i.e. 22nd August 2022, I have not received my refund amount of 42, 429/- rupees. And, there is no email communication from OnePlus about my refund status.

          I have called their customer care multiple times and all of them say that you will get it by tomorrow. But, tomorrow never comes.

            I bought Oneplus 9R in 8 months ago. 4-5 months ago it fell and the back panel glass was broken. I had visited Oneplus service center to get it replaced and it was too costly 3000+ INR. Hence I decided to use the phone as I was anyways using the phone cover.
            Yesterday it suddenly turned off while I was using google maps. It did not fell or anything in recent past. I visited the same exclusive center in Brigade Road Bengaluru and they say mother board has malfunctioned and they cite the reason that the phone is physically damaged and hence cannot be claimed under warranty(I had bought additional 2 years of warranty, in total 3 years). I explained them that after the phone fell, how come it was working for 4-5 months if something major problem have happened like this(motherboard not working). It was definitely not because it had fell 4- 5 months ago. They refused to acknowledge this and are asking for ~26000 INR for motherboard repair and they can not even recover important data I had. This is a very bad service from Oneplus and is not expected at all. I would appreciate if someone can help in this regard.

              I have purchased OnePlus Nord CE 2 mobile from Amazon on 03.03.3022. after 3 months my mobile had turned off and not working properly, then I given my mobile to the OnePlus service centre on 26.07.2022 for repairing, but now apprx 1 month is about to complete, now I didn't get any information related to my mobile phone by OnePlus support and OnePlus service centre. Also I had contact to OnePlus support, OnePlus customer care but not responding yet, and OnePlus service centre is saying not providing the part of mobile phone by the OnePlus.

              It occurred on: 25/07/2022

              I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                  I purchased oneplus buds of rs5000 1.5 years ago In use of 6 months left side buds stopped working. I raised complaint and they replaced it but again within the 6 months of replacement the left side stopped working, I raised the complaint again but they it out of warranty (which is true) and we can't replace it so I ask I am ready to pay for replacement cost but they said they don't do so. It means I wasted my 5000 on plastic scrap which is not get repaired/replaced after get out of warranty.i request to get a replacement or compensation for this.

                      I have taken my phone to service center for Phone home screen not responding. They told me that display should be changed. It seems so lengthy and slow process. From service center..about 20th days...

                        I'm Ganesh Deshmukh and I'm using One plus 8, on 15 aug mobile is stop working automatically and switch off and not able to restart, nothing is working I'm going to service centre but deo 15 aug service centre is closed and I'm going to other mobile repairing shop mobile is out of warranty so I ask to check what's happening he said may be hardware issue then I leave and next day mobile submitted to service centre the service centre is saying mobile motherboard is not working needs to replace and cost is 28000 and i said i don't want to replace and I'm going to again yesterday mobile repairing shop and ask to repair the mobile and cost is 2500 he repaired and issue is resolved not any motherboard issue is found.

                          I purchased one plus nord 2t 8gb, 128gb storage in OnePlus store (prozone mall) saravanampatti Coimbatore Tamilnadu ... The sales person not explained about the offers, exchange etc...after final billing completion they are telling me about exchange offer, but sales persons not given me options about exchange offer before purchase, after that they are telling my exchange phone f41 samsung they won't take as a exchange i asked them can u show the notification where one plus is telling not to take this phone as a exchange ...they behaved very rudely...i need an explanation and proper answer...i need my exchange money back. Poor behaviour by manager

                                WORST SERVICE!

                                OnePlus phones are worse after updating to color OS, OnePlus is never like before.

                                PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE BUYING OR UPGRADING TO ONEPLUS!!

                                After the OS update my 8 Pro got display flickering and green tint issue, customer support informed to give the phone to service center and they will check for the issue cause and fix the phone,
                                Later on they say that the issue was not caused by OS update and company has not approved for service and cannot be fixed!

                                Initially i did not have my invoice and service center agent informed with out invoice they cannot fix the device or send it for service approval, while checking Oneplus websites past orders to download invoice, i was able to download all order orders invoice except 8 Pro's invoice, (check attachments for error message), even called customer support and asked even they told due some issue it will take 48 hours for them to send me the invoice!!

                                After i found my invoice which was lost, Phone was given for service and the next day got a call from service center and they informed that company has not approved for service as they will fix only if there is green lines, and will not fix for green tint issue.

                                      I bought OnePlus U1S 126 cm (50
                                      inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED
                                      Smart Android TV from flipkart on[protected]. After two months i am facing screen flickering issue. I completed to customer care and got complaint no INSI[protected] dated 07.07.22. After that technician visited to inspact the tv and he told screen will be replaced then issue will resolve. After that customer care told your screen panal is in order and due to unavailability of panal your issue is not getting resolve, it will be done by 3 to 5 working days. I again and again getting same information from customer care by complaint number[protected] dt-20.07.22. After that I got a mail from oneplus with complaint no[protected] dt-28.07.22 on[protected], in that mail they told that sure will resolve by 7 to 10 working days. After 10 days again I got a mail to wait more 7 to 10 days. I can't u understand which type of service providing oneplus.
