I purchased OnePlus TV in December 2021 and it's screen is dead only after 9 month of purchase. I lodged complaint to OnePlus support on 20 September 2022 vide reference no INSI[protected] but the company is mentally harassing me as tv not repaired even after 1 and half month. After sales service of OnePlus is very deficient. As such the company may be directed to replace my tv. I may be allowed a compensation of Rs.50000 for mental harassment by OnePlus

    One plus TV U1S series 55 inch purchased through amazon on 25.10.2021. It's screen became completely defective on 16.09.2022. A complaint was registered through customer care. Their technicians visited & informed that screen has to be replaced. They also placed orders for screen replacement.

    They said to wait for 25-30 days. Even after 40 days they have not resolved the issue. Each time we contact customer care they tell to wait 24/48/72 hrs. I asked them for a written mail of status of the order. That is also not provided by them. Everyday they tell lies like we have escalated the issue and you will be updated by phone call or by mail from their end.

    Very nasty service provided by the One plus India. Plz take strict action against them. My old age parents are in their home without a TV for almost 40 days now.

    They should totally be banned from selling their products in India if they can not provide service. Plz look into the complaint.

      Hi this is HARISH from Hyderabad Telangana State, I have purchased a OnePlus TV through Amazon in the month of December, 2021. The TV started malfunctioning (horizontal lines on the screen) since more than one months. And it was under Warranty so I have contacted the customer care vide omplaint No. IN02284TV[protected] on 24th October 2022 and a technician has inspected the TV on 30th October'22 and stated that the panel is to be replaced. Nothing has been done after that despite speaking personally to the customer care several times. Every time when I contact customer care, they tell the issue will be resolved in 24/48 hours. but the issue remained unsolved. I experience with OnePlus is worst.

        I ordered a one plus 10T device from one plus website on 22 October, the product was scheduled to be delivered to customers address by 31st October but the order was cancelled when it was out for delivery, now the product reached back to the one plus warehouse on 31st October. It has been 3 days my order is still showing shipped and no refund is granted yet. They are violating their own rules and guidelines. They had mentioned the refund will be initiated within 24 hours of product reaching the warehouse but it’s already more than 3 days and my money is stuck with them.

          I had purchased a screen protection plan of my OnePlus Nord 2 device at the time of purchase. Not only have OnePlus retail and service centre personnel misguided me through the process but have also been ineffective in resolving the issue for over a month now. I haven't received my handset till date, after it was collected by Oneplus Pick-up and Drop service on 17th sept. Despite having delivered a copy of my claim from the very beginning and repeated follow-ups from my side, OnePlus has been very incompetent and unhelpful throughout.

            Software upgrading slowly kills phone, causes slowly my display of oneplus 8 pro which costs me 59999 went in vein, it started showing lines and its full of lines aftter software upgrades

              I purchased OnePlus TV U1S 55UC1A00 IN on 27th September 2022 from OnePlus website and it worked only for 5 minutes and since than I am tracking the team on whatsapp to help and get the new TV replaced and they are telling that its in pending request. Either I need my money refunded or the new TV replaced. This company is making me fool & wasted my 35, 000

                On 28 September 2022, I ordered a new "OnePlus 10R 5G" phone under exchange offer Order Number M[protected] . On 1st October 2022, the bluedart delivery person came and rejected the old phone for exchange and cancelled the order AWB [protected]

                Until today i.e., 29 October 2022, I have not received my refund amount of 23, 339/- rupees. As per One plus Customer care they have process refund successfully dated 12 October, you will get amount in next 1 to 10 working days .
                I have called their customer care multiple times and all of them say that you will get it update next 24 to 48 working hrs. But, tomorrow never complete One plus 48 hrs.

                  I have purchased a OnePlus TV through Amazon in the month of December, 2021. The TV started malfunctioning (horizontal lines on the screen) since more than two months. I have contacted the customer care vide Complaint No. INSI[protected] and a technician has inspected the TV in the month of August'22 and stated that the panel is to be replaced. Nothing has been done after that despite speaking personally to the customer care several times. Every time when I contact customer care, they tell the issue will be resolved in 24/48 hours. But in my case several months have been elapsed, but the issue remained unsolved. I experienced the same problem at the time of purchase for installation of the TV.

                    I am From kerala, I purchased one plus 8T before one and half years, Now a pink line showing in my mobile display without any reason. There is no damages, scratches in mobile by mishandling it. Then I searched in u tube and communicate with my friends, i there is same problem faced by lots of peoples, this is very important issue from your side.

                    Kindly help me to solve this problem.
                    And don't allow to make these kind of mistakes in future.

                      Hello sir my TV is under warranty and it's damage I called to customer care and they send their engineer to check and they said your TV will got replacement but now it's more than one month I didn't got my new TV I am just giving you my reference number IN02125TV[protected] First they said that they will repair it in 15 days then after 14 days when i called them they said they will give me replacement and said me to wait for more 15 days but Its 30 days there is no reply from them they are making me fool

                        On[protected], I purchased a one plus TV from the one plus app store using my HDFC debit card EMI option. TV was delivered on[protected] through deliverhy.com. On[protected], while watching the display, horizontal lines appeared and the display disappeared.

                        The next day, I raised a support request with one of the One Plus Support team members, and a technician was assigned to my house from a third-party vendor. He confirmed that the display was having an issue. The same issue had also been reported to One Plus Daily. I communicated with the One Plus team via WhatsApp and phone calls. They said that a replacement had been approved but that the product was not in stock in Bangalore. The TAT is coming to an end. They didn't give me proper information about my replacement.

                          I bought a TV U1s(50ich) on 15th of April. unfortunately the tv was defective so I register a complain on 5th august regarding display issue . my tv is dead from last 70 days. but nothing has been done by company till yet . ever time a contacted customer care they replied me by the fixed dialogues. very cheap services by a trusted brand . totally disappointed by the one plus.
                          please provide me refund or replacement .I will not accept any repair.

                            I have been using the oneplus 8 since June 2020. The experience was good untill the recent update came. After the update the phone screen suddenly started flickering and turning green. When I went to the one plus experience store they just reseted the phone and gave back for one day it worked fine then again the phone screen started turning green. And when I called them again they said you have to replace the display and pay the 14000 rs for it. My device has never taken any water or drop damage. They said we know but you have to pay. Is oneplus deliberately trying to destroy the old devices or want to make money out of this. Disappointed in one plus and it's services. They are reluctant to accept their mistake even though the problem have occurred with many devices. They should atleast release a statement and provide with replacements.

                            I am also sharing a video of the problem.

                              My 55 Inch Q1 pro has display issue and panel is in warranty. i raised complain :

                              Today OCT 17, 2022 and panel not changed yet. i did many call on customer care they told me to wait another 9 days, even i already waited 14 days.

                              i asked them for status to wait more days, they told me just wait for 9 days without any update means they are not even sure and just keep delaying customers.

                                    I bought a television of Oneplus 32 inch, before the warranty period got completed my remote got complained and i registered for warranty on 3rd September 2022, but after 2 weeks the reply from the customer care was their are shortage in remote they have ordered in manufacture hub at Banglore. today its 13th of October still now no response from ONEPLUS COMPANY, service center is not at all picking my phone. The funny part i noticed was remote is available in one plus service center and filpkart for purchase but to claim the warranty company have shortage. Kindly consider this issue

                                      I bought OnePlus 10R 5G in May a few days after it was launched, it worked pretty fine for the past 3 moths or so, but suddenly its screen started fluctuating and in a few mintues the screen just went blank. I contacted OnePlus support and went to OnePlus authorised service center located at M2K Rohini, Delhi. The attented me and told me that the screen would be replaced and no extra money would be asked from me as it is a manufacturing defect. Last year I purchased Samsung S20 which had a similiar malfunction and Samsung actually provided me with a new packed phone on the same day. After I submitted my phone in the OnePlus service center they said I would receive my phone the very next day, however in the evening I received a call saying there's some issue in the battery also and they won't be able to give me the phone before a week. Its been past a week I still haven't received any news from their side, I call their service provider everytime they comeup with a new reason and a new deadline when and if they pick up my call. Honestly I wasn't expecting such a disastrous service from sucha reputed company.

                                        OnePlus company has the worst company i have ever seen.they have worst customer care service. Where no one picking the call. Worst WhatsApp service they waited you for long time to connect with agent. And most importantly they have worst product
