I have purchased OnePlus Nord CE 2 mobile from Amazon on 03.03.3022. after 3 months my mobile had turned off and not working properly, then I given my mobile to the OnePlus service centre on 26.07.2022 for repairing, but now apprx 1 month is about to complete, now I didn't get any information related to my mobile phone by OnePlus support and OnePlus service centre. Also I had contact to OnePlus support, OnePlus customer care but not responding...

Iam purches y1 tv 15 august 2022 but till time not installation. I have completed customer carr many time but not aney help...

I purchased oneplus buds of rs5000 1.5 years ago In use of 6 months left side buds stopped working. I raised complaint and they replaced it but again within the 6 months of replacement the left side stopped working, I raised the complaint again but they it out of warranty (which is true) and we can't replace it so I ask I am ready to pay for replacement cost but they said they don't do so. I have purchased oneplus tv in Amazon online on 9th may 2022.The display issue started from 5th August 2022.I have contacted customer care no response till now from them.I asked for replacement of the tv but no response.provide me replacement or refund of money.But I don’t required any repair.

I have taken my phone to service center for Phone home screen not responding. They told me that display should be changed. It seems so lengthy and slow process. From service center..about 20th days...

Please respond my complaint as fast as possible u can....

I'm Ganesh Deshmukh and I'm using One plus 8, on 15 aug mobile is stop working automatically and switch off and not able to restart, nothing is working I'm going to service centre but deo 15 aug service centre is closed and I'm going to other mobile repairing shop mobile is out of warranty so I ask to check what's happening he said may be hardware issue then I leave and next day mobile submitted to service centre the service centre is saying...

I purchased one plus nord 2t 8gb, 128gb storage in OnePlus store (prozone mall) saravanampatti Coimbatore Tamilnadu ... The sales person not explained about the offers, exchange etc...after final billing completion they are telling me about exchange offer, but sales persons not given me options about exchange offer before purchase, after that they are telling my exchange phone f41 samsung they won't take as a exchange i asked them can u show...

Thay are not responsible for our electronic device Television which we bought 6 months ago and under warranty the person are not even responding...

WORST SERVICE!

OnePlus phones are worse after updating to color OS, OnePlus is never like before.

PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE BUYING OR UPGRADING TO ONEPLUS!!

After the OS update my 8 Pro got display flickering and green tint issue, customer support informed to give the phone to service center and they will check for the issue cause and fix the phone,
Later on they say that the issue was not caused...

TV not working...

Suddenly some green lines appears on screen without touch down the phone nor fallen, nothing fault from my side. Why this happened?...

After that technician visited to inspact the tv and he told screen will be replaced then issue will resolve. After that customer care told your screen panal is in order and due to unavailability...

Speaker and mic both are not working properly...

Currently I am facing the problem of my screen getting black out in my 1+ Nord Ce 5G 8/128 Gb.
For which I tried to get it repaired from service centre which is only one in kanpur nagar, Uttar Pradesh. But when I reached to the service centre I got to know that it was out of electricity for last two days due to which my mobile could not be operated.
I request to you please do something for this as I have got tired of running...

I bought one plus tv 50 inch on 07.10.2021 from flipkart. Now, on 9.08.2022, got screen flickering issue in display of tv. Customer care is not responding....

New update of oxygen OS 12.1 version sucks I am facing these problems

1. Full charge time left not available
2. Bluetooth charge not accurate and don't shows two buds charge seperately
3. Folder option on Lockbox not available
4. App rename not available

Really I am regretting why i updated oxygen OS

Recently I met with an accident, my One plus 7 phone's screen got damaged but it was slightly working, I went to Authorised service center (MEOP SOLUTIONS, BELGAUM) to replace new screen, after they replaced the screen, I saw that my front camera's quality is changed, when I asked service center guys, they denied it and said it's not their problem🤷... disgusting service was provided.
I want my front camera to work good, please help...

I submitted my device to the authorized service center of Kota Rajasthan on 26/5/22 regarding my issue of heating issue which I was facing in my device and was in a state of intolerance so in order of that has submitted my device and received my device on 10/7/22 after repeated calls and several reminders by me to the customer care. They have tortured me at the epitome as they could by just passing on my concern every day and also not responding...

I have given my phone on 29/7/2022
And they have told they will give mobile on 4 /8/2022. And today is 8/8/2022 still I haven't got phone they are first given excuse me due to rain but on that path there is no rain . And now they are saying warehouse of one plus haven't given dispatch display . And service center people saying we can't tell you when we get parts. We can't help that is not good service of one plus. Do provide alternative...
