Me Salam Kirankumar Singh from Manipur, Thoubal I buy one plus Tv model of 43FA0A00 on 20/02/2022 from Reliance degital store Thoubal but now the TV has problem of screen whitening no picture on it while watching TV only hear sound so me request a repair service on 25/07/2022 to one plus Tv customer service but no solution right now so I report again and again for repair service.

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I purchased a 50 inch LED TV (Oneplus 50 U1S) through Jiomart on April 26 2020 which got delivered on April 30 2020 which cost me 41000 INR and within 2 months of purchase the screen of this TV is damaged. I raised a service request on 19 July 2020 and after calling them continously after a week a technician came and requested a change of screen panel or tv replacement to oneplus. I m calling to oneplus service team past one week and not getting the issue fixed. They are telling the stock is not available and they have to talk to their higher management. And i even requested for an email confirmation i still didn't received. I would be grateful if they fix my issue as soon as possible. I want a TV replacement since i bought this tv on 30 April 2020 and its just been 2 months.

      My OnePlus 8 screen has a horizontal green line without a single scratch. It has only been 1 year and 6 months since purchase. I'm not sure how OnePlus handles quality control.

        The mobile less than six months old has conked and i am informed that the mother board is faulty and they don't have spares. They told 10-15 days time for service.
        It's surprising that spare parts not available for the latest model and they want 15 days time for repair.
        The instrument was given to the service centre in Mumbai on[protected] and no response yet even after 13 days.
        A high end phone mother board cracking within six months is a serious issue and they should replace the instrument immediately

          Hi Team,

          I am using your OnePlus bullets wireless Z Bass Edition. I followed the steps mentioned in your terms and conditions to raise a complaint however not able to raise that as my pin code was not serviceable and if I am looking for service center it's 250Km away from my place. However it's not even a remote area i am residing in.

          I called your customer service it was the worst customer service I have ever called. The excecutive from which I had a word with didn't gave me any relevant information I asked to transfer my call to any senior she was not able to do that as well. Such a shame on company One Plus who is globally a brand but could not even have people to respond their customers.

          The price of products are extremely high for what ? The same features are available in other brands for low value. I trusted the company and services only then decided to go for the product. I would never buy or recomend One Plus again against the kind of journey I am currently going through.

          Hope the brand won't be letting me down.

            I'm using OnePlus nord2 from one year, recently I got official Android 12 and Oxygen OS 12 update from OnePlus, after updating I got many issues, from long time I'm requesting OnePlus team to resolve the issues but I have no solution they wasted my trust and time (literally cheated me). I want to file cheating grievance against them.

              Sir i had taken z bass edition neckband from oneplus company which was in warranty period and i gave it to the company for repair using service onepluscare app given by the company (picked up from me on 6th july and on 18th july) ) I got the empty box through courier, sir, it has been so many days, the company people have not taken any action nor are they asking me to give back my product, there is no response from their side please help me sir and i need my get the product back i will be very grateful to you

                I am a die hard fan of one plus, and using one plus phones since last 9 years, and had planned to buy your new launch this year. Lovely phone, nothing to complain about. But your service centers are very inefficient and not at all customer friendly. Would like to give a feedback of my latest experience on 31-jul-22.
                I am still using one plus 6, it's in A1 condition even after so many years... No complaints, but the battery is now depleting, takes me to charging every 2 hours now. So I visited the nearest one plus center to me, which is on JM road Pune. When I entered, none of the representatives greeted us, we had to search in all those people who can be the one plus representative. He was just standing there looking at us, but didn't approach us or ask what we looking for. He waited for us to go to him. He then directed me to service center in top floor for battery change issues. The service center person. Your service center was 100% full, people waiting standing as no seats, which gave me a shock that one plus has so many repair issues or seems. Gave me a reality check, that though my old phone was really good, the new ones seem to have so many issues and problems that people waiting in line. Lowered my confidence in one plus service in India. Rethinking if i should go for one plus again or not. Service centers should have minimum people to show service effeciency.

                I then inquired about battery change and how long will it take to change battery in walk in. One plus India site user faqs mention that you will require 1-2 hours repair for walk in. This person said it will take 1 day to just replace battery and I will have to leave my phone for 1 day.

                Who takes 1 day to replace a mobile battery? Local shop i inquired next told me they can replace in 1 hour. Why can't one plus fix their own phone issues in 1-2 hours? Also in this age when everything works on otp, and if you have just one mobile, who can afford to give in their mobile for 1 day only for battery change?? My device is working perfectly fine.

                I ended inquiring local shops for my battery change issues. Yet to be replaced though. The service center people were not at all helpful or customer friendly.

                If one plus wants to have a good market, which it should have as it's a brilliant product, their service centers should be well trained and equipped. Small repairs like battery change should have a separate queue which can clear most of the crowd quickly, separating from mobile repair. This is common sense.

                I am sure many other customers must be trying to scream out their experiences to you. Hoping One plus mangement intervenes and looks into their service center operations. Specially JM road. It's nothing good. No good vibes come from your service centers. People enter and leave empty handed, as people working there don't bother about customers or their issues. They just stand there like security guards. No interaction with customers.

                Awaiting some positive action on this. And a positive feedback.

                    I loved a lot about this company and brought one plus Nord ce.. but the situation reverse from the starting itself..
                    Lot of issues.. within 10 days more than 3 times given for service in service centre..
                    Still it's problem.. kindly don't recommend this worst brand worst service centre and worst mobiles

                      After oxygen 12 update my phone is getting some green vertical lines and this is not happening to me, i ah e checked directly with the service centre they asked to changed the display and its cost around 15000 rs, one sudden update happened this and the company is trying to loot the customers

                        I bought oneplus y series,
                        After 2 months of play, the tv started hanging again and again and even the color resolution of the tv is changing automatically during play time.
                        The tv get stuck all of the sudden and then I have to restart it for further play.
                        Further i can see fluctuating green line at the bottom of the display during play, which seems to be like the display is having some issue

                        I want to get this issue resolved on priority.

                          I have purchased one plus 43" Y series tv last year in October 21. It's not even one month and I have some issues with remote. I raised the request on 14th July 22 regarding this issue. Today it's 28 july, no information regarding this. It's a fraud company and fraud service they are giving.

                            Sir,

                            We have purchased OnePlus 50inch Tv on 13th Nov 2021, through Flipkart. Tv screen flickering on 11th july 2022 & complaint Registered 12th July 2022 (Ticket ID is 2G12-44802UDSC[protected].
                            The service Engineer comes 13th July & they checked & found he said Tv Board problem, Then he told after one week we comeback & fixed new one board, But still no one responded.. & what is the status of my Tv.
                            Please resolve the problem as soon as possible...

                              I have been struggling for a month to get my OnePlus phone repaired from pickup/ drop service, that too a manufacturing defect of camera. On 14th June I had raised the request, 2nd of July it was picked up. Since last 25 days I have not got my mobile back. Many escalation complaints registered but no action has been taken till now. Even, after asking several times when will I get my cell phone back nobody has provided any clear status of returning my cell phone. Worst services I have ever encountered. I am struggling with their services since last 1 month and 14 days. I have told these people i want my cell phone back before 27th as I have a big event to capture ion 28th but till now malafide informations with ambiguities has been provided to me.

                                I am complaining about OnePlus TV

                                I bought a one plus TV in Dec2021. In march I am facing issue with google voice commands, I just neglected it and operated via remote buttons.                                 The mobile costing 40000, which was bought just about 6 months back has conked and not switching on. After 3 days service centre has informed that the Motherboard is gone and it will take 15 minutes to repair as the spare parts are not available.

                                It's really surprising that the spare parts are not available for the latest model.

                                Company should replace the instrument for such serious problems and should stop inconveniencing the customers.

                                    I am Dipali Jain residing in Nagpur Maharashtra.
                                    I am fed-up of one plus customer services as they are taking there customers Incident happened with me:-
                                    I purchased a new model of this company on 23/09/2021.
                                    Right after 2 month it started giving me trouble allot.
                                    Gradually now its in that situation that its getting off 10times a day.
                                    I visited the store multiple times and the store people is saying that it will take 10 days to repair.
                                    I mean what will I use for 10 days?
                                    They are not supporting at all!
                                    Firstly when I visited to Nagpur store they didn't diagnose my phone correctly they said it will be alright they just updated the software and told me that it will be fine. And then after exact one day it started throwing the same tantrums.
                                    Then I went to Indore and visited the store situated there and they told me that its a battery issue and it needs to get replaced and even that they are saying 10days?
                                    I mean what is this behavior why a normal battery change should take this many days?

                                    Please help me as I am a working person and feeling little helpless here.

                                      This is in regards to the rude and disrespectful behaviour towards my father at one plus authorised service centre at Qdigi services limited, Hisar, Haryana. The service centre employees were very rude and disrespectful towards my father. Refused to give him the phone back citing that their machine stopped working even after my father showed them the email and sms of money being deducted. Started shouting at my father. 10 or so people gathered and saw what was going on and my father only got his phone back once the people gathered admonished the staff. Even then he was very disrespectful. Wasted 2.5 hours of my father and he had to go through a harrasment by these people. Please take appropriate action or I would have to file a legal complaint to address the harassment done towards my father.
