Oneplus service center has cheated with me and they misbehave with me nsp one plus ESC service center near them display folder change from them.
I had changed the folder from oneplus desk itself, I told them my registered, even after that they told me the details are not there And hurt me mentally and abused me.
My request to ONEPLUS is to take strict action, stop their service center authority, in this way they want to spoil...

It's been two months now since I complained to one plus about my tv is not working engineer visited and said pictures tube is defected. Than no response till one month. After one month engineer visit again and said mother board is defected.from than to now no response. Whenever I am trying to connect via mail same mail they are forwarding to me next 7-8 working days will issue will fix. But issue is still there... It's been two months now...

I have bought tv from one plus six month ago now it was showing black in display so we called customer care after some day technition came and told us that display need to be exchanged so he have order display will come after 10 days we are waiting for now one and half month still display not came when asking the customer care they will tel not available .will doliver in 2 days etc and still waiting..so fedup with this now customer care is...

I file a complaint regarding repair service of my oneplus u1s 50" on 6 September 2022.
I bought this tv on jan 22.
And it broke just after 8 months.
Next day engineer came and said motherboard is not working
Thankfully my tv is in warranty, otherwise they charge me 7k ruppees.
Now its 25 day of complain there is not any kind of support from oneplus india.
When i call to customer care they keep saying...

I am using OnePlus 8t mobile. I faced display screen issue and visited nearest service center of one plus (seawood, grand Central, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra).
The members in the service center said I have to submit my mobile phone for display changing and it will take 20 to 25 days to resolve my issue as the stock of display screens are not available.
I can understand if they don't have stock but they said the stock will come...

I, anushree, submitted my phone(OnePlus 8T) to authorized one plus service centre at VR MALL, ANNA NAGAR for some display issues( single green line on screen). They said me to submit the phone and promised me that they will repair and return it in 7 days.
